What i have learned from the video is that Get a proper sleep Reduce stress Find your blood type and eat according to it Wash your hair daily with a good anti dandruff shampoo Try to avoid food which causes inflamation Keep your gut healthy.
I've tried everything. Started shedding rapidly at 18 then got cancer at 21 and when my hair came back it wall all thin and diffuse. Derm told me it was male pattern baldness and chemo sped it up . I took finaseride for two years and ruined my body and mind. Took over two years to bounce back from that while staying on minoxidil but continuing to shed like crazy. Your videos made me realize I have diffuse alopecia areata that was exacerbated by chemo. I been massaging my scalp daily with rosemary oil and I dunno what changed but my hair has stopped falling out and it's been regrowing and hasn't look this good since before chemo 7 years ago. So I just want to thank you man, this problems been bothering me for over a decade literally . Btw I'm about to turn 30, you've changed my life.
Hey congratulations! That’s incredible and I’m sure makes you feel at peace right now. Was his advice to massage rosemary oil? What helped you with the rapid shedding because I’m going through the same thing, it happens day after day and I am lost at what to do :/ I’m a woman, does that matter?
@@momoso143 hello! My recommendation is figure out what triggers the shit (often times it's food and systemic inflammation). I've switched to a mostly meat based diet and it's helped with my gut issues and ultimately my hair (I think it's all connected ). Anyways if you have an autoimmune issue inducing hair loss your best bet is to sort out the underlying cause. The rosemary oil and massage helped blood flow and I think staved off further loss I still do it a few times a week. Another thing you can try (again if its autoimmune) is clobetazol topical steroid. But basically keep it really clean diet wise and then incorporate the massage and do it regularly you should feel the tightness and whatnot subside.
A few things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I discontinued wearing hair ties because it causes tension damage. (2) I began massaging my scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to protect my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.
Upon trying this cocoonniion shampoo over a week, this product began to show better outcomes in comparison to all other shampoo cleansers. Now, I’m experiencing zero hair fall problems and the smell seems very pleasant and my hair is growing gradually yet the product’s at the very least helping.
Finally a doctor that will agree seborrhea dermatitis causes hair loss!! I can't tell you how many dermatologists told me no it wouldn't. It is causing my eyebrows to fall out over the many years I've struggled with this condition.
I am finding some relief right now with ketoconazole, I'm using the OTC shampoo and leaving it on the brows for 10 min, so far I'm doing this only one time a week. Then am using the 2% prescription ketoconazole foam every night. I'm noticing the amount of eyebrows falling out is a lot less than before. I think the whole keeping them free of any oils is making a big difference. @@Elementblitz
Your hair is what you eat. Avoid sugar and carbs eat leafy green vegetables. Heal your gut and keep inflamation at bay with IF. Your overall health and hair will thank you. My advice as a lupus patient who is far more healthy now and also has stop my scalp inflamation and my hair thinning and falling out.
@@talhakhan842the post says heal inflammation with intermittent fasting. I have inflammation and do intermittent fasting as well as occasional 24 to 36 hour fasting but it's not helping my hair
So, you don’t eat any bread or pasta, all the good stuff? Green veggies like spinach, collard greens, Brussels sprouts? Please advise. Because I see some big people eating whatever and have a head full of thick hair which is mystifying.
As a licensed cosmetologist , i can tell you , the main two reasons for hair loss in the african american community are infrequent shampooing which creates fungal overgrowth which causes inflammation Traction alopecia from braids and hair extensions And you're right , when you try to inform people how to treat the issue , they push back 😳
@theweb4deb if you exercise and sweat heavily twice a week ,especially if you're trying to get a scalp condition under control , otherwise , at least once a week
Don't use conditioner especially not on your scalp and shampoo twice with a PH neutral or clarifying shampoo once per week or whenever you get a painful scalp. I used to feel like I had a thousand knife slashes in my scalp, now it's gone. I also used tea tree oil rubbed in scalp before shampoo sometimes.
I love how real this video is... Healing is a journey, requires accountability and consistency, and often happens in layers... Our bodies are complex but amazing. The mind, heart, and gut are must be in alignment.
