    I am so happy that someone who has/is actually suffered/suffering from hairloss is making videos about hair regrowth and it's not some stupid DIY mask on already thick hair with the extremely pointless or even fake before and after pictures. I am gonna get one of these tools and praying to see thick hair of both us🙈❤. Keep updating us.

      @@vigneshminnal7592 I actually got a Derma-roller about 3 or 4 months ago and used it for maybe two weeks. After that I was unable to give myself and my hair enough time because of the school stress. I am in my final year and although I might be one the less active students, I had many sleepless nights, let alone using the derma-roller I even skipped washing my hair and did not bother to buy a new packet of vitamin D and Iron tablets that I have to take because of my severe deficiency. Your comment has made me realize how bad I am at taking care of myself. If I continue like this, in summer 2021 I will have my B minus certificate and a completey bald head haha.

    This comment section makes me feel so much better about my hair loss! My hair has been thinning since middle school and I’m currently 18. I noticed it was pretty bad so I decided to make an appointment with a dermatologist (I thought it would grow back on its own honestly, and my appt. is in August!). I tried researching online but all the articles I read said that my problem probably couldn’t be reversed. But I decided to take vitamins and change my shampoo anyway. I hope things work out for me. And I hope everyone else who has watched this video also finds success in their hair regrowth journey :) ♥️ you got this!

      Have you tried red light therapy? You can buy red light products on amazon and eBay. They do help. Also castor oil is an excellent scalp treatment. With hair loss, I've found that you have to do multiple treatments to get results. I do red light, minoxidil, castor oil treatments, copper peptide serum, and derma rolling. It's fairly time consuming but if you can stick with all the treatments, you will get results. It can take quite a while though, so you have to be patient. It can take months to see results of a new hair treatment. It won't be overnight, so if anyone claims they used a treatment that gave them new hair growth in a week or two, they are just imagining things.

    • @brain878
      @brain878 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@mygirldarby I haven’t tried red light! I’ll have to look into it. I’ve been using Rosemary oil on my scalp every morning though and I’ve been taking Omega 3 vitamins. I think I might have a hormonal imbalance due to a lot of thick hairs growing on my neck and jawline, so I’m getting blood tests for that in 6 weeks. Since starting the Rosemary oil though I have noticed little black dots on my scalp from the photos I’ve taken. I think this means hair is starting to grow there???

    Thank you soooo much for your videos. So many TH-cam videos say "see result in 1 week". "See results the next day"! No honesty!!! I have had so much hair loss and it is very distressing!!! I feel like should see good results in a week and when I don't it breaks me down even more. But with your videos you say even up to a year to see goodness happen. That means A LOT!!! I understand now that I need to stick to a hair care routine for a good 6 months to a year. Thank you for giving me some hope back.

    Hey Imane! I was researching on oils and techniques to help stimulate hair growth and reduce hair fall out and I am SO HAPPY to have seen your videos! I originally thought rice water would be the best way to combat hair loss but saw that since I have low porosity hair, too much of the protein may actually just dry out my hair and cause my hair to break more. Was so disheartened because most of these youtube vids are about rice water treatments but seeing ur vids with scientific research and your confidence, I feel like I can still do something. Ill be sure to check out ur other vids too and wanna thank you for putting these videos out to help us. Thanks!!!

    Hello Imane! Thank you so much for all the dedication and effort put into your videos I really appreciate it! - So I just saw your hair care routine video where you performed derma rolling - then added your hair oil mixes. So in this video you mentioned we should derma roll after washing our hair but in the other video you added essential oils after derma-rolling and later washed your hair. I just got a little confused! What do you think is the safest way to use derma-rolling, especially for a beginner? - Thank you :)

    Glad to hear there are natural remedies for hair loss. I was on minoxidil for just 2 weeks and broke out in a terrible rash on my scalp on forehead plus had inflamed lymph nodes behind my ears. The lymph nodes scared me enough that I went to see a Dr today. He basically said “ no more Minoxidil for you!”

