Excellent neck harness, Mike Bruce sent to me and I love it! I lost a lot of neck size and strength when I stopped wrestling and BJJ and a skinny neck NEVER looks good. I do a few minutes each session almost daily and my neck size has increased quite quickly! Thank YOU!!
These are the absolute, hands down BEST neck trainers available! Nothing else comes close. I own both the original, and the MMB Pro. The build quality on both are second to none. The D rings are well thought out, placed, and made of high quality steel. The padding makes for a superior level of comfort when using heavier weight. The chin strap is the best I have seen or used on a neck trainer. Fit is adjustable to suit your head size, and the hook / loop closures are super heavy duty. I don't think I will ever be able to wear either of these out! This is a well thought out, and professional piece of equipment you won't regret buying. I've owned several neck harnesses over the years, and regret not finding these sooner. I would have saved money in the long run as I doubt I'll ever need another Harness. Awesome video mike, I have been using the neck flex for over 2 years now. Its one of the best investments I have made. Also I like the neck and trap workout together, I’m gonna have to give that a shot, thanks for the idea.
Another great lesson Mike ! I noticed if I do a upper mount last. I get a great traction stretch. So I gave away my traction neck device . This Neck Flex is multi purpose .
Love this guy, Ive been using Neckflex for about a month now, just moving on to the more advanced exercises. I bought a nice resistance band set with caribeaners from 10lb
-50lb. I found the 19lb band with the set you get with the harness was too much for me just being new to neck exercises. I used the 10lb along with these videos to practice getting the movements down, would go to failure each set. Now I do drop sets with the bands. Cant recommend neck harness enough. Already seeing results. Will be posting my transition on Reddit in due time. Get it!

Hi Neck Flex, loving the harness so far! I have a small concern hopefully you can help me. When I use the dog ears with the chain attached and start loading it up with plates, i notice the part where the dog rings are attached to start flipping pretty aggressively forward when I do Extension curls. Im worried about the stitching part of it. Im worried the stitching part of the dog rings will loosen up overtime or something. Is this stitching extremely durable? Thanks!

Yes!! I tried it and it works. Remember to use good form, warm up and don’t over do it
@@derrickpigatt5195Been using mine for about 2 months once or twice per weeks. Three sets of 15 reps in each direction and increasing the band distance by about an inch each workout. My neck has gone from about 1i7” to almost 18”. The ability to use is sideways is great.

i will buy for sure your products, but the only issue i see here is how much butchered looks your ears, maybe for future product make a cut\curve where your ears are . Anyway i ll still buy it and put my ears behind the straps not above , cos this is the only neck harness that truly looks a 360 perfect product.
It's not hard on the ears. Plenty of padding and you can tuck your ears inside if necessary.

Made in America. So we need to pass on the shipping where it comes from and to where it has to be shipped. World wide. Tens of thousand worldwide sold over the past 10 years. Definitely not cheap sh>t from China like everything other harness. It's not 40 to ship usually. Depends on where you are. But we will say, either way, it's cheaper than a pair of good shoes and it will last you the rest of your life.