I am gleaning so much from this. During the COVID shelter in place I managed to contract a nasty, nasty bout of pneumonia. I was sick for two solid months and had to be placed on heavy duty antibiotics. Then I had to work in an unfamiliar environment miles from home for two months and then I had to move out of city with little time to even think. It was madness and the stressors were insane!!! I had been dealing with minor hair loss for years, but never thought too much about it, but during this time I noticed extreme sebum build up on my scalp and had that potato chip sized peeling with all of the hair coming off with each “chip”. I was devastated. This is the first time I have heard a dermatologist or trichologist or frankly anybody even mention it. I have been slowly healing but still struggle with inflammation, which is what led me here. Thank you for your wisdom. I’m here for the long haul and have become a subscriber.
DOCTOR GAUNITZ YOU ARE THE MOST HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE DOCTOR IN YOUR FIELD ❤ THIS VIDEO WILL WORTH MILLION VISIT TO DERMATOLOGIST WITH NO RESULT . THANKS A WORLD ❤
I started losing hair with my restrictive eating patterns. It all began in 2020. I would eat no more than 500 calories a day and mostly avoided carbohydrates, which also caused inflammation from high cortisol, which in turn gave me acne and hormonal issues. Once I started improving my diet, things began going back to normal mostly. Oh, and stress was also a huge factor!
Wow just read that eat for your blood type . Just went through hair loss . I’m going to start this eating healthy ! If makes your hair grow stop falling out . I’m in !
William I am a 71 yo female. I for sure have inflammation hair loss, my scalp itches a lot and I have hair loss on top and the sides and a little on the nape. I will say I have more hair loss on top and the sides. I will say you are the most informative hair specialist/Trichologist I have ever seen on TH-cam and I appreciate that. I do not know my blood type but going off of your testing I determined I have the inflammation type. So I bought your shampoo and conditioner foligrowth, I do wash my hair every 48 hours. I have had some calming of the itching scalp and some decrease in hair loss but not completely. I’m confused about the FoliGrowth because on the bottle it says to leave on overnight, but I think I n one of your other videos you say to rinse out after so long. My last question is should I also be using the DHT BLOCKER? On your website for the inflammation hair loss it wasn’t shown to purchase. I’m very grateful to have found you on TH-cam. I am so hoping you see this and will answer my 2 questions😊
Omg I’m so glad I discovered this page for once seeing someone I feel like I can trust! It’s been horrible I’ve spent so much money trying to fix this issue I am borderline desperate nothing is working from having super thick hair to thin hair. I have an extremely painful scalp. So painful I almost cry during all styling sessions. More recently extremely itchy scalp. I get relieve with anti fungal shampoo.
I had the same painful and itchy scalp too. Solution- remove all carbs and sugar from diet- bingo! It causes inflammation and all that other bad stuff.
@@cristinadriviera8144 When i did KETO redness and symptoms decreased immensely, now that i am doing Carnivore- all symptoms are completely gone. I might add back in some low sugar fruit in a few months and see what happens.
thanks for all the information. Suffered from alopecia areata for 10+ years. In the past i’ve had seborrheic dermatitis on the scalp, also tinea versicolor. My aa has always been severely itchy, I went to an allergist many years ago and asked if severe allergies were related to aa and she said they had no relation. Still working on trying to control the inflammation.
Try codliveroil. Tablespoon morning and night on empty stomach for a few weeks. Cut back when improvement is seen. Also lits of Vit C in the form of juices. Orange Cranberry and others at least 3 a day.
My mother was diagnosed with FFA, I am loosing a significant amount of hair. My job is really stressful. All my lab work is pristine, I exercise 5-6x a week, do infra red sauna to deal with reactive oxygen species, take multiple supplements and have a well balanced diet with adequate protein, zinc and calcium. I do color my hair, wash it daily due to sweat buildup from exercise. Any other suggestions to deal with inflammatory hair loss causes is appreciated!
Learned more from your videos in the last week watching than I have from doctors over the years, I have diffuse Alopecia Areata ongoing on and off since 20 now 25, would you possibly do a video on that specifically as I know you have personal experience with it. Also I think i want to train as a Trichologist after watching you I want to help others with these problems too:)

