    Yeah, if you have a sore neck, pinched nerves or discs, it's because the vertibrae collapse. Spines were invented for fish, if they were meant to be vertical they'd look like thigh bones.
    Strengthening the muscles that support the vertibrae will stop them from collapsing. It's the same for the lower back.

    I get these bad migraines and I’m convinced its because my neck is always in pain because of my posture, I’m planning on getting one and see if I continue to get them

      I’ve noticed a heat pad biking 🚴‍♂️ and Cbd helped mine. Even tho it sucks it gets better and don’t let it interfere with ur life. U have to finish ur day 👍. Chiropractor and medicines and neck workouts sound good to 👍

    I doubt the claims are true about what joe says about some movements being safer for the neck than others. However, ive been struggling with neck pain (im 40 and active but i have a desk job), and even after a few sessions my neck is feeling great. I was stiff and sore and my vertebrae kept getting misaligned and chripractic adjustments weren't enough. Id assume even if your neck was already really messed up you could start small and build up very slowly. I like how you can go through many different movements very fast without having to take it off or adjust the band. It is expensive, hopefully people can talk gyms into having one, i think old people in general would benefit even more than atheletes in terms of pain relief

    I tried this before and Rogan is so full of it
    There are so many movements that Iron Neck claims and suggests for training but they are contraindicated only how movement of the spine works
    As a trainer the most common and only exercise to suggest has always been a simple chin tuck

      How about neck curls, extensions and flexion? You telling me those don't strengthen the neck and aren't good for you? Idk about this machine though. Maybe for neck rotation. Better off getting a weighted device I got for boxing that wraps around your head and allows you to do neck curls, etc...

      @@TheIronNeck can you stack all the bands together for further resistance, or is there a limited amount of space for the clips of the bands?

    • @TheIronNeck
      @TheIronNeck  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@mikec5099 Multiple bands can be connected to increase resistance. However, we recommend using a higher rated resistance band.

      Why do you even Talk if you are so ignorant? Of course iron neck sells 50lb resistance bands.
