This woman asked to keep the kids together EVEN IF she didn't get Christopher back, that did it for me!! She was willing to give up those babies so they were together! She also took 1000% accountability for messing up, but I understand she needed help and was getting nothing but roadblocks. I pray everything goes well for them moving forward!

Exactly!! She asked for help and they rebuked her and said “if you don’t want to take care of him just say so” instead of trying to help her so she had no choice and then she got scared and had to lie. They almost railroaded her. I’m so glad this worked out the way it did and I’m glad she told the judge about what CPS was doing too. Her heart is huge. The two youngest aren’t even her biological family and she still agreed to take them all so that the three siblings were never separated. She is an ANGEL and they should be doing everything to commend and support her!!

    I’m disappointed with CPS!
Judge said “if you need any help, with anything, reach out”.
For that lady to sit there, crying, saying she did ask for help, with getting her son ‘approved” to be able to help out with the kids, or getting help with Child Care so she can work to support them financially, for them to tell her “deal with it or give 30 days” is totally unacceptable.

Was the child already adopted when she was asking for help with daycare? I just know some agencies will no longer assist with daycare or other resources once the child is officially adopted/CPS case closed. If the youngest wasn't fully adopted yet and CPS still had an open case, then they should've been helping her, ATLEAST, with having her adult son approved to help with the kids.

I won’t lie this one upset me. You can see that Miss Jackson loves them children and her biological children love their new siblings. She held that baby through withdrawals that takes a lot of strength. And the fact she wanted to adopt all three siblings so that they stay together speaks volumes of the woman & MOTHER she is. I’m so glad the judge ordered Christopher to go home where he belongs with his mother & his siblings.

Given how many children are just a money symbol to foster parents.. how incredibly difficult it is to find genuine, good foster parents.... this woman made a mistake, she's owned it like I haven't seen many ppl own their mistakes.... u can truly see how much she loves ALL of the babies. How beautifully ms Yeager spoke of Ms Jackson's oldest son.... I mean, Ms Jackson raised that boy. She clearly did a very very fine job raising him. 👏🏻 Ms Jackson, pls don't ever fail those babies... you're a human being who has flaws, makes mistakes, but u didn't even stutter when owning your mistake & that's admirable
I truly wish Ms Jackson & all the children all the best. God bless all of them.

Never have they put money before the best needs of the children. Quite the opposite, the goal is to have the children in a safe and permanent place where they can thrive.

I think the Judge made a very difficult but good decision. It's easy to say just remove him for good, but there is not an unlimited supply of good foster homes available. Judge is putting himself on the line for this and I think it's a worthy cause with the department's watch. Christopher's 2 siblings have already been adopted by her. He's been with her since a newborn, thru withdrawals (like his siblings). I was happy to hear CPS say her other kids are good kids who love their adopted siblings. It says a lot about how she's raising them. I hope it all works out.

This woman is truly a beautiful person. She loves those kids. She's fighting for a child that's not even hers. I like her. There's far worse situations of foster parents and this is a very minimal issue for the case where all the kids are in a loving caring clean home... together.

Typical social worker...chewing gum im court and on cam disgusting. This is the question I always had with these types of cases the other two kids are they going to be removed from her she's already adopted them what makes it safe for them to and justify the removal of the third sibling if there's such eminent harm. Are you going to play some of the conservatorship in the home that's unsafe which is so ridiculous because the goal of the plan is to have a permanency plan of adoption for the child under 2 years old so conservative ship will not do because that could be avoided where's the freaking child attorney I want to let this play you have to be really stunning your recommendations and these people are just passing the book making it up to the judge when he's not there to assess it should be the recommendation of the person that has been following this child the the child support worker this they're all passing the book for not doing their job up front shouldn't open Play store that long till they found out they didn't know nobody went up to their home nobody helped her they just get passing the book and the worker that's what I mean about the adoption thing that sucks I hated that part of the job I like the continuing services

Make a court order to give her a chance if they don't unwrite them to get removed all three of them not just one I understand the situation she doesn't need to understand that sometimes people don't have a choice because of economics or what have you I'm not saying that it's right to lie but sometimes I lie because it's worse they don't want the children to be taken away not because they're being harmed they're just afraid and these workers are not making it any easier to help them so we have to lie to you but somehow they got to get this stuff done and bills paid and how many to feed these kids that you guys are not helping with and look at the casa over there that never has no clue nothing all they do is just try to intervene I know everybody I don't even know what they have these people that are only good for getting friends from the half of the never visit the children the condescending cause more problems than good and the kids don't even like them they do more harm than good in some cases I have had two casas who did 🎉 excellent Jobs and continue to be connected

CPS is sometimes way off base with regards to best interests of children. Christopher needs to be with his siblings and this loving Ms Jackson. According to these cps workers, any person that has ever been convicted, served time, or been in trouble, can ever be redeemed or stand a chance. This just shows me how dangerous and biased they can be -hypocritical. Yea, this case gets under my skin big time😭this dear lady loves so much that she kept these babies together, got Christopher through withdrawals, and kept all 3 of them well cared for which started with the one being her blood kin. Selfless love. Thank God this Judge has the authority and wisdom to over rule cps.

That mom loves those babies and I truly believe she will do right by her son… I am so so happy for her and baby!!! I’m a foster/adoptive mom and I have had my babies since birth and they are 5 & 6 now (we had a horrible worker who held up the adoption for 3 years due to his laziness and messing up paperwork 12 times and then Covid hit) and CPS is trying to remove them from me because my bitter ex reported to CPS that I was a drug addict (really I go to pain management and take medicine prescribed by a dr) and the only person who believed in me and denied the emergency removal was the JUDGE.. the judge likes me and has even went off on CPS for the removal. The final hearing is coming up in 11 days and per my lawyer (I’m almost at 20k in lawyer fees) everything will be just fine! Just like this judge, our judge is the only person who is rooting for me and believes in me.. which when you think about it the only person’s opinion that matters is the judge! Thank you your honor for giving mom another chance she didn’t need to take in any of those kids but she did and like herself I didn’t need to take in my cousins bio kids.. I didn’t have to turn my life upside down and be at the mercy of CPS for 6 years now… but my love for my babies is worth EVERYTHING and I wouldn’t change a thing.