Thanks for this I had alot of stress this year and ended up with A.A. which stressed me out even more. There is alot of great information in this episode. Thanks again 🙏
Update. I had stress and doctor prescribed BP pills. The BP pills caused the actual hair loss. I attributed it to stress but at end of the day it was the treatment which caused the issue not the stress. 3 doctors didn't connect the two. Be aware.
very useful. esp about kidney and liver detox. I can vouch for that, as when i did something similar with mixed liver and kd cleanse herbs, my hair was so much better within 1 month. i also did scalp massage and used the taoist soap, which is also designed for inflammation on the scalp, to stop hair loss from topical method. anyway thank you for posting!

Thank you for the helpful information. Now I know the type of alopecia I have, FFA. Heard of it first time from your video even though I’ve consulted a lot of dermatologist. Thank you
It's interesting that mentioned sunflower seed oil. I discovered that and other vegetable oils to be the main cause of my acne. Once I cut it out, my skin cleared up in a couple of days. And whenever I eat a lot of processed or restuarant foods, the first sign of something going bad is my acne starts to come back.

I have been dealing with hair loss for 6 years now. And still, I'm being told it's just normal balding. But the itchiness of it isn't normal. I have to wash my hair frequently because my natural oils cause the itching. The only thing to work in growing my hair back and controlling the itching is Certirizine (an allergy medication). just taking Finestride doesn't stop the itch. I have no obvious scalp lesions or flacks. the medicated shampoos didn't work. I'm confused. My father is bald, but he didn't itch aggressively. i am now gluten intolerant and gut sensitivity has gone through the roof.

Thank you so much for such valuable and new information. I am devastated, i lost my long, crazy curly beautiful hair in one month, suddenly. I dont k ow what to do and to be honest done even want to live any more if it has to be like this. After a long marriage/divorce
Please be encouraged. Pray and ask Jesus to do a miracle for your health and hair, to restore you! He can do it for you! I've had hair issues and still do occasionally, but have never lost it all, only shedding, bit it keeps being replenished because I constantly pray and thank the Lord for my "hair/health miracle", and He continues to keep hair on my head. It's thinner than it was because I'm older now, 65, started having a lot of shedding in my 20's. I believe people should rest their hair a lot, quit manipulating it so much, daily. Wear wigs, twists, styles that are easy on it; baby it, rest it. When you pray, the Lord will show you exactly what to do for your situation. I'm praying for you and others on this feed as well. Hair loss and health issues is devastating, exhausting, frustrating and even humiliating. Hang in there everyone! But please talk to Jesus about it, and ask Him to heal you! Only he can. Also, this Dr. Is excellent, on point, a God-send, an answer to prayer, a blessing--I thank God for his"free and helpful" advice! With his knowledge, we are getting a better understanding, solutions!
Please fight the negative thoughts and focus on anything positive, that you can use to pull yourself out of the darkness you will fall into, if you don't... I know it's not easy but do believe that something better is waiting for you, just get pass this first! Sending you love, positivity and prayers ❤
Hello. I just came across your video tonight. It was so enlightening. Great information. Something i noticed that you never mentioned, and that is hair breakage. My hair has been breaking non-stop, every day for the last 7 months. It came out of nowhere! I've lost at least 6 or 7 layers of my hair from SEVERE BREAKAGE. It is so short and thin. I always had a nice head of hair. I've been to 2 different Dermatologists, and one hair loss specialist. She says I have AGA. But she really didnt address tge breakage. She recommends oral Minoxidil and Clobesatal ointment. I refused the Minoxidil because of the dread shed that happens. I have been using the Clobesatal every now and then. I realize if my hair keeps breaking like this, i coukd go bald! Im terrified. Im stressed out. This is so alarming. Ive tried EVERYTHING! Please can you help me out?? Thanks in advance. By the way, im late 60's.

