“Bear” seems to be a real winner. For Mr Tautfest to state he can’t afford his child yet has a child in his home is gross, go get a job dude and take care of your son before he gets sucked in to the foster care system.
Also, I continue to be confused when these parents get upset or are confused why they have to pay support. They are YOUR children therefore YOU need to support them 🙄

It genuinely blows my mind why child support seems to be every man's worst nightmare. Why should the mother be responsible for all of your child's financial needs? It's your child as well, you need to contribute financially. I seriously don't get it.

The one smoking didn’t even care that she was seen smoking or that the judge said something to her except she did look irritated. I don’t get people….they’re seen on Zoom while lying in bed…in the bathroom…in the shower…driving….eating. It’s ridiculous behavior….immature. And the way that guy with the one smoking is not dressed appropriately. I don’t know what’s wrong with this woman…she doesn’t have a clue. She’s full of excuses.

Both, are too mentally & physically disabled to work, too broke to financially help support Mr Tautfests’ 1st child, & too lazy to be concerned about the child’s living conditions with bio mom.

Alexander should be getting Social Security benefits under his fathers disability. Who is getting that money is the child getting that money?
He is on SSI not SSD. They have vastly different benefits. SSI is far easier to get than SSD.
Mr. Tautfest could get welfare for his child. Sad he doesn't want him in his house. Edit: Mr. Tautfest didn't care enough about his child to look into the child's claim of food deprivation and overall neglect
I agree! It’s sad that his own child is not a priority and he won’t take responsibility, but will claim to be too disabled work, smoke weed (which isn’t free), and have another baby. I’m really scared for our future adults.

4 grown adults should not buy any alcohol or weed until their child support is fully paid, their kids have a full fridge freezer and larder. Their kids are fully dressed in new clothing . And they don’t have money to do anything else while their child’s health or well being is at risk . I have ptsd and own 3 businesses and went and got two jobs when I got a big tax bill. Grow up you humans. These are your flesh and blood . And mum please get to and addiction program asap you need to be well for yourself. 😢just horrified that all four parents aren’t aware of how their kids have been doing fully. 😮

I’m sorry but PTSD??!!! Wtf?!! From what??!! I know people like my dad who worked since he was 12 years old who has debilitating arthritis who is having the hardest time getting okayed for Social Security disability and this clown and his girlfriend got it easy peasy. And he can’t bother to take care of his son yet he goes and has another child!! He sees his child come to visit with old tattered clothes and he couldn’t bother to take him to Walmart and get him a couple of pairs of jeans and shirts but he can travel to Washington to buy and smoke weed. Uuugh all of these so called parents are disgusting!!
Respectfully to be fair we really don't know what they've been through or how they met and how that relates to the diagnosis. And why is it seen as ok if it were war related and not something else? Disability is hard across the board. Just as it's difficult for your Dad, they jumped through the same hoops and a social security psychiatrist would have conducted an evaluation. Trauma can often leave people ill-equipped to function normally in life. Especially long term childhood trauma. Many many of these parents were involved in child welfare as children or abuse and neglected without intervention. It's really hard to be a good parent if you were never shown that. The mental health system for the poor is horrible. We'd be better off in this country to put money toward children's mental health in the system so they become productive members of society. Adults too of course but as the saying goes, “It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.” ~ Frederick Douglass

PTSD can be crippling. We don't know what they've been through. Social security must have proof from a doctor or psychologist in their circle to prove a disability. I do agree about the disgusting fact this guy can raise a different child and buy weed, yet can't get anything for this child in question. It's gross that he's putting his wants ahead of his child's needs. So many of these deadbeat parents in some court cases fail to realize how badly they're breaking and destroying their children!
Same with my mother, she just had a double knee replacement, has been working since age 15 and is 60 now, and she can't get disability because she still works (is she supposed to just starve for two years while waiting for disability to come through?) And she would be able to draw social security at age 63. This system favors BUMS and doesn't help the people who actually need it. Effing ridiculous.
It's people like you that keep others from seeking the mental health assistance that they need. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I can't even imagine knowing that a child in my family, (grandson, nephew, niece, cousin, ect), was being mistreated & not stepping up and forcing the parents to either do better or make them give me the kids. I could never just sit by & watch kids suffering. I don't care what it took, those kids would be with me. 💔
Neither parent should have the kids. They have been growing up in a very toxic environment and deserve so much better. Mr. Tautfest said the son needed clothing so he gave him his hand me downs (they must of been way too big for the kid) WTF Go to a thrift store, good-will etc and get him clothes that fit if he needs them. I feel bad for the children I hope they find a home that can care for them and give them some stability in their young lives.
Why can’t people straighten up at least when children are involved? Why do they find it necessary to behave in such a manner? And it still goes if they’re are no kids involved….people can have arguments but it doesn’t have to escalate into this. Why do people feel the need to drink until they get to the point to where they act like this? Don’t put your kids through this.

