Yes!! A full exercise with warm up and cool down included. Only few fitness channels do that. Hopefully more full length exercises will include warm up and cool down. Adding this to my weekly set. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
When you say you worked out at lunch time, do you mean you take your workout clothes with you to work? And where do you shower after? Because these workouts cause one to sweat so much so a shower is definitely needed!
@@zenny1258 yes i take my clothes with me at work and i take shower at the gym once i finish the workout. Yes the shower is much needed after this kind of workout especially these days its so hot here
This was my first time trying a workout with 1.2 pound bags, so ankle weights and holding them, and it seems to be more work, but not certain as my watch didn't register a higher active calorie but my zones seemed to be more time higher. Great workout though. I forget how fast your pace is and I thought at times I am going much faster than you, but then I look and we are at the same pace. Thanks for the warmup and cooldown also.
Thank you for this exercise!! since i got covid 1 year ago im suffering different joint infection at times and iam not able to lift any weight and no push ups otherwise the next day i can not lift even a glass of water...so this workout just perfect!

Thank you for this exercise. This 20 min workout burns me 200 kcals and makes me sweat like crazy! It's now my nightly routine. Can you please tell me what the exercise at 81% supposed to achieve? Not sure what part of the body I'm supposed to target or stretch.
