Had a 440 in a wood hauler snow plow truck, I'd sit for months. You either cranked it till it filled the carb or just poured gas in it and it'd pop right off. Lol
Put a 10 micron fuel filter before the pump inlet. 84 corvette fuel filter. Disconnect the power to the coil and stick the line to the carb in a clean clear soda bottle. Crank for 15 seconds. Do that three times. This gets sediment out of the fuel pump check valves that cause hot vapor lock and fuel draining backwards thru the pump to the tank.
No, a 440 has a different bell housing bolt pattern, and the Jeeps motor mounts are different. Could it be made to fit??? Yes, with some fabrication and the right parts.
@@yeanlingsoda359vortexcars8 I think I'd start with a 727 for the Big Block. Then see where the motor will sit and you might have to build motor mounts (unless there is a kit for that, idk). Probably need a custom drive shaft, and if you want to keep the 4 wheel drive, you have added more complications. Maybe your best bet is a stroker kit for the 5.2? That would really simplify it
She's a good girl ♡
That’s the same way I started my old 360 for JMJ the first time I met him !
I would have sworn you drowned it! 😂
Accelerator pump diaphragm $15 or less eBay ( eliminate the fire hazard) they make choke cables and automatic choke kits real cheap too
