I usually burn around 500 calories on one of these HIIT workouts. But the amount of calories burnt will vary from person to person based on a few things such as age, gender, hight, weight, intensity etc.

I like this one a lot as it is intense but with sensible breaks. Great choice of music and the cool down is a bonus.
