    Absolutely adored this workout!!! This is one if the (if not THE) best choreo you ever made! Every single song was enjoyable, especially the workout on the first one! You could insert it 4x a week in my plan and I would still be happy to sweat for this!

      @@raynabalab4257 Hallo, im Prinzip ja. Wie alt bist du? Hast du Kinder? Wenn man nach den Geburten nicht wieder trainiert, kann sein, dass der Bauch nie mehr ganz weggeht wie bei mir, haha. Ebenfalls wichtig ist die Ernährung. Kein Zucker, keine Milchprodukte, möglichst kein Brot. Und viel Bewegung.

Ich denke das ich es nie schaffen werde.Ich essen nur zwei Mahlzeiten am Tag und trinke dazwischen nur Wasser. Ich habe der Zeit auch irgendwie kein Bock mehr zu essen weil ich mich so unwohl fühle in meiner Haut...

    I work for hours and feel exhausted and burnout. I still have some more to do, it's gonna take me another hour.
    I take a 15 min break, how should I spend it?
    I find this and I start it. I am tired but happy to move a little.
    At the last song I wasn't even following the instructions. I was just dancing and vibing in a way I haven't in a long time, with a gigantic smile on my face.

    Mình tập 2 lần 1 ngày 1 sáng + 1 tối , mới tập thì thấy rất mệt nhưng sang ngày tiếp theo thì đỡ mệt hẳn , kiên trì tập + chế độ ăn uống hợp lí + 2 lít nước/ ngày thì sau 1 tuần thôi sẽ thấy cải thiện cân nặng rõ nha mng cố lên nàooooo vì một sức khỏe tốt và một cơ thể săn chắc 😘😘

      @@HuyenTrieu-fh3hg mình mới bắt đầu tập từ thứ 2 tuần này nên chưa giảm được nhiều nhưng mình thấy bắp đùi với bắp tay săn chắc , cảm giác khỏe hơn á , với cả không chỉ có cân nặng mà còn nhiều yếu tố khác giúp định hình dáng nữa ạ ví dụ : chiều cao , cơ bắp … mình nghĩ tập cái này thì giúp giảm mỡ thừa và săn chắc cơ thể , giúp dáng mình gọn hơn í

      @@HuyenTrieu-fh3hg với cả thấy tập bài này thú vị nên ngày nào mình cũng hoàn thành chỉ tiêu hết hihi, chứ trước kia k biết đến bài này mình có tập qua một số bài tập khác cảm giác nó mệt và đau nhức , dù có giảm nhưng rất dễ tăng cân trở lại , nên mình nghĩ tập mấy bài tập thế này là hợp lí , cân bằng lượng mỡ vs cơ bắp , nâng cao sức khỏe và sức đề kháng nè ❤️

    I have a love/hate relationship with this video haha. Honestly though, you have changed my life when it comes to health. I have been using your videos since January, half hour every day except Sunday, and I have lost 25kg. Your workouts make it easier to get up a 5am and workout before starting my day.     oh my god i LOVED the last one!! those kinds of good workouts with the individual little dance for the chorus is SO fun and it's really funny and motivating to see the different names for the moves and guess what's coming next. i'm definitely going to be coming back to this one and maybe even skip my pre-last-song break....

    I usually dread cardio but this was the perfect combination of fun dancy moves and actual basic exhausting cardio exercises. I almost was mad when I saw plank jumps, but I forgave Pam when she let us choose the second time. The music rocked as per usual ❤️❤️

    BEST VIDEO EVER! Pam, I love all of your videos, but this is the first that I would actually do again for FUN. It was still plenty hard and a good workout, but the choreo was AMAZING!! Definitely going to be on repeat all summer!!!

    So much endorphins like I was on drugs or something and I've had the workout twice and on the second time at 4:40 I was not ''feeling hot'' but ''feeling boiling hot, almost flaming''... But I was so happy and filled with energy that I couldn't stop and this is definitely my new favourite workout.
    LOVE is not a drug... PAM's workouts are drugs ! haha

    Pamela - Best workouts ever! I have tried doing workouts from many many fitness influencers and always after 2-3 weeks I was totally bored! I am doing your cardio and dance workouts now for 2.5 years and I am still having fun. Love you and your job. :)

    woah. I'm a big fan of Pamela's workout, especially dance cardios, and I knew that this is gonna be good, BUT I DIDNT EXPECT THAT TO BE INCREDIBLE. SERIOUSLY, THIS IS THE BEST DANCE CARDIO I'VE EVER DONE!!! +this is really good mood giving, I feel happy and hopeful now, thanks Pamela!
