My favourite video so far!! I'm trying to lose weight, and that vid is always a part of my workout routine (also i add some more vids of Pamela). It was super complicated in the beginning, but i made it look like a challenge. I've been working out for like a month before, but i didn't see such results. So in 1 week i lost 2 kgs (4.41 pounds) (i eat only healthy food and follow the calorie deficit rule). I know it's not that much, but I'm happy!!!
Wow! Was a bit scared to get started because of 15min, lots of jumping cardio... was heavy! Burned 150kcal, but... I actually enjoyed it! Lots of new moves, they fit the great music.
I suffer from flat feet and let me tell you, that HURT but I managed to do the whole thing. It's intense but not a killer, and the most valid thing is that the music is veeery enjoyable even though its not a typical dance workout. Absolutely love this one!😝

I enjoyed this exersice so much, I needed many pauses when I started practise 2 yrs ago, now I follow the video all the way up.
So i forgot I hurt my foot at work and I was doing these workouts .. I tried to finish but only was able to do 5 mins of it but I promise I will come back and finish when my foot is better.. I been following your workouts .. thanks for the inspiration 💖
