      Yes anytime. Par khaane ke baad 2-3 hours ka gaap dijiye. Ek chote snack 30-40 minute exercise ke pehle theek hain

      When we first start working out, muscle pain can happen. It can last anywhere from a day to 4-5 days also. Take rest and recover. Make sure you exercise within your fitness level

    I started 15 days ago, In starting it hurts a lot , full body in pain but gradually it decrease. overall very good work out. I started it after my two normal delivery😊

    Walking for hours(5-6hrs a day) didn't help me swelter to burn fat.but this 3o minutes workout is sweltering me a lot.but I have not changed my diet yet! I take junk food or sweet mates weekly twice.
    I need your suggestion.I m 18,5ft 3",66kg

      First day can be difficult. As you get stronger, it will get easier. Don't push beyond your comfort too much and only do as much as feels comfortable

      Morning mein kar saktein hain ya phir evening mein bhi kar saktein hain. Aap khaane ke baad 2-3 hours ka gaap di jiye. Small snack 30-40 minute workout se pehle theek hain
