just wanted to say thank you for the product. I am a NYC Operating Engineer i focus on Crane work and the job requires you to look up to the sky for long periods of time and i am talking about hours at time when doing construction work on 20 story+ buildings....after your shift ends and you head to bed at night i tend to wake up with tremendous pain on my neck from work and over night unconfortness from the pillows etc.... After doing your work outs from the videos and using this device for a few weeks the pain hasnt lingured back i am so happy!!!! thank you, looking foward now to make my neck bigger just because it looks hot lol thanks

I just got the the Neck Flex - Ballistic Kevlar this morning. It is amazing! Alpha Iron Neck is going back. This is so much more comfortable and truly made to last and it Rocks! I really needed this after 10 years of football and a bad car accident. Great videos!

These are the absolute, hands down BEST neck trainers available! Nothing else comes close. I own both the original, and the MMB Pro. The build quality on both are second to none. The D rings are well thought out, placed, and made of high quality steel. The padding makes for a superior level of comfort when using heavier weight. The chin strap is the best I have seen or used on a neck trainer. Fit is adjustable to suit your head size, and the hook / loop closures are super heavy duty. I don't think I will ever be able to wear either of these out! This is a well thought out, and professional piece of equipment you won't regret buying. I've owned several neck harnesses over the years, and regret not finding these sooner. I would have saved money in the long run as I doubt I'll ever need another Harness. Really good product. If I'm using it at home, I find sitting in an office chair and holding the band down in front of my knees works great for doing the pulls up and back. For pulling forward, I put it through a door anchor that's maybe a foot or so higher than my head. And I do side pulls using a second door anchor that's around 18" above floor, and I'll get on one knee for those. Excellent for overall neck strengthening.
Yes, after watching the training videos, it becomes pretty obvious to each person how they want to use their Neck Flex kit. Glad it's working for you.
I made my own. With a belt, rope, sock. My neck is now 1/12 thicker.
I use the a pole to anchor.
Will this help with forward heade posture or imbalanced SCM?

Boss. Got my harness but im wondering what resistance band to use with the neck flex? I was looking at a rubberbanditz
didn't it come with the 19lb band? that's pretty good. I've done 20lbs of plates at the gym using the chain and that band does feel about the same.
Sup mike I been doing your 100 reps 3 sets do you do yours with weights or band I been doing 45lbs 100 reps 3 sets now starting 60 lbs 100 reps trying to beat your record I'm at 220 with one rep so far do you stick to 100 reps even if you up the weigths?

How many times a week do you recommend we do?
2 to 3 times a week until you get the size you want... Then once a week. Fighters and football players should use it before every practice to warm up.

@@dias8726 neck is stronger. Maintaining good posture is easier. It doesn't look much thicker but there are more muscles towards the back of my neck. Still having pains if I sit at a desk too much. Learning to maintain good posture while also keeping neck muscles somewhat relaxed. It's a good product. Just slow and steady o never push it too far
I don't think you should go faster. You're there to build muscle so time under tension is best. There is no benefit to faster movements even if it does imitate getting rocked in the ring
I’ve never seen anyone use the front rings.
The faster pace does not increase the benefit of the exercise.