I had no scalp or hair conditions until I caught HSV-1 at 30 and it "broke my immune system" like HIV. I immediately lost a third of my hair, and developed both constant scalp infections (seb derm and fungal stuff from being immunodeficient) as well as just hair loss from chronic high-level inflammation in my tissues from the neck up. Every derm I saw just dismissed my worries and told me to use a different product. I was finally put on IVIG for my body inflammation and even at a low dose, WOW did my hair grow back nice and thick. (I still got scalp infections all the time, but that just shows that the inflammatory component was more important as the cause of the loss than just infection). Due to all the medical upheaval in the pandemic, my immunologist quit, and the new ones decided they don't want to prescribe my IVIG anymore. I was yanked off of it and the hair loss began again, worse than before. Despite my best efforts, I can't seem to get it under control. I make as many lifestyle changes to reduce inflammation as I can, but truly, I think genetically some people cannot regulate their inflammation homeostatically without the intervention of medicine (probably because of genetics). I'm going to take this information in your video and continue to try to save my hair, but as time goes on and I can't get access to gammaglobulin anymore, I think my entire body is starting to fall apart! I wish more doctors explored the inflammation link as opposed to "it's stress" or "use Selsun Blue."
You should care about your nutrition! You should eat eggs, red meat and fish! Also fresh fruits and vegetables, but no industrial sugar! And don't eat much grain.
I can attest that seborrhoeic dermatitis accelerates androgenic alopecia, like massively so. My androgenic alopecia began in the late 90s, I was 13 at the time. That's not normal. But anyway, I was snowing dandruff and got seborrhoeic dermatitis around the same time, very oily skin all over my scalp and face, had no idea that it was the same fungus causing both (let alone that it was a fungus). 2% Ketoconazole works, as does the Vichy Dercos series (salicylic acid, piroctone olamine etc.), and now I'm on finasteride, dutasteride, minoxidil and also using other stuff to treat my androgenic alopecia. It's important to eat right too, and basically shelled hemp seeds is the only source of fat you need, very useful to balance the omega-6/3 and hemp seeds have the perfect balance for those two inflammatory/anti-inflammatory fatty acids, and those two fatty acids are the only essential fatty acids you need; from those two, you can synthesize all other fatty acids. Aside from shelled hemp seeds, I also recommend eating soy, lots of soy (the so called "soy phytoestrogens", isoflavones, is great stuff). Now soy fat has a 7 times higher ratio of omega-6 than omega-3, so to maintain the perfect 3:1 ratio balance as found in hemp seeds, I recommend you add a little chia seeds to your diet. But while inflammation is a real contribution to androgenic alopecia, and a serious, proper diet is helpful, ultimately it's DHT that's the main culprit, so at the very least, finasteride, and even better, dutasteride if you can get it prescribed, and you should use both for best outcome; that way, you get both fast and slow, longer acting DHT suppression.
I lose so much hair everyday. I have several very rare autoimmune diseases and I'm positive they are contributing to hair loss.... when my medication is controlling the conditions to some degree I don't lose much.... but when I'm flared I feel like I need a wig
