    Hi Imane. Thank you so much for what your doing. Afters years of alopecia I truly was hopeless and depressed.. But you are giving me so much hope and good vibe! I've binge watch all yours videos and bought a dermaroller, saw palmetto, rosemary oils and change my diet thanks to you. It's too soon for any results but something definitely change in me. Everyone told me androgenetic alopecia was incurable and that I will lose my hair no matter what. You changed that. You are truly beautiful inside out. ❤️

    Hi Imane,
    Thanks for the informative video. I would like to ask if the derma stamp is a better option for treating alopecia or not. Furthermore, what frequency of micro needling is ideal to stimulate hair growth especially if you are using 1-1.5 mm needles.
    Your response will be highly appreciated.

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there! 🌸 I'm so happy you found the video helpful. Many have found success in treating alopecia with a derma stamp, as it can help stimulate the scalp in a way that encourages hair growth.
      In my own journey, I've found a 1-1.5mm dermaroller to be ideal. With that, I'd usually recommend micro-needling about 1-2 times a week, giving your scalp time to heal between sessions. Remember, every one's journey is unique and it needs patience, love, and some natural remedies!
      For an extra boost, a nourishing hair oil (like the Super Roots on Bia!✨) can nourish the scalp post-needling. Remember to consult a professional before starting any new hair regimen. Keep up the good work, you're doing amazing! 💕

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for your question! I'm glad you found the video helpful. My personal experience with minoxidil is that it can cause side effects like irritation and scalp dryness. It's also important to remember that minoxidil is a drug, so it's best to use it only when absolutely necessary. I prefer to fight female hair loss naturally and holistically and have found some success with this approach.
      I've found that using a 1.5mm dermaroller can help stimulate hair growth, as can using natural remedies like rosemary and castor oil. I also recommend using products from my business www.thereisbia.com. Finally, there is some scientific research that suggests that natural remedies can help with female hair loss.
      I hope this helps! Best of luck in your journey.

    Thanks for your video,. Rosemary oil does work, I started using it to massage the scalp mixed with olive oil which is also good (coconut oil is also effective) and I can see new hair growing on my entries.
    I use Rosemary pepper oil which I believe is even more effective due to the fact it promotes blood cirulation because it really burns like pepper (that's why it's recommended to use it along with a carrier oil). Now I don't even massage my scalp anymore, I just mix it with shampoo, 2 drops of rosemary oil is enough to see the results and you don't even have to wait before washing it but I think for best results let it sit for about 3 - 5 minutes.
    I have never done microneedling, I will start off with the 0.5mm one, just to allow the rosemary essential oil to penetrate the scalp more easily and see the results I will get, but the rosemary oil alone is doing an excellent job.

What should I mix with the rosemary esential oil and when should I apply it after dermarolling? Also what can I put on my scalp to soothe the pain after dermarolling? Once a week dermaroll with the 1.5? Can I use .5 and 1.0 also once a week then just push harder on scalp? Thankyou! I was so scarred when my hair started falling out until I found you TH-cam channel! Even if you get the 1.5mm derma roller, you won’t get the full penetration unless you push the roller flush against your scalp. Probably only half of the needles goes into your scalp. That’s why these studies uses microneedling instead where the full length of the needle is pushed into your scalp. Having said that, it’s still effective because blood will permeate your treated area.

    Hi , so I’ve been currently experiencing a lot of hair loss and came across your channel. After watching all your videos I’ve become incredibly hopeful. I was wondering how long will you go without washing your hair. And since you micro needle before washing, what’s the longest you’ll go without washing your hair before doing so. Is it safe to micro-needle if you have gone 3-5 days not washing your hair?
    Thank you 🙏🏽😊

      Hey yes perfectly safe just make sure to disinfect the dermaroller before and after use. What I normally do is that I dermaroll once a week then put oil in my hair overnight and wash it out the next day or the day after depending on whether I have somewhere to go haha x

    Not being salty or anything. Just curious, is it really working(for how long have you used dermarolling) if you can see the scalp through the hair? I believe it is better than before but the hair still looks really sparse?
    Also.. how the hell is it possible to use 1.5mm onve a week if it literally takes a week to heak up after previous needling. I use 0 .5 and get pinpoint bleeding and it takes time to heal so i do only once a week... If one is not pushing the needle in the skin to its full length and having longer needles, then what's the point of having longer needles( pushing the full 0.5 in versus only going gently over with 1.5mm)?

Incorporating natural products like our Bia Super Roots Hair Oil (which has amazing Rosemary Oil!) can be super beneficial. Find it on thereisbia.com/. Hi there! It is possible to experience some dandruff after using a dermaroll, but it is not common. If you feel that the dead skin cells are shedding off, it could be a sign that the dermarolling is working. Make sure to always follow up your dermarolling with a good moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated. If you're still concerned, I recommend speaking with your dermatologist.

    Hi Cool video. I haven't needled my scalp for a while but I'm thinking of starting again
    I have a Derminator which is motor driven device that stamps the needle in precisely to to dialed in depth. When I set it on 1.5 mm on my face or scalp the blood gushes out. even at 1mm there is still plenty of blood
    Since the roller does not go in all the way unless you push it really hard, I estimate that 0.75 mm on the Derminator is about the equivalent as 1.5 mm on a roller with moderate pressure. At 0.75mm I can see little dots of blood but nothing major.
    What is your opinion on depth for such devices? Do you think 0.75 will do? I really feel that going 1.5mm on the Derminator more than once every 3 months would be to much. Is there even any benefit for hair growth to make it bleed that much?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If it gushes out blood that’s really bad you don’t want to be doing that! You want the scalp to go go red. With some very very very minor bleeding !

      The 0.5mm you can use more frequently as it’s only going to the top bit of your scalp. The 0.5mm will increase the effect of any topical treatments you use. The 1.5mm will not only increase absorption but it will also induce more hair growth as it will increasing growth factors.

    • @ImaneBelle
