I am transitioning over from using traditional machines for cardio and weight lifting to doing more body weight Hiit workouts. How many days of the week do you suggest doing these style workouts versus traditional gym nights?

I do these types of workouts 2-3 days a week, combining it with some strength, running and stretching 😊
