biology student here, if you're breathing heavily and struggling to catch you breath, don't give up! fat leaves your body through the breaths you exhale, sweat and urine. it gets broken down into carbon dioxide in your body! just remember that as you breathe, you're also breathing out fat ;)) // edit: guys i'm not suggesting that you should intentionally overexert yourselves to the point where you're breathing very heavily, it was just a little fyi that the byproducts of fat metabolism leaves your body as your breathe out! please know your body's limits, take good care of yourselves and stay safe xx
Just wanted to say that doing this lil workout 4 or 5 times a week combined with a decent diet totally helped me out. It took time tho, like 2 or 3 months before I started seeing results, but it made me feel so ecstatic. I could literally see parts of my body slowly trimming down and becoming more defined. Plus my mental health was at a all time high...until I messed up my knee and lost all that progress 🙃 BUT I'm back here to do this all over again because it gave me actual results instead of doing cardio all the time. So, thank you Pamela and good luck everyone else ~
replying to remind you to keep goingg i promise youll look back and feel grateful to yourself that you even started and wonder how your life woulb be if you never did and its the best motovation i have for myself personally and its honestly bloody amazing

i started this a month ago and i was taking extra breaks, skipping out a few bits and absolutely dead by the end. now i can do it all in the 15 mins after doing an ab workout. improvement!
DrinkWater! Well it’s kinda tricky because although she has muscle tone she also has a low body fat percentage which she achieved from dieting and stuff. So my tip is do weight training and eat healthy but also don’t restrict. We all are super different so more muscle on you will look different to more muscle on me and stuff. Like you can have more muscle but your body fat percentage isn’t low enough for you to see the muscles really well but they’re there and they’re working and burning those calories
doing this everyday for two weeks and i’ll update as I go: day 1: this workout is a killer. I had to stop quite a bit. completed✅ day 2: didn’t stop as much but definitely still super hard. completed ✅ day 3: getting easier stomach is starting to be a little more tight✅ day 4: only took a few breaks; i’ve lost 1.5 pounds. completed ✅ day 5: only took one break today, definitely starting to see results :)) i also ran 1.5 miles today. completed ✅ day 6: today was harder then before which was probably because i was sore and my form got better completed ✅ day 7: wasn’t feeling it today and i’m getting really discouraged because i’m not seeing the results i want but completed ✅ day 8: was rough in the beginning but ended strong. really starting to see new muscles forming in my core, legs, and arms. completed ✅ day 9: did much better today, feeling good!😊completed ✅ day 10:this workout definitely does more for your legs then anything! this was the first day with 0 breaks at all:)) completed✅ day 11: same as day 10, feeling good. only a few more days!! completed ✅ day 12: today felt so much easier then normal!! i’m seeing abs, yay :) completed ✅ day 13: same as day 12!! one more day! completed ✅ day 14: today was my last day. i’ve only lost about 2.5 pounds but ik i’ve gained quite a bit of muscle mass! becoming more confident :)) hey guys, so since quarantine i have gotten really out of shape and i’ve gained like 4 pounds lol so i decided to do this workout again just to see how out of shape i am and i forgot how incredibly hard this workout is bahaha i’m deaddd
Try it for a week, you guys will see miracle :) I'm too weak before, but now I'm different. Beautiful and have strong body and healthy mind. Thank you so much Pam :X
If she gave you rests then she would be giving you An actual hiit workout. Hiit needs breaks that’s the whole point. So dont feel bad you can’t do without rests
I have started to do this workout. Day 1:Done✅(twice a day) Day2:Done✅(twice a day) Day3:❌I didn't do cause I had to prepare my lessons. Day4:Done✅(once a day)
keeping track here! starting weight 45.8kg (just a reminder i am not anorexic or anything i am only 150-151 cm - and im turning 12 in 3 months and i feel fat so hahah) day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ day 4: X (rest day) instead I did pamelas six pack workout :) day 5: ✅ day 6: X i did pamela's six pack workout day 7: X i did pamela's six pack workout (hiit isn't good if u do it every day :)) day 8: ✅ 45.2kg! day 9: ✅ day 10: ✅ day 11: ✅ day 12: ✅ day 13: X (did pamela's ab workout) also am now 44.6kg in the morning before any food :) day 14: X (first rest day) day 15: ✅now 44.4 kg even after breakfast and lunch! day 16: ✅ day 17: ✅ (now 43.8kg) GUYS THIS RLY WORKS! i didn't diet i just made sure not to eat a lot of snacks and i've had like cheetos, lays and pringles during this, my tips are stop when ur full, give yourself a cheat snack don't limit yourself too much you will end up craving