I 1000% believe she is in a DV relationship. The way he is controlling the phone, the way they have to appear on the same device, indicating she doesn't or is NOT ALLOWED to have a phone of her own, him indicating to the court "WE are more comfortable being together on the same device", him speaking for her and telling her what to say- These are ALL heavy indicators of an abusive relationship, if not just by emotional and mental control, but physical abuse as well.

They are setting her up for a DANGEROUS level of failure. Not only are they basically punishing the mom for "allowing" herself to be victimized without addressing the potential abuser (Dad.) But they are also behaving as if there isn't research that shows that when a victim starts pushing back, the relationship becomes more dangerous. So having her take classes may aggravate the Dad and "threaten" him, potentially causing him to lash out MORE.

Stupid question… but if the CPS professionals involved are worried that he is violent towards her, WHY are they bringing it up right in front of him?? If he is violent that could go very badly for her!
ETA I think this looks VERY DV’ish… I do think it’s a reasonable concern. I’m just flabbergasted that they said it with both of them together.
I was a trauma nurse for many years… I’ve seen women shot, stabbed, beaten within an inch of their life… even one set on fire 😭 by their partners.. They absolutely should have said nothing until someone could speak to her alone

The "We have a few phones but choose to use one because we have the kind of relationship where we trust each other and don't mind if the other goes through our phone or listens to our conversations" statement is extremely suspect to me, especially after her lawyer stated that for her to get ahold of her she has to get ahold of a friend, they inform the mom and she then calls from work. Why does she have to go through all that? The dad said his one phone has a broken screen and that he had a work phone with him so why can't she have the broken screen phone with her to make communication with the lawyer easier? I'll tell you why, because he's a controlling abuser at the worst and at the least controlling. I could be very wrong though

This shall be interesting to follow, I am glad that the caseworker aired on the side of caution and had an assessment, however if she is trying to get her child back I don't see her being truthful, they are working together, they share the same phone, he seems controlling, BUT hopefully through the classes there is some growth and she will learn to love herself enough to love her child enough to not stay in an abusive situation, the child is the big loser either way but she can give him a chance, I didn't and stayed for 22 years and it took 12 broken bones for me to walk away fingers flying 🖕🖕 and become the Victor not the victim, and my children are in their 30's and still dealing with the trauma, don't ALLOW anyone to abuse you.... love yourself and leave

My significant other in a DV situation took my phone anytime I went to work. Just the abuse survivor in me went into meltdown and the safeguarding officer in me was having heart palpitations and I could feel my heartbeat at the back of my throat and could hear it. They ddnt even send stuff or call until the next day after stating that. She could have been unalive by then. I was in 2 minds to email their dfps service and give them a piece of my mind but they seem overworked and irresponsible as it is so don't wanna take up their time. They should just show this in training of what not to do. I know they have to tell their judge but that could have been passed by report to him privately and they've had to speak to her at her job so could have got her alone to say what they had to say. Anyone can be a bad person. Look at how many children are harmed while in the care of foster parents. People should be judged off their OWN actions and morals, not stigmatized due to family members who dont share the same values.

His behavior, laughing, posturing, not getting an image unless pushed, pulling at his eyebrows (a comfort twitch) and her lack of a hair style and makeup and if I am honest, a slightly bruised left eye socket...all of these things tell me he is the leader, she is the follower and it will take a HUGE amount of deep, deep work to fix them both. For the sake of the child....lets hope someone stays with these two. Granted, they are not as bad as some but this is early days.

He's getting spooked by all the services they've been ordered to do including the BIP assessment and he's tightening his control. I think this woman is in danger 😢😢

I couldn't tell if it was she just appeared older or just more "tired"....or less clean than him as you stated. I kinda think he puts her through the wringer with at the minimum an insane amount of control. He could be emotionally abusive and if you're exhausted and feeling low about yourself then I think you'd look like her.

Dude said he had access to another phone. Let her use it! Wanting to hide her or something?
Added at edit and after the second appearance... body language on his part shows him chewing his lips. This is a behavior when you want to say something but you are holding it back. The way he grabbed the phone startled me, I was thinking tht this guys cross is a costume. Again he is self soothing with the eyebrows. And I have to add, I hate it when people wipe eye boogers and look at their fingers...some things just don't need to be on video.
He was coaching her many times when she was talking with her lawyer. She kept looking at him and I heard a muffled finger going over the phones mouthpiece. Trust me, I know this sound. I have helped several women get out of controlling relationships before they became violent...well one was already violent when I started helping her. You see the eyes dart in the other persons direction, you hear a soft whooshing sound and the ambient sounds get muffled.
Also, only a well established and loving relationship can survive working together. Basically the jobs would be him telling her what to do and when he gets frustrated or tired, she will pay the price.

I am still learning about how you do your channel. When there is an update do you add the links to update/follow up videos in the description of the 1st part/parts or do you create a playlist for each case that has multiple parts/updates?
Or is there some other process for finding all the videos on any one case?
