      Great change in scenery to give some extra motivation...lol. On another note if you can give instructions on what muscle to squeeze when you're doing the various routines, eg, glute, core etc. to ensure you're getting maximum benefit from the workout it would be a great boost.

    I've doing your workouts for the past 3 months now (started in 12-19-22, weighing at 290lbs) and now I am doing it more than before by 2x or 3x a week and honestly it help me alot, especially losing at total of 25lbs (currently 264lbs) and I will continue with you guys workouts and surely it saved me a lot of my overall health, I thank you Juice & Toya!💪🏼🙂✨️

    I like your guy’s videos because you make your content about being genuinely healthier and stronger rather than having clickbait and unrealistic titles like “achieving thigh gap” and “waist slimming” which only makes ppl feel like they should only workout for looks. So thank you!

    Wow I cant thank you enough J&T, you have transformed my life from Pre-Diabetic diagnosed to almost fit dad for my young children, I am in UK, crazy long hours, I have try traditional gym etc etc, non worked, So thank you guys, still need at least another 2 months to be ideal weight and fitness, Love you, Guys here its working keep going, I have done it whole months daily except 2 days, after night shift before shower I do this, find away make time and keep going, dont look at the scale, dont bother about mirrors at our stage, just keep going, xxxxxxxx

    W3D2 - 30 minute Full Body Cardio HIIT! About today: I had a plethora of tasks to do but for the first time in my 63 yo life, I said no to tackling the tasks first & yes to putting my wellness fist.
    This cardio did not disappoint & now I have energy to the other items - feeling good!

    Thank you for this workout, it helped me like non before. And it helped my wife as well, because we were doing it together, like you of course :) But I learned that for successful body transformation you must be hard motivated and train hard af. Many people forget that diet is more important than training. Percentage wise, diet is 70% and training is 30%, that's the rule. If you are beginner, you need help about training and calculating calories, so its better to pay personal trainer or find some online tool for creating diet for you. My wife made great transformation and lost 25kg, but she used diet plan from Next Level Diet. At least she told me she did that :D

    Didn't get to this workout until 8:30pm due to just be "lazy" today but since I'm working on consistency and keeping promises to myself.. I decided to go on and get up and get it done and I'm so glad I did this is by far my favorite workout not only from the challenge but from this channel!! Will absolutely be adding it to my favorites and returning. Now just to finish my 64oz of water for the day.

    I love these workouts because I can do them at home and not be embarrassed if I can't get the steps right! Also, I'm 54 and don't really need that hi intensity workouts, so these are perfect!!! LOVE THEM!!! You guys are awesome!!

    I just finished this on vacation. I discovered your channel about a month ago and I love the set up of your workouts. I do weights when we’re home and mix it up with cardio and I do cardio when I’m away from home because no equipment is needed. Thanks so much for helping me get back into a healthier lifestyle.

    Loved this, and loved the beach scenery. Been doing mostly yoga and walking, and more recently Pilates, for the past few years, so I've been needing cardio challenges, and this one was great. Very much appreciate the modifications, as my 65-year-old body doesn't love too much high impact! Thank you!!

    I love this workout! It sure tires me out but it makes me feel amazing and alive! I did take a two minute break at 50% but did few modification so I feel that a break is fitting haha! Your workouts never fail to amaze me! Thank you for helping a lazy teenager like me get fit lol ♡

    i usually cycle twice a week, but my rides are up until the 3rd of may. so i found this video to get my cardio in elsewhere. i'm sweating just as much as i do during cycle! great video, love the non repeats. it makes it fun and not boring.

    Love the change of scenery! I live in the mountains of Colorado, so it's nice to feel like I'm on the beach once in awhile! I'm sweating like I'm on the beach! Loved the workout! Sweating like a 50-year-old in menopause (because I am!).

    I've been into low impact cardio lately but decided to try this today. Great movement, decent amount of upper body and core for a cardio workout. I wasn't feeling the music but I just turned down the volume and put on my own since they had the clocks for visual cues. Thanks for getting me moving!

      It's because your brain needs oxygen and yawning helps to do that since when you're exercising your breathing is not that constant

      Also could be because you didn't eat properly before.

      Its only nutritional deficiency as your body needs proper power to work out . . When you don't eat proper your brain tries to divert you thats why you yawn . Its not about the sleep . .

    Week 3 day 4 I did both the videos from Wednesday and boy am I feeling it.... fun but feeling it and dripping sweat... I love the break dancer move almost grabbed some cardboard to really start spinning around... 😉 I love the different moves keep up the great work!!!

    I’m new to your videos and I’m absolutely in love with em! I am a mum of 3 lil ones (3 under 4) and it’s so hard to find time to go to the gym. So I hopped on TH-cam and found you guys and I’ve done a few of workouts and I am not disappointed at all! I get the best workouts with you and I have the best time doing em! Thanks for these videos.