it in the middle of the night and that is not good, avoid desserts like ice cream instead u can freeze some watermelon and make a watermelon ice cream/sorbet ITS SO GOOD and when you feel like snacking eat fruits or corn or sweet potato (i recommend since it keeps u full) and my best snack tip is BANANAS sometimes my lunch isn't good when i eat it at school so I just eat a banana and eat a small snack when i get home, don't skip breakfast its gonna make you hungry and (at least for me) i end up binging w/ chips and stretch to avoid sore muscles, i like pamela's 6 minute one :) day 18: ✅ (now 43.6kg) day 19: X (did pamela's ab workout) since HIIT isn't good everyday day 20: X (I had dance) day 21: ✅ (did this along w/ dance class) day 22: ✅ day 23: ✅ day 24: X day 25: X ab workout! day 26: ✅ day 27: X ab workout! day 28: X (had dance again) day 29: ✅ day 30: ✅ day 31: ✅ also am officially 43.6kg last time i checked ! babes your too young to be on about your weight. your still growing. i recommend a bmi test if you havent done it yet. i dont mean to be rude in any way, just giving advice from what i learnt
@@keelsterrrrrr yes i fully understand!, i was at 75th percentile which is nearly overweight for americans+im asian so i should be lighter but now im 50th percentile so im healthy, i only exercise on days where i didnt do any cardio now!
Guys, believe me this workout is the best! Just after 1 week I lost 1,5 kg! The first 2-3 it will be hard, Im not gonna lie. After the 2-3 days the workout will seem shorter and easier. Trust me! I also didn’t have a specifiek diet. I just ate in smaller portions, more vegetables and less sugar. I did have a cheat day, where I ate everything I wanted, but tha day after that i didn’ eat for 12 hours. I did this workout with another 10 min legs and abs workout and lost 5 kg in a month! (sorry btw for my English, its not my mother language)
Today worked out according to this vid again! Finally im not busy and i dont hv to separate this workout into doing it in 2places (office and home). And i still replaced some difficult part (run out of strength) with some easy parts (butt kick, knee tap ,etc) ,and my style of rest is doing it slowly and dont rewind even i spend some more extra sec to think of which easy trick to choose to replace the endless burpees😂❤ Plus, i went to the gym for 30 min afterwards and go for a run for 10km. The most productive day ever! Thanks Pamela for giving me a good start!
@@beth-13 Yeah, I've been doing them for 2 month now, and my body looks waaayy better. My posture improved, my core is toned and the legs are much more in shape. But apart from looks I just feel much stronger, and also I breathe way slowlier, cause her workouts are mostly cardio. I have to mention that I didn't work out at all before.
@@vanessaz1709 nope, cause it never was my goal in the first place and I eat a lot. But now I rather have muskles than fat, which looks nice, and I feel much healthier. And not only this workout, I do also her other workouts
This totally works!! I know it's hard but it's worth it! I lost 5kg within one and a half months ( I did follow a strict diet plan nd i did other hiit videos when i felt the earlier one that i used to do got easier) Really I'd like to thank Pamela cuz of her I lost 10kg like from 63kg to 53kg (my goal being 48kg) i knw its not much but it really changed my life.. I'm confident of the way i am nd now i really like to workout! And guys don't give up but always remember that u all are perfect the way u are! Ciaoo! 💟💞
I worked out like 6 days a week... For like 30-35 min a day.. I'd actually prefer hiit cuz it really burns fat faster. Exercising is only half the challenge...keeping a strict diet is really important. I did a calorie deficit diet for me i did 1200cal (i knw its pretty low) i didn't do any type of intermittent fasting or any other diets. I tried to make sure that i am active throughout the day. The main thing that was actually cutting sugar.. It really works...nd if u want sumthin sweet I'd suggest dark chocolate which is better than other chocolates.
I haven’t worked out for two year. This morning I went to the gym for the first time this year, but it was not open yet. I came back home and did this workout. I feel alive again. Thank you Pamela.
A tiktoker recommend Pamela for getting ab results and I was curious to see Pamela’s videos and this one popped up!!!! I used to do this workout religiously in the beginning of quarantine!!! This workout literally shedded body fat off for me and I’m so happy that I stumbled upon your page again. Because Ik your workouts are real stuff 👍🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
@@L78-g9k I have. My journey started with Chloe Ting last year (Jan.2020, ~180lbs). I also got exercise burnout, diet fall off as well during 2020. I think I started Pamela late summer 2020 (still strictly Pam). Currently (April 2021)156lbs, (still a ways to go with weight lost goal). At some point this year, I will go between Pamela &Chloe workout program or Pam & someone else. On my cardio days, I do Chloe's ab exercises.

