      Dude me too! I started doing these every day (even if I just stood there and watched them while running in place) and now it's 1 month later... I'm 10lbs down, started therapy online. Feeling AMAZING don't give up

      Its sad hearing this, social media has ruined society and created toxic mindsets. When I was a kid (I am 28 now) nobody cared about approval, just go to school, socialize, do hw, and hangout with friends (outside, I know right crazy Lol) everyone generally got a long. Today's parents are a joke too.

    This workout is amazing! At the end I am very sweaty! I used to be 157 and at first I didn’t have this video and went down to 155 and then I started to do this workout consistently for about a month I’ve went from 144 to 135 ! I have fixed my diet HUGELY I do this video along with a 15 minute cardio, my own ab workout and arm workouts and running i am so pleased. I’m only 20 pounds away from my goal thank you so much!

    I LOVED this workout! What makes it so great is that the short reps and constant breaks keep things interesting and most important DOABLE. Even if it's hard, 25 seconds is so much easier mentally than 60 seconds. I have a short attention span for workouts, so this was a big hit for me!!

      I tried to one of the beach body insanity videos after a week of Juice and Toya and It was crazy. I did them in my early 20's but there no way now. It's 60 seconds of work, no break, 60 of the next set, no break, and so one. Eventually you do get breaks but it's truly *insanity*

      @@gennakale Funny how a year later I'm looking back, and how far I have come with my workouts. I would never do this now because there is no resistance and too much cardio. Keep going and eventually you will find this easy.

    When I first started this workout i was only able to follow toya but now i can follow juice with the workout (no pauses full time interval) i’m really proud of myself. Great workout keep on the good work! You guys are awesome! Ty

      I do these workouts with my son as well to cover his gym quota for online schooling and it is fun to have him as my partner. I also incorporate zumba, just dance challenges, pilates, and yoga.

    Your workouts are the diamond in the rough!! 30 minutes feels like 15. I usually do the dumbbell one first then the 30 minutes hiit. I really appreciate the 25 seconds on and 10 seconds off, it’s perfect for me! Thank you both for the excellent workouts, keep me going every day!!! ❤🎉

    I can't tell ya enough how much I love Juice in the background getting us hyped up while Toya is giving a brief rundown of what to expect in the workout. Then seeing y'all jumping around during the rest periods just gets me even more pumped and definitely helps in those times when I feel like slacking a bit. Fantastic workout, and I love y'all!

    Week 4 day 3: along with the iso finisher I burned 316 calories! I’ve always loved cardio bc I feel so light after as if my arteries have been cleaned out😂This workout was very refreshing after a few days of dumbbell workouts

    I have gained some weight over the years since I developed knee issues and had to stop running. It's been hard to find good low impact workouts. I'm so glad I found you guys because your videos are perfect for me. Challenging enough to make me sweat and get my heart rate up but no pain in my joints. I also love how you don't repeat anything. The videos are challenging, interesting, and motivating. The intervals are just long enough for me to push myself through the exercise. Thank you!

    My hubby and I found you all via TH-cam about a year ago. Since working from home we wanted to find more activities to do together. When we came across your page we were excited and have been pleasantly pleased. The workouts have enough variety, cardio and strength training for me and hubby. We both get a good sweat. My favorite are all of the full-body videos. I have been on a fitness/be healthy journey for the past year and I'm much physically stronger than I used to be.       I burned like 510 calories today I workout 4 times a week I do 2 HIIT workouts mainly this one Monday and Thursday and I do 2 Strength training days on Tuesday and Friday and Wednesday,Saturday and Sunday I have rest days and maybe some light exercises to prepare for Navy Boot camp like I do Push-Ups, Sit-ups, some jumping jacks and planks

    I am on day 29 of my working out every day goal. I used to be an intense runner but my heart is just not in it anymore. It took me awhile to find something I actually enjoy doing. I mostly do your workouts with some other ones mixed in. I really enjoy them. I started with 20 minute workouts, but have upped myself to 30 minute workouts and sometimes I'm still surprised when they're done! Can't wait to try out more of your workout videos! You guys do a really great job!

