This is the piece I was missing!! You read and read and watch motivational videos but CONSISTENCY is my biggest problem. The anology of "making a new path" is what is resonating with me. Carving a new path is difficult at first but, over time, walking that path becomes EASY!!! Thank you! 🙏

I'm going to do this and record it on my wall calendar! 100 days of waking up at the same time, no excuses! I'm tired of being off my schedule every Monday from sleeping in on my three day weekends! It's been a battle of being consistently inconsistent! Here we go! 🎉🫡👌🥳💯💃💥

@user-xs8vx1wi7z I'd love to say yes, but with the holiday, I had 2 weeks off and did sleep in. But on average, I am getting up at 4:30 am during the week at least.