I'm truly sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing with hair loss, especially in the context of rare autoimmune diseases. Hair loss can indeed be a distressing symptom, and it's not uncommon for autoimmune conditions to contribute to hair issues. Autoimmune diseases can affect the immune system's response, potentially leading to inflammation or other factors that impact hair follicles. Here are some steps you can consider to address hair loss while managing your autoimmune conditions: Consult with Specialists: Work closely with healthcare professionals who specialize in autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatologists or immunologists. They can help manage your underlying conditions and explore treatment options that may reduce hair loss as a result of flares. Medication Management: Ensure that you are taking your prescribed medications consistently to control your autoimmune diseases. Managing your underlying conditions can sometimes help mitigate hair loss during flares. Nutrition and Supplements: Discuss with your healthcare provider whether supplements or dietary changes could be beneficial for managing hair loss and supporting overall health. They can evaluate whether you have any nutrient deficiencies that may be contributing to hair issues. Stress Management: High levels of stress can exacerbate autoimmune conditions and may contribute to hair loss. Consider stress reduction techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, yoga, or counseling to help manage stress. Hair Care: Use gentle and nourishing hair care products that are suitable for your hair type and scalp condition. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive heat styling, as these can further damage your hair. Wigs and Hairpieces: If hair loss is significantly impacting your self-esteem and quality of life, consider exploring wigs or hairpieces as temporary solutions while you manage your conditions. Many options are available to match your desired style. Support Groups: Connecting with others who have autoimmune diseases can provide valuable emotional support and insights into managing hair loss while dealing with these conditions. Hi Dr I have inflammatory hair loss because of my joint pain( degeneration) could you help me with treatment and what supply would be helpful for me, thank you
Can I run my situation by you guys so you can give your thoughts? Within the last 18 months I’ve battled testicular cancer but we caught it early (surgical only. no medicals required) and back in July I spent 2 weeks in the hospital due to appendicitis rupture that turned into an abscess. I was on heavy antibiotics to soften and shrink it before getting a drain implanted. Another 3 weeks at home with the drain all while having a very limited diet and taking strong antibiotics. I ended losing about 40lbs total. Turned out my appendix healed on its own during this time which I’m told is extremely rare. It’s healed and functioning. My weight has gone back to normal. Now you’re caught up on recent medical history. So I started drastically losing hair when brushing and showering all over my scalp. My scalp was getting very red all over and itchy very bad. I went to the dermatologist and she spotted seborrhea dermatitis and said that and possibly due to the recent stress my body had been through is why I was losing so much hair. She gave me a shampoo to use and a topical treatment to use it gets itchy. It’s only been a couple weeks. What do you guys think? Any thoughts?
Firstly, kudos to you for coming through such a tough year - that’s a lot for anyone’s body to go through! 🙌 Hair loss after severe stress or illness is very common and often falls under "telogen effluvium," where the body sheds hair due to physical stress. Given the intense weight loss, infection, and antibiotics, it’s natural your hair might be responding this way, and the seborrheic dermatitis you mentioned can definitely add to the shedding and scalp inflammation. The shampoo and topical treatment your dermatologist recommended should help with the itchiness and calm the inflammation over time, but it can take a few months to see improvements with hair regrowth. If things don’t improve, you could consider a consultation with a trichologist for a tailored approach to promote hair regrowth and scalp health. 🌱 ➡️ Reach out to us at [www.advancedtrichology.com/](www.advancedtrichology.com/)