    Thank you so much for uploading this video. Ive just given this a go and it’s sooo hard to do the back of your head! How do you do it? Also..my hair kept getting caught in the needles and ripping out! Does this happen to you?
    Also, is it absolutely necessary to go in all those directions? Is up and down and horizontal enough?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      So I just concentrate on the top of my scalp and sides. It's important to part your hair are you parting it and holding your hair so it doesn't get caught? And only rolling over the partings? As long as you are doing it in all directions you should be good. I normally do it quite quickly in all directions if that makes sense Xxx

But your hair growth journey is so inspiring and thank you for sharing it with us ❤️ I do have a quick question regarding the rosemary oil mixture. Do you leave the oil in your hair or rinse it out after a couple of hours? Since you also suggested washing the hair before micro needling the scalp to prevent infection, in that case do you find it damaging to the hair if you wash too often? I've been suggested to extend 3-5 days in between washes... Anyways don't know if you'll see or respond this but I'll give the micro needling a try none the less. Wish me luck LOLLL

      your very welcome! i leave it in overnight most times but if i cant leaving it in for a few hours is fine too. Ill be honest im quite lazy so i dont wash my hair before dermarolling but just be sure if you have hair products in to wash your hair as you dont want it to go into your bloodstream. i personally dont find it damaging to hair as i leave the oil in overnight and as long as you use a suphate free shampoo that is gentle its ok. GOOD LUCK

      I would recommend starting at 0.5mm as 0.3mm is too small. So either naissance or fushi for the rosemary oil but having organic is best but non organic is fine too. Hope this helps x

    Currently been loosing my hair for about a month! Went to my dermatologist, was recommended spironolactone, vitamin d, and biotin. I was also told to do Rogaine, but I feel like I will leave that out because I don’t want to become dependent.
    I guess I can substitute that for the derma roller and oils.

I find that this leaves my hair really greasy and wash it out after a few hours. Is this right? Is it damaging to wash my hair back to back like this (I only do this once a week)?

    Hi Imane. I love watching your videos. I have a question about derma-rolling. I heard from someone else it’s not a good idea because it ruined the hair they already had, like the needles broke the hair or something. What do you think? Have you noticed damage or breakage from using the dermaroller? I’ve been thinking of trying it for awhile

    • @ImaneBelle

      Derma-rolling is likely to break/cut off hair in the area you are rolling over. A better piece of equipment for micro-needling is a derma pen. A surgeon talks about it here. th-cam.com/video/thQ1taoKoo4/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=Dr.GaryLinkov%3ACityFacialPlastics

    Hi, so I have a couple of questions. First off thank you for making this video and helping us women that are going through hair loss. So I saw a doctor on TH-cam say that derma rolling your scalp will cause more temporary hair loss/shedding. Did you experience this when you started?
    Also, how many times do you apply the oil? Is it only when you derma roll your scalp or do you use it multiple times throughout the week?
    Thank you so much!

    I really truly want to get one, my hair is falling too much over the last year or so. Weird question, do the needles puncture tiny holes in the hair near the scalp? Whatever you did clearly worked great, I’m just wondering if it screws up the hair, like, when that part of the hair eventually grows to be the ends of your hair, will it be more likely to split etc because of tiny holes in the hair? Or am I just way overthinking it lol. Thanks so much. Learnt about your head massages today, I can feel the blood flow and why did I never think of this myself. Glad I’m not alone, my hair is to my butt however it’s thinning fast. I think genetics, stress, having to take a bunch of medications is finally catching up with me.

    • @sho8jjj876
      @sho8jjj876 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Your overthinking it will heal...your simply getting blood flow in the area that you just used derma roller to.... I recommend to use a good hair oil (I used 20 herbs hair oil) after derma rolling I used it once a week and got some baby hairs in spots that my hair never grew at... nothing bad would happen to the hair once it grow

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yeah they dont leave tiny holes, the needles are too thin and will slide off the hair, and by only rolling on your scalp where you part it will be fine. good luck!