    I took a break of three month from exercising daily because my self worth was on the floor and I wasn’t exercising for the correct reasons. Now I have a much better mentality and this is a great workout to start my healthy fitness journey

    I always love your videos. Love how there are no repeats and I tend to focus on the movement. I did 10lbs the whole time and I am so happy to report I need to probably go up to 12/15 because I have gotten stronger since I found you all about 4months ago. I 💕 all y’all videos.     Week 4 Day 3: This was a great day of cardio...the sweat was coming. I pushed myself harder to go faster or jump further side to side for an added push today.

    No lie, that was the most fun I’ve had working out in YEARS! To be fair, I haven’t done any HIIT workout since I was in a car accident 5 years ago 😅 I didn’t get all the moves in this one totally right and I am definitely slower than y’all, but I am sweating my face off and I loved every moment of it! Even when I was yelling “I HATE YOU!” at my screen for the last few exercises 😂 thank you for creating such a fun and effective workout! Can’t wait to do more with you!!

    These 2 are awesome. I do their workouts like 2- 3 times a week, and I love it. I never used to like lifting at all until I found them. Now I do it and I enjoy it. I also do the cool downs and the cardio. They have something for everybody and I love that. This is definitely my go-to now when I look for online workouts. And my body is the proof thanks to them.     Week 4 Day 3! Had to hype myself up for todays workouts, but once I'm in it and know how good I'm gonna feel after, I push through! Mostly stuck to low impact modifications (aforementioned apartment living) buuuut this Friday I'm gonna do the AMRAP workout somewhere else where I can jump as I please! Also, I looove how y'all save the core workouts for last in most full body exercise videos, those are a favorite of mine and are great to end with 🔥

    Did this workout this morning, hit my body right appreciate that content. I did well, was feeling a little bit exhausted at some points but caught my breath, I have improved a lot from when I first started watching you guys, getting that Greek God Physic couple more months should super lean, thanks again guys! It would be great if you guys can throw in some intense abb workouts to get that washboard abb physic.

    Best set of exercises I tried yet with the 25-10-25 time format which works very well. Your heart is always racing but you also get time to catch your breath and not half-ass the exercise.

    La rutina es perfecta! No aburre y no es complicada, lo único que podría decir es que para estos ejercicios si necesitas un piso 0 resbaloso o el tapete de ejercicio para que no resbalen los tenis.

    I added this to week 2 day 1 of celebration challenge. This is always a favorite for me. Goes straight through, 30 second breaks after 2 different moves. Get my blood pumping and sweating like crazy. Time for a stretch!!!

    This may sound weird, but it’s nice to see you two sweat! I look at other videos and I’m like there’s no way they’re doing this in one take! There’s no sweat! You all sweating is comforting to me because I know that this workout is challenging at all fitness levels.

    I love your workout videos, especially this one! Love the design of the video, the minimal/loft background, the music beat and the fact that each work is only 24-30 seconds long, so I don't feel too fatigued or bored with each exercise. And most of all, I love that you included the warm up and cool down routine too. Overall, it's just perfect!! ❤️

    what I love about your workouts are the examples before it begins. You also do a warm-up and cool-down, which people tend to skip. If you don't know what to work out you probably don't know the proper cooldown also.

    I trained all my life from the age of 20 for many many years. I haven't worked out for about 3 years now and ate whatever i wanted, great but i went from weighing on average 180 to now weighing 204 lbs. My 2023 resolution is to get back down to about 190 and these workouts with proper diet will get me there! This is my first week. Thank ya'll for great workouts! Peace and love

    okay how did yall make the music fit PERFECTLY with each exercise?! most workout videos I do I have to turn off the sound and play my own music but the beats to each song literally pulled me through the workout 10/10

    I LOVE these workouts! Well edited, clear instructions, and your chemistry is great! I'm getting back in shape after surgery, so I really appreciate the modified option, though I'm doing more of a modified version of the modified version right now lol