I’ve been doing this workout for 2 months now. Initially, I wasn’t losing any pounds on the scale because my muscle replaced my fat so quickly. I was 196 with looser fitting clothes for an entire month. I started out at 202 lbs. but, by the end of this month, I’ll officially be entering my 180s. KEEP AT IT GUYS! IT WORKS. I suggest you take pictures/videos of your progress as the months progress.
Did you do the work out once every day? Or did you do it multiple times? Also did you alternate with the workout, like did you do it one day and skip it the next?
Don't be scared If u will do her workout, you will be fit and slime. I am the prove. I didi this workout 7 days 1 day: very painful but seeing changes in only in 1 day 2 day: little painful but I did it. 3 day:✅ 4 day:✅ 5 day:✅ 6 day:✅ feeling so nice 7 day:✅ I did it and u will not believe, I have a slimmer body now Many changes now I have.
I know nobody is going to find this comment but I’ll just say it anyways for my own reminder and motivation. I began working out when quarantine started, and I remember trying this video. Could only get halfway through without a break and wheezing on the floor. It’s been almost 3 months, I’ve intensely worked out at least 3-4 times a week since, and getting through this video completely, without breaks, and without dying is my goal! So I just finished 2 other small HIIT workouts (from MadFit btw, if anyone wondering), still got energy left, ready to smash this one. I will update anyone who may happen to read this how I do in around 15 minutes... I really hoped I have improved. After: I did it! I can’t believe it. I did two workouts just before this and I still managed to get through this one with NO ADDED BREAKS. Maybe I looked a bit stupid doing some of the exercises, and my transitions weren’t as clean as hers (especially towards the last third of the video), and I’m sweating like a dead mouse frying in the sun, but I did it! It felt good, I didn’t want to give up once! By the end of the video I could even stand up. Now I’m ready to do her 10 min ab workout! Wow, it’s incredible what only 3 months of consistency can do. Don’t give up guys. :D Another edit one month later: Been doing this workout almost every time I exercise (in terms of cardio/HIIT) and it’s getting EASY! My form has improved so much I feel I could record myself and look (almost) as good as her. Squat holds (my favorite), planks (feels like a break), burpees (however you spell it), and those weird lunge kicks from the beginning (which I used to hate) are now nothing to fear anymore. Feels good! Of course some days I’m more tired than others and it’s harder, but overall I can finish it with energy left. You got this, you can get here too.
@@chucks5628 Well, I originally started doing HIIT workouts because I couldn’t do any sports during quarantine, without the intention of weight loss. Given I don’t have any scale at home (and it can often be misleading), I can still say that I definitely ended up losing weight! I’m gonna estimate around 4-6kg (depends on how much muscle I gained). My waist & butt shrunk, and I have a very toned stomach now. I believe with a semi-clean diet (and depending on your starting weight, mine was only 55 kg...) you can definitely lose a lot of weight working out only 3 times a week but intensely for maybe 30min-60 min! However, note that I don’t restrict myself. If I want to eat ice cream I eat it. This mindset has kept me from overeating and never going hungry/worrying about food. :D
Thank you so much 🥺 this is so motivating it's been 3 months that I'm working out but this workout still makes me scared, with your comment I feel like I can get through it
*Y'all remember that sweat means your losing calories, which means your dropping those pounds!!* *Also another thing, DON'T get on the scale. Your fat will turn into muscle which means that the number on the scale may get higher or stay the same but it's not because your not losing the fat, it's because your gaining muscle! Try going based off of measurements or how your clothing fits! Or even take progress pics* *You're beautiful, regardless! Good luck, babes❤ YOU GOT THIS!*
I always lose lots of weight when I do not exercise regularly, even up to 5kg, while my amount of body fat remains the same or even increases. So for me losing weight is a very bad sign tha t means losing lots of muscle mass.
if you do burpees without the jumps it’s soooooo much easier. plus you can focus on going faster and bringing up your heart rate instead of trying not to wake up the entire neighborhood because your jumping is so loud
For people who can only do 5min of this: It gets easier. Yesterday I was only able to do 5min and today I pushed through and did 6 or 7 min! Keep going it’ll pay off!! Even if you have to take small breaks (try not to take small breaks as much as you can!) I’m 40lb overweight and hiit has helped me
lmao same. But you have to remember: Progress, not perfection. You already win if you decided to exercise! You won against your past self! Keep doing it! Hopefully it'll get easier!