I would get his product but the form of B12 used by the company who makes his supplements is cyanocobalamin. I only take methylated B like methlycobalamin. Also, researchers have found cyanocobalamin breaks down into cyanide in the body. Oops. Look, you can read all the text books in the trich library but if you don’t read research from other firmed like biochemistry, then this results (a product that may do harm). I would want to know if he’s actually visited the lab where his product is made 😬
They now sell methylated version as well. I’m the same way, I know where that cyanocobalamin comes from… if you’re not sure look it up! And yeah… you drink that in your energy drinks 👎🏼🤮
Wow, what a packed podcast! Very informative! Thanks SO much! Has been 1 yr, universalis. What a humbling experience. When you suggest massaging the shampoo into your scalp, this is for those who still have some hair, correct? Wow ive learned so much from your videos thx!! I do hot infrared yoga 5 times week and only wash my hair 2 times a week. I didnt factor in bacteria from sweat etc.
My IBS-D around the time of my gallbladder removal is when I really started losing hair (male). Dr’s don’t really treat it. Just confirmed with a colonoscopy and said you have IBS.
I’ve been on painkillers for 20 years. I don’t take a lot but at least 1-3 every day due to multiple surgeries. I’ve been struggling with hairloss for years. What helps is minoxidil , raw gelatin every day and nutrophol. Massage and use shampoo for dandruff even if u don’t have it. It helps. As a firmer model, I’ve been told I’m beautiful my whole life and at 50 I look great but this hairloss is devestating. I’m fighting tooth and nail to keep what I have. No hair dye and I always made my hair blonde. Hang in there people. It takes time and PATIENCE but it CAN BE REVERSED!!!.
Use a brown linseed poultice on areas of operations as the pain is caused by scar tissue. Put a mug of seeds into a blender witth a mug of boiling water + a knob of butter and blend well. If too stiff add a bit more boiling water. When cooled spread over areas and covet with cling to keep in place or a silky fabric and leave for 8 hours each day for 5 days. 😇. Repeat if necessary.
Just saw pictures i took at 30 .. my hair was everything... thick growth, thick strands, long but slightly curly like a movie star...now my head itches non stop and i cant control myself from itxhimg it and ive lost hair because of it just a few years later. Its painful bumps too.. i dont want to go on if its not reversible
Hey I've had a couple of bump in my scalp, and the Dermatologist said that there was nothing they can do and that's happing to alot of people. I got desperate and did some research on my own. This is what cleared it up for me. DIAL SOAP!!! THE ORANGE ONE!!!! when you wash your scalp, it's going to get more itchy, but trust me, it will go away, and then you will notice that it will go away and the bumps . Test a small spot . If this works, please let me know, but it worked for me.
I went in Switzerland to Dr.Trüb who is a known expert on hairloss matter. He did a pull test with my hair and all. His diagnose was alopecia androgen and I got topical minoxidil. As I have other autoimmune diseases I was surprised nothing else came.out of it. Alopecia andro feels like there is an underlying issue to it instead of the primary cause... something must cause the hormones out of whack u less I misunderstood what alooecia andro means.
Interesting. I'm dealing with severe itching and scaling, but it's felt mostly on the top and that's where I'm losing hair not on the back... I also suffer from moderate constipation and heavy chronic allergy, I guess two of the three inflammation boxes are checked and still... The hair-pulling test is negative.
The ratio of omega3 to omega6 in oils is very significant for inflammation .high omega 6 causes inflammation and all seed oils are rich in omega6; so it’s obvious sunflower oil causes hair shed!!!
I am somewhat convinced that when my crown started thinning 20 years ago started from inflammation, it was mostly part to be being cheap in having a tight ponytail I used elastic bands you get in the mail to tie it up and pull out a bunch of hair when I went to shower. In my panic, a doctor prescribed Monoxidile. I took it for long periods of time being told the shedding would stop and my hair would come back strong as I caught it early. But it only kept falling. I stop for a year or two and was told by a dermatologist my crown looked red and inflamed, but he did not say if that was the issue or gave me any treatment for the inflammation. I was not happy with the how exposed my hair was, started again and whatever hair was left over in the crown is now totally gone. I was concerned about the rest of my hair as now my temples thinned out, so I too Finasteried, did it for a year and the same small amount of hairs kept falling out, nothing got stronger. So I stopped after 2 years, and my hair has stabilized, yet I still have itching in my crown. I think I do have thinning hair, yet at 42, the front part of my head of hair looks good if I was truly balding. And since I have recently been diagnosed with eczema in different places of my body and steroid cream helped me a lot, maybe try some tiny bit of it on my crown and temple and see what happens then, cause nothing else worked.
What i have learned from the video is that
Get a proper sleep
Reduce stress
Find your blood type and eat according to it
Wash your hair daily with a good anti dandruff shampoo
Try to avoid food which causes inflamation
Keep your gut healthy.
Why anti dandruff?
Can’t believe a doctor actually says do lifestyle changes first before prescribing drugs. Kudos doc.
This is amazing the heat , glad you battled and live to tell the tale!!!
Awesome ❤
Great!
Go away, bot
Upon trying this cocoonniion shampoo over a week, this product began to show better outcomes in comparison to all other shampoo cleansers. Now, I’m experiencing zero hair fall problems and the smell seems very pleasant and my hair is growing gradually yet the product’s at the very least helping.
where did you buy these products?
Finally, someone who makes some sense! Thank you..
Finally a doctor that will agree seborrhea dermatitis causes hair loss!! I can't tell you how many dermatologists told me no it wouldn't. It is causing my eyebrows to fall out over the many years I've struggled with this condition.
Same thing happens to me what can you do about it?
I am finding some relief right now with ketoconazole, I'm using the OTC shampoo and leaving it on the brows for 10 min, so far I'm doing this only one time a week. Then am using the 2% prescription ketoconazole foam every night. I'm noticing the amount of eyebrows falling out is a lot less than before. I think the whole keeping them free of any oils is making a big difference. @@Elementblitz

