    Welcome to my TH-cam channel Hairliciously. In this channel, I will be taking you on a journey of my FUE hair transplant progress. Towards the end of November 2016, I had a 1700 FUE hair transplant done in South Korea at Motion Clinic (en.motionclinic.kr) to lower my hairline and to fill in my receding temples. The FUE hair transplant procedure took me about 7-8 hours to complete and cost me approximately $5000 USD.
    I will be doing daily updates on my hair transplant progress, so feel free to subscribe and ask any questions you have. Thanks for visiting!
    Please like, comment and subscribe! :)
    ======================================
    Products I am using to supplement my FUE hair transplant:
    1. HAIRLICIOUSLY Dr Pen 1.5mm 1-2x a week. (temples and hairline)
    2. HAIRLICIOUSLY Hair Growth Supplement 2x a day
    3. Minoxidil (Rogaine) - Minoxidil slows hair loss progression and promotes hair regrowth. I've noticed that using Minoxidil helped me grow my transplanted hairs a lot more quicker.

      @@OverRule1 I mean I’ve used mine every week now and it’s been roughly 3 months and it’s still doing good. I will probably replace mine every now and then but every 5-7 sessions is just not enough use imo. I clean mine pretty good and it still feels the way it did when I first got it. I use it in my face as well and ironically it’s promoting more beard growth on my upper cheeks than it is scalp hair haha. I don’t need more beard but I won’t complain.

      @@LRM5195 I read you are supposed to use it twice a week on your head. Also if you combine it with minoxidile you will see a lot more hair in about 6 months but minoxidile will actually make your hair look worse at first before it looks better because it makes you shed all your weak hairs including the fine baby hairs and those hairs will be replaced by much stronger thicker hairs months later

    For everyone asking and wondering...these manual derma pens and derma stamps can only be used about 4 or 5x ( once a week use, gotta replace it every month or so )
    Soak the needle heads in 70% alcohol for 10 minutes before and after use. Wash hair with shampoo before microneedling. You CAN use hair growth serum after microneedling. Do not use minoxidil until 12 to 24 hours has passed from microneedling your scalp. It can go systemic in your blood if you use topical min directly after you microneedle which is not what you are using topical min for.

    Thanks. Great video boss. I will be using it with Rogaine. I haven't had continuous hair loss, I had my wife do my dreads back in 2001 with bee's wax (black wax). One night I was washing my hair and it all just came out in gobs. Some never came back. I had been shaving my hair for at least 6-7 years. Bald. So two weeks ago I decided to just let it grow cause I was being lazy. I have a lot of hair. But low in the crown and at the temples... But not all gone there. So I bought biotin, rogaine max strength, and now I need Dr. Pen.
    It would be so cool to be able to have a head of hair again. I might even re-grow my dreads. Siiiigh... Now I need a solution to make my beard black again (permanently).

So if I were to add ONE thing to my scalp after micro-stamping, what would you say (other than minoxidil) is the #1 MOST beneficial (there are soo many opinions out there). Biotin oil, argon, castor, peppermint, ginger, pumpkin, & now I learn of tret. Second question, did you go for an analysis for your hair transplant at the same place in SK, or did you travel there to get it done after getting a prescription from a different doctor? In addition, what type of doctor/clinic should I go to get my initial consultation (dermatologist, hair clinic...)? Thanks.

    is there a difference between titanium and stainless steel? I just googled the dermastamp you used (I think it is the DRS dermastamp) and they say it is titanium but in your video you said it is stainless steel. Please let us know. Thanks in advance!

    • @LRM5195

      Titanium is a metal while stainless steel is a metal alloy. Take that how you will but as long as it’s going into the scalp and the needles are clean, I don’t see why it would make much of a difference.

      @@hairliciously From my own personal experience with minoxidil. On the scalp I could absolutely not tolerate any PG minoxidil like Kirkland liquid, but their foam version is perfectly fine.
      As for the beard, I could pretty much use any minoxidil on it, the only catch is, if I apply a PG formula then I'm in for a lot of itching, but it's somewhat managable, I've even used MinoxidilMax %15 PG and it was alright. If I used Kirkland foam on the beard then it was smooth sailing, no probs with it.
      I also made sure to wash my face and moisturize a lot, I use CeraVe face wash and moisturizer.

    • @TheMythRay
      @TheMythRay 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I do it every 1-2 weeks, if it caused scarring then no one would be doing it. People literally butcher their scalp and still see results. Also, the healing process of microneedling has to be at most a few days. Even when I get pinpoint bleeding it stops almost immediately. That’s just my opinion of course

    • @BenLovrien
      @BenLovrien 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      To both of those things if I’m even understanding them correctly. Idk how to respond about hair transplants being mentioned because I don’t have one, I’m just doing it preventatively. I notice that my scalp, from pinpoint bleeding using a 1.5mm stamp, is completely back to normal within 3-4 days. But I’ve heard the healing process within your scalp can last 2-3 weeks and to let it heal longer, then I’ve also heard to do it every week. So idk what to do still😂
