    This helped more than the many acid reflux things i’ve taken, more than anything i’ve tried. thank you so much. today was painful until i tried this.

    I’ve been doing this yoga for a few weeks every day in the morning and now i can’t imagine a day without doing it. After only a 2-3 days it helped me so much! I don’t feel the chest pain that often but I still do it because it also lets me relax and I generally feel much better after this yoga. Thank you so much!!!

    I ate a mixed lettuce salad six days ago. I have been having stomach problems after that evening. The breathes help to relax the anxiousness caused by this problem. Thank you for going at a slower pace.

    I’ve never seen the ball exercises like these they might help me feel better then doing g circles at the bottom center of the ribs .. thanks 😊

    How many times a day? Before or after eating? Are there more exercise or tricks for LPR (my reflux has gone up into sinuses)

    Will this get rid of acid reflux permanently or temporarily ??

      It's really about what is causing the acid reflux. These moves are great to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and get the breathing muscles going which can all contribute, but there are also lots of other causes as well. I struggle with this and these moves can give me relief when in a flare among other things that I have been working on with my functional medicine doctor. Always recommend checking in with your doctor to get to the root cause 💗

    Unwell with heartburn, feeling sick, sore at top of my tummy and burping alot. Can i workout while feeling sick?

      Checking with your doctor first is best since you are feeling sick. Then listening to your body and breathing. Our breath is a powerful tool to help since we tend to hold it when in pain, stressed, or not feeling well. 💕