for anyone thinking about quitting the workout halfway through: doing this work out and taking breaks and struggling is better than not doing it at all. trust me, you’ll feel better in the end 😌
Ooh I could relate when I first started! I stopped after 2 minutes hahahaha. I'm about 2 months in. Havent been doing her as consistently tho, more like 2 days a week. But now I can get through half the video with no breaks! So keep going!!!
It’s pretty easy actually, you literally find the energy to push your self even after a hard ass workout like this. I speak from experience. I did tryouts for the soccer team freshman year, and I literally had to keep going for hours on end, lots and lots of hiit in any type of weather, I shit you not we were working out in the rain

writing this here just for myself 😭 beginning: 138.2 lbs goal: 110 lbs Big goal but Pam's videos are only to get me started!!!!! Day 1: ✅️ Day 2: ✅️ 136.2 lbs Day 3:
A tip: NEVER ever scroll through the comment section before doing the workout! Just start the video and do it, you'll have plenty of time afterwards while streching or lying on the floor to catch your breath. :D
omg firstly who else lovesss Pamelas active wear?!? She always looks gorgeous! Idk if she will see this but I want to say a HUGE thank you for helping me along my fitness journey & inspiring me to start posting my own workout! Without you I wouldn’t have had the confident to start my fitness channel & now I am just over 1k subs! It’s so unreal, thanks so much Pamela ❤️❤️
I’m just here to say thank you because your hitt workout have helped me so much!!!! I’ve done them for only 10 min/day for 2 weeks and i became much more fit. I used to not be able to do push-ups and now I can do three (kinda embarrassing…) and I used to be only able to hold a plank for 10 seconds and now I can do 40 seconds! I also play volleyball and I was never able to block because of my low vertical but recently I started to be able to block! These improvements may not seem to be a lot but I’m so happy with it right now 😭😭
Wow, I don't believe a managed to finish this one!! Literally stopped the video every minute to take a break. So hard and effective, thank you! Hope one day to do it without a stop
I'll do it for 2 weeks and update everyday (my goal is to do it without breaks) Day 1:done and I'm officially dead. Day 2:done but it's kinda easier :D but it's still hard. Day 3:done but I took lots of breaks. Day 4:done (did first 8 minutes with out breaks I'm proud of myself idk why lol) Day 5: done but my motivation really said 🏃🚪 but I'll keep pushing myself! Day 6:rest day Day 7: done Day 8:done.(did it without breaks but it was still hard lol) Day 9: done ( much easier omg--) Day 10: done (my thighs got 7cm slimer they're 51cm now) Day 11:D O N E E E E Day 12:done. Day 13:done. Day 14:D O N E. So where should I start from....--- this workout helped me a lot , my thighs became much slimmer (-8cm)and I became a much stronger , I can run faster and not getting tired that easily anymore. Well idk if it's diet or not lol but I ate only twice a day and I ate whatever I wanted. I started seeing results like after 6 days but remember I also drunk lots of water and everyone's body works different. Just keep going and you'll get closer to your goals day by day ✨✨but make sure to do warm ups before any workout if you want it to be effective Idk what to say more lol if you wanna know something more feel free to ask me in replies lol
Don't hate me for this workout! :D I know, it's sooo hard .. but just in case you want to burn the calories of those Christmas Cookies - HAVE FUN!
And if you struggle, take a break & join me as soon as you're ready again :)

biology student here, if you're breathing heavily and struggling to catch you breath, don't give up! fat leaves your body through the breaths you exhale, sweat and urine. it gets broken down into carbon dioxide in your body! just remember that as you breathe, you're also breathing out fat ;)) // edit: guys i'm not suggesting that you should intentionally overexert yourselves to the point where you're breathing very heavily, it was just a little fyi that the byproducts of fat metabolism leaves your body as your breathe out! please know your body's limits, take good care of yourselves and stay safe xx

