    Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. TH-camrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
    It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

    2 years ago I did Chloe's exercise regularly and succeeded in reducing my weight from an initial weight of 66 kg to 48 kg. After I gave birth I returned to my weight of 65,0 kg. OK, fine, I will gather my intentions and return to doing this HIIT sport to get the weight I want

      As there are variations to make a move low impact or easier there are ways to turn it into an advanced move. Ankle weights, higher speed, dipping lower, including jumps or higher jumps.

    Thanks Chloe Ting. Thanks to you, I lost 8 kilos in 2 months without leaving home. It is possible to lose weight very easily by doing summer shredding challenges and preparing a diet program for yourself consciously. I only ate 2 meals a day. I did not have snacks. Because this sports program does not strain you much in a scenario where you are at home all day and you do not need snacks. I dropped from XL to L size in my clothes. Now my school has started but I continue to do Chloe Ting programs, although not every day. My goal is to lose 12 more kilos.

      You don't need to eat two meals a day to lose weight. Just eat under your maintenance level

      Don't eat 2 meals but have 3-5 balanced meals thorough out.. calculate ur macros and then divide into 3 meals.. take higher portion of protein and lesser and required portion of carbs only and smaller portion of good fats.. include lot of veggies and any seasonal fruit a day.

    Worked out after 2.5 months or more probably.
    This was crazy good! I thought i wouldn't last but i did! And I'm proud of myself for that.
    I've gained quite some weight in this time. I was at my absolute best figure in July this year but since it has all gone down the drain I'm ready to put in all the work & more in order to get back in shape.

      @@FatimahIrawardaniiif u want to lose bodyweight then do high intensity cardio, if u sweat then ur doing it right. i can tell ur gonna half-ahh this workout and just do them at a low-moderate intensity which has the same effect of calories burnt as walking. seriously just go for a 10min jog or sum, literally do anything to sweat its not rocket science

    Hey chloe! Id actually like to request a quite advanced program that are leaned onto learning how to do push ups. I can do a full push ups but with no repetition cuz i never train push ups. I only do push ups whenever you videos tell me to.
    If you made a program for beginners-intermediates who want to learn how to do push ups or who want to increase their push up strengths, it would be so so great. Thank you chloe xx

    I broke my fibula back in may, teaching myself how to walk again is incredibly tough and after giving your lighter videos a shot I have more flexibility back in my ankle. It can only go up from here!

    The fact that she's the one that got me started in exercise and a better health and HELPED ME with my struggles in EDs talks a lot. In 2019 I was almost ten years deep in that and thanks to her videos I got the strength to fight back, sure it is still hard but I can say that if I still have health in me it is thanks to her workouts and vids✨

    Chloe, your workouts are amazing and i grew much stronger because of them but i am 14 so i must not do the focused thigh workouts
    I love your programs (and thanks for that) even though i am able to do the squats, lunges etc but i must not because i realised it stopped my height since then

    Over the past two years, I stopped working out because of stress from school and I was studying for the college entrance exam. This meant that I didn't have time to exercise and I gained a lot of weight due to the stress caused by failing to pass the entrance exam for my dream university. I started binge eating and now, in college, I weigh 56 kg and I'm 5'0 ft tall. My friends bully me and even my best friend told me I was almost buried underground. Worst of all, even my family sometimes mistakes me for being pregnant, which is hurtful. That's why I'm starting to change and I'm going back to the Chloe Ting challenge. I hope to get back my old body and continue working out consistently.

      Sometimes I get tired because I'm pursuing a course I never dreamed of, just because my family wants it for me. All I can do is cry every night because think about it, I was an academic student in high school, always getting high honors. Now, I just want to pass and sometimes I don't even care about my grades anymore because I'm losing motivation.

    I give this workout a 5/10, with 10 being completely out of breath and burning lungs. I increased the intensity in at least one exercise in every set.

    Hello everyone, since 2023 in July I started doing Chloe exercises, I tried many programs and the best program for me is shreding , I love it very much, but it gives me great physical strength even though it is difficult as a beginner, well I am now in the shred challenge program 2019 and I will continue my journey in shred programs until I get rid of the big belly

    Chloe I absolutely love your workouts!! You're adorable. Can I make a suggestion? If in the future you could create a program for moms after giving birth that have diastasis, it would be soooo soooo freaking great!! We moms have lots of limitation cause of abs seperation. ❤ Keep doing what you're doing!! You're so so great!!😊😊