This is the first time ever I have heard a hair professional give the best info, thanks doc
As a licensed cosmetologist , i can tell you , the main two reasons for hair loss in the african american community are
infrequent shampooing which creates fungal overgrowth which causes inflammation
Traction alopecia from braids and hair extensions
And you're right , when you try to inform people how to treat the issue , they push back 😳
That makes sense! How often for shampooing? 43:46
Excellent video, thank you!!
Hello, please i'm suffering from traction alopecia because of tight braids, is there any treatments i can use? Thank you 🙏🏾🙏🏾
I love how real this video is...

😊

I am so hoping you see this and will answer my 2 questions😊

thanks for all the information. Suffered from alopecia areata for 10+ years. In the past i’ve had seborrheic dermatitis on the scalp, also tinea versicolor.

I understand completely. Prayers for you .

Hi.
Is it possible that inflammation may occur due to nutritional deficiencies
Question. How long do you recommend waiting between each tried methodology of hair loss? I.E: Nutrition vs DHT? Thank-you.
Love the way you articulate, surreal!
I'm African American, Can I use fresh homemade rosemary water to use to massage the scalp?
Try eating more Garlic... Good Luck

Here are some steps you can consider to address hair loss while managing your autoimmune conditions:
Consult with Specialists: Work closely with healthcare professionals who specialize in autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatologists or immunologists.
Consider joining support groups or online communities.

So what tea is best to drink??

For my hairless head, I made a concoction of bhringaraj/kesharaja oil, coconut oil, castor oil & drops of rosemary essential oil. I just started, so I'll let you know if it helps. Thank you again :)
You do not look hairless to me
@@triedntru8049 Well no. I haven’t posted any pics of myself since the hair loss. Been 1.5 yrs now. Still no growth. At least I can say I’m well detoxed 🙄 Still working through the process. I thought turning 60 in Sept would be a challenge but not as much as 60 and bald 😩lol!
@@alisonlogee4554 Girl I feel ya. I’m 42 and am battling chronic diffuse hair loss. It’s been a year and no new regrowth. I’m in the process of trying to figure it out, but the two different jokes of dermatologists I’ve seen haven’t wanted to help at all. I am really leaning towards folliculitis and am praying it’s not scarring kind. I hope you get better also!!
Wow ive learned so much from your videos thx!! I do hot infrared yoga 5 times week and only wash my hair 2 times a week. I didnt factor in bacteria from sweat etc.
I SUGGEST YOU STOP THAT FAKE YOGA AND LEARN REAL YOGA. WANT TO DO IT IN HEAT? GO OUTSIDE UNDER THE SUN 😊

How do you make your hair blonde with no hair dye?
I'm a cosmetologist and I approve this message ❤

Hey
I've had a couple of bump in my scalp, and the Dermatologist said that there was nothing they can do and that's happing to alot of people.
What about the chemicals in the water 💦?
What an Excellent information video!!
This was excellent. Please give link for purchasing your products.
Well i got a little pile only from pulling from the bottom. I know I have inflammation my CRP is a 10 so definitely inflammation.
Thank you for the in-depth information!
Finally this video makes sense.
Please give me the name of the detox tea you recommended. Thank you for a very informative talk on hair loss. Ellen
Great video!
Try eating more Garlic....Good Luck