THAT'S GIVEN ME SO MUCH MOTIVATION HAHAHAH
Just wanted to say that doing this lil workout 4 or 5 times a week combined with a decent diet totally helped me out. It took time tho, like 2 or 3 months before I started seeing results, but it made me feel so ecstatic. I could literally see parts of my body slowly trimming down and becoming more defined. Plus my mental health was at a all time high...until I messed up my knee and lost all that progress 🙃 BUT I'm back here to do this all over again because it gave me actual results instead of doing cardio all the time. So, thank you Pamela and good luck everyone else ~

*why didn’t god bless me with a fast metabolism*
Well If you try to gain muscle Like me it is not a bless
Co
Yeah bro. If you lift and gain some muscle your metabolism would speed up and I think it’s pretty easy for people with slower metabolisms to build
Jayna how much muscle do I need to build? Is muscle tone like the girl in the video enough?

I like the dialogue while they are doing the workout because it distracts me from the amount of time I have to do it. It makes it feel shorter. 🤷🏾♀️

Did you take breaks?
@Nithya Balan Did you do other body weight excercises like ab workout etc... apart from the HIIT?
I worked out like 6 days a week... For like 30-35 min a day.. I'd actually prefer hiit cuz it really burns fat faster. Exercising is only half the challenge...keeping a strict diet is really important. I did a calorie deficit diet for me i did 1200cal (i knw its pretty low) i didn't do any type of intermittent fasting or any other diets. I tried to make sure that i am active throughout the day. The main thing that was actually cutting sugar.. It really works...nd if u want sumthin sweet I'd suggest dark chocolate which is better than other chocolates.

@@bruhstfuu you got this!!
@@ritiklalotra7612 wait really!? ☺️
I stopped at 4 mins the first time and now I can do until 12 mins without stopping :3 hopefully I can do the entire thing with Pamela soon
Another edit one month later: Been doing this workout almost every time I exercise (in terms of cardio/HIIT) and it’s getting EASY!
Did u loose weight?
Thank you so much 🥺 this is so motivating it's been 3 months that I'm working out but this workout still makes me scared, with your comment I feel like I can get through it
@@xrukia3158 I believe in you! Let me know how it goes.
Damn!! This motivated me so much! Thanks :)
*Y'all remember that sweat means your losing calories, which means your dropping those pounds!!*
*Also another thing, DON'T get on the scale. Your fat will turn into muscle which means that the number on the scale may get higher or stay the same but it's not because your not losing the fat, it's because your gaining muscle! Try going based off of measurements or how your clothing fits! Or even take progress pics*
*You're beautiful, regardless! Good luck, babes❤ YOU GOT THIS!*
Pooh Ma you don’t loose more calories bc of sweating more or less that’s a myth
You actually dont loose calories by sweating, you loose them by breathing and sweating helps with the temperature of your body :/
I always lose lots of weight when I do not exercise regularly, even up to 5kg, while my amount of body fat remains the same or even increases. So for me losing weight is a very bad sign tha t means losing lots of muscle mass.
Check out @shooksupplements on Instagram! Their supplements have changed my health journey!
OMG (facepalm) fat doesn't turn into muscle! Please do some research before writing something like that. Thank you.
Me: *convincing myself that i'll get fit during coronavirus quarantine*
Also me: *sees burpees coming up and leaves video*
same girl sameee
if you do burpees without the jumps it’s soooooo much easier. plus you can focus on going faster and bringing up your heart rate instead of trying not to wake up the entire neighborhood because your jumping is so loud
@@jessa8675 omg yes that such a good idea thanks lol
mOOD
I am with you!
Hey, who is here in 2024? :)
Me😅
For people who can only do 5min of this:
It gets easier. Yesterday I was only able to do 5min and today I pushed through and did 6 or 7 min! Keep going it’ll pay off!! Even if you have to take small breaks (try not to take small breaks as much as you can!) I’m 40lb overweight and hiit has helped me
This is exactly me. I'm only do it 5 mins lmao
You would be disappointed to see how poorly I followed these instructions.
ur profile picture would be her reaction
lmao same. But you have to remember: Progress, not perfection. You already win if you decided to exercise! You won against your past self! Keep doing it! Hopefully it'll get easier!