    Just an FYI, you can go up to 1.5mm without any issues. There have been studies that show it being more effective than say 1mm or .5mm, but of course with the deeper depth, you'd have to give more time for recovery. Doing it once per every 1 - 2 weeks would be optimal. Also, I think a dermapen or dermastamp is more effective because dermarollers kind of go into your scalp at an angle rather than straight in, not to mention the difference in pressure needed for a roller.

    Thanks for sharing your instructions in so much detail and for sharing your awesome results. I noticed you use what’s called a star pattern. Some experts do not recommend this because the center of the star pattern gets overstimulated and can get damaged . It’s also not recommended to roll back and forth and instead is recommended to roll in one direction, lift and then roll in opposite direction. Just smth I wanted to share. I am getting motivated to do this. Last year I got four sessions of PRP with ZERO results. Was so expensive and useless

    Hello Imane.
    Congratulations, as your video is perfectly explained in an easy manner.
    I am a guy, my hair is thin and I started to see my crown area. I have obtained good results from doing scalp massage with essential oils and fixing the diet, but I will try your dermaroller method, as it makes complete sense to me. Using the 0.5mm is exactly what I was thinking after watching a lot of males talking about 1.5mm, which in my opinion, can potentially damage the follicles and the skin.
    I also would never try finasteride or minoxidil, as I am not sure about how it can impact my health. I would rather trimm my hair than risk my health to be honest.
    As I said, congratulations for your video and the channel. Hair loss in women cause a stronger impact than in men (due to society's wrong standards) and the way that you have conducted this series of videos is extremely helpful for those who are struggling with this issue. Problems like this have to be approached holistically and with a positive attitude, thinking on your own health first and not just what people may think about you. Some people give crazy recommendations and that's why I found your style completely different in a very good way.
    I will try to remember to post any update in case it is helpful for anybody.

      Hey my scalp doesn't get itchy when I use it but it does get dry and flaky. How did you use it and what dermaroller where you using. Did you make sure it was sterilised before use?

    Hey, i am having a lot of hairfall since a long time and my hair is very weak and thin now. I get motivated to massage my scalp everyday, but whenever i massage my scalp, i lose a lot of hair 😭 Seeing this, i get demotivated to massage my hair. What should i do?

    • @ImaneBelle

      Heya. Sorry to hear that x how hard are you massaging? May be better to do soft massages. Have you tried using the derma roller ?

    Is the hair that regrows with the use of a derma roller permanent or do you have to continue using the rest of your life?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You won't need to use it as often but you may need to do the treatment once and awhile for maintenance depends on your hair

      Hello week 2 of doing this method and for anyone who has the same problem, if you dermaroll on wet hair section by section it stops you hair getting stuck massivley! The secret is it must be wet, not soaking but wet enough that the hairs lay flat!

      Two months update!! It’s crazy the hair growth, I have a thousand little baby hairs all over my head 🥺🙏 it makes me exited for the future! Been losing my hair since I was 14 , been wearing a wigs all my life. I’m so happy I can see improvement!! Would also like to comment that by watching her recent videos she said that you have to use a 1.5mm derma roller!! Your hair doesn’t get stuck in it at all!

      Hii Month Three!! I've moved up to doing this treatment every few days, No more than twice a week, I will say my family around me has noticed the difference in my hair, I can physically feel the weight of my hair increase slightly, I will say this process is satisfying but the results are not drastic (As of now at the three-month mark), It does take patience and a set routine, I would recommend taking pictures of your improvements its a great motivator! I can't wait for the six-month mark! I've also started taking iron supplements and switched to sulfate and silicone-free hair products (as she recommends) lol will update around then, A million thankyou's to Imane for saving my hair and my confidence