The Judge didn't even notice Melissa smoking like a chiney for almost a half hour. She needed to be texted. Even in the little window, it was easy to see.
This is why we need to end having Court on Zoom!

Whoa mamma is a gem, in closing statement it's me, myself and I, nothing about the children and what she'll do to get them back.
Getting a birth certificate copy for either Texas, Oregon, Idaho, or Arizona is very easy. Either parent w/ID can walk in to any County clerk in the state get a copy within 15min. If out of state you can order online, mail, or over phone.

The mother is more upset about having to pay child support. Then she has been about losing her kids and / or the fact that her kids want nothing to do with her. This is exactly why she loster kids. Selfish, selfish person. They all are. Every adult in these kids lives. These poor kids had no adult in their corner Until they were removed and put into placement. These kids not wanting anything to do with their mother right now say a whole lot about what must have been going on prior to removal. I've seen removal cases with kids where the parents were outright abusive, but the kids wanted their mom mom to visit or they wanted to go back. Home with their mom even though they were abused. So, for these kids. To want nothing to? Do. With hor really makes you wonder all that was going on in that house. The fact that the girl is uncomfortable around this bear character is very telling. I think maybe somebody needs to look into his daughter and make sure she's okay, especially because she's around the mother of the kids in this case all the time. So that means she's been subjected to this woman's abuse and neglect, most likely

These “fathers” seem to be parents when it’s convenient to them. The one had the nerve to bash the mom saying how the son said she drinks too much and they don’t have food but yet he did nothing?! Used excuse of not having money to get an attorney but he could have called the cops and asked for a wellness check or called CPS. Now he has a two year old with another person and both get paid by the State. Awesome. Mandatory sterilization should be a thing…just saying 🤷🏻♀️

Second as retired military I get really ticked off with all these slackers claiming PTSD when they havent served. Its very rare for someone to have PTSD without serving in war but they all want to claim the same. I have PTSD and that is not what has ever stopped me from working smh now when the Dr looks at you and tells you you cannot pick up more than 10 lbs and if you stand to long you get stuck because swelling around your spine and still don't get disability because you decide I can still work my art and craft so I can still make my own money come talk to someone. Smh I am a mom of 3 and to this day the hard days and the good days I always am glad theya re safe in my home

Well I don’t know how he got PTSD but a real diagnosis is not a joke and it can be debilitating.
It’s hard as hell to get disability, so if they accepted his PTSD claim, he had good proof.

That one dad makes me mad. If I heard my child was hungry and neglected by a drunk I'd find a way to get my child. He doesn't seem to care or want to be bothered. I have PTSD, chronic pain and 2 back surgeries from it and still work 🙄.
This case is something, Brook C is laughing & talking, think she’s the one texting judge snitching on Burrows smoking the entire hearing, CASA is falling asleep & trying heard to keep her head up straight, Michelle Cummings at one point looked like she was stuck in awe with her mouth open, the two CPS ladies look like they are teenagers themselves….😂😂😂😂😊😮😮😮😅😅😅😅
And she is living with her husband, and boyfriend is across the street, kids fathers are in two different states, yet CPS removed the kids. It seems out of 4 men that one of them would have kids and not an aunt. That’s sad😢

She had more to say about the C.S than anything else, and cried over not being able to make those payments but expected it from their dad, working or not, struggling if not!

I think it takes a lot to admit you wouldn't be the best parent to take the child in. Even though people are bashing him, he's making the best decision for the kids. He knows he's not suitable to give him the life he deserves to have.

my ex disabled and when my son went to.live with hi. And his girlfriend I supplied clothing and shoes. I had his two other children. My son wanted his dad. He wasn't rich but he had his middle school years as memories. Why do parents move apart drag bv the children to different schools and argue and fight and abuse substances. I filed for a divorce to escape the trauma bv to my children and it was a very hard life hut they grew up good.

While he probably is lying and certainly is a crappy father, not everyone receives the same amount of ssi.
@@bobbiec2829 he said they receive $1300 roughly a month. She is on ssi too. The max ssi is 914. So let’s say she recieves full amount. He would receive 386. Still lying.

He could have SSDI which averages around that. If he is old enough to retire, that can average around 1300 too. I dunno. He's definitely shady AF, and likely lying, but some people refer to SSI as SSDI and vice versa.