lesson learned: don’t look at the comments on pamela’s videos before doing the workout bc now idk if i rlly wanna do it lol
Yes 😂☠️ Just staring at my phone, waiting for life to make me an excuse or so. I'll try and comment how it went lol

♡︎ just do it
Too late
I'm doing this everyday before work, what an amazing way to start the day 🙌. Thank you Pamela 😊.
she literally just keeps going *without* stopping. girl I’m out of breath dying- help
been 2 months since I’ve started and I’m so proud of myself!
Take a 5 second break if you're out of breath.
my asthma can’t take this
for anyone thinking about quitting the workout halfway through: doing this work out and taking breaks and struggling is better than not doing it at all. trust me, you’ll feel better in the end 😌
if you want me to make you feel better, i took 5 breaks and barely even finished half the video
@Madison Genovese i will! thanks tho
Ooh I could relate when I first started! I stopped after 2 minutes hahahaha. I'm about 2 months in. Havent been doing her as consistently tho, more like 2 days a week. But now I can get through half the video with no breaks! So keep going!!!
If she gave you rests then she would be giving you An actual hiit workout. Hiit needs breaks that’s the whole point.
HAHAHAH dont worry girl you´ll get better, i just took 1 break
Alexis omg stop replying to every comment w that
Awesome. No talking, no sellin u sumthin or wastin ur time tellin us how much she knows.. hands down top notch ❤
I still don't understand how is she so full of energy at the end of the workout
It’s pretty easy actually, you literally find the energy to push your self even after a hard ass workout like this. I speak from experience. I did tryouts for the soccer team freshman year, and I literally had to keep going for hours on end, lots and lots of hiit in any type of weather, I shit you not we were working out in the rain

Becuz of that quote is true, "practice makes the man perfect".🤣🤣🤣
I'll be so proud of myself when I can go through this without any self-given breaks 🙌🏼
.deborah. Proud
Wow. I can't
Haven’t done this workout before, but I’ve read through the comments and I’m scared
you should be
Same 💀
After reading the comments, I'm DEFINITELY going to modify it to start with. Probably do each for 20 seconds instead of 30 and build in more breaks.
SOUMYA JAIN ngl I haven’t done it yet, I just watched the video 😂but I’ve done some of her other ones and they were hard but worth it

Same, haha! I feel like it’s the only thing I can do while in quarantine. Might as well lol
Anyone else freaking hate plank jumps? Those things are the literal bane of my existence
burpees are a sport in hell
🤢🤢plank jacks are so hard but work your abs ALOT
It's been 2 weeks and I still can't do them..
So you play animal crossing too huh 😏
Before I hated mountain climbers but now I know worse than this exercise 🤣
A tip:
NEVER ever scroll through the comment section before doing the workout! Just start the video and do it, you'll have plenty of time afterwards while streching or lying on the floor to catch your breath. :D
i already started looking at the comments tho... ;-;
Haha i am smart i finished it and now im in the Comments :) and hell Yeah i am on the Floor😂

These improvements may not seem to be a lot but I’m so happy with it right now 😭😭
you’re doing so amazing!!! ❤❤❤

I don't deserve Pamela's claps and cheers at the end 😭 I had way too many pauses
You deserve claps.
You deserve them you went through all the hard shit instead of saying " i will do it one day "

OMG didn’t expect this to be THAT hard 🥵🥵🥵 congrats to everyone who’s done it!
I'll do it for 2 weeks and update everyday (my goal is to do it without breaks)
Day 1:done and I'm officially dead.
Day 2:done but it's kinda easier :D but it's still hard.
Day 3:done but I took lots of breaks.
Day 4:done (did first 8 minutes with out breaks I'm proud of myself idk why lol)
Day 5: done but my motivation really said 🏃🚪 but I'll keep pushing myself!
Day 6:rest day
Day 7: done
Day 8:done.(did it without breaks but it was still hard lol)
Day 9: done ( much easier omg--)
Day 10: done (my thighs got 7cm slimer they're 51cm now)
Day 11:D O N E E E E
Day 12:done.
Just keep going and you'll get closer to your goals day by day ✨✨but make sure to do warm ups before any workout if you want it to be effective
Idk what to say more lol if you wanna know something more feel free to ask me in replies lol
I'm with you😊
