    Thanks a Lots, mujhe bahot ACDT thi, my daughter is hospitalised, medicine Li but farak nahi hua, raat ko need Puri na hona ACDT ki vajah thi, me bahot pareshan thi, TH-cam khola shayad mere problem ka solution mil jaye , tab aapka ye video Mila aur really I feel very good, thanks again 🙏🙏🙏

    Belive me, this has helped me a lot. Even if there is accidity problem, you can cure it by doing 15 mins yoga. Nothing else will help or cure acidity problem unless you do this.

      I have the same problem with gastritis. How do you manage. I have been unable to eat alot of foods. I have been in pain for two years now. Nothing is helping.

      @@roselineatieno6339 take a dietary supplement with hcl pepsin every time u eat, work on your mental health because being positive is key, and take apple cide vineager gummies or two shots in water every morning, and drink ginger tea with probiotics and some even have licorice which helps

      I used "Lily of the desert aloe stomach formula" to help settle my tummy. It a natural remedy . I watched a video on TH-cam and tried it, it helped me a lot. It's available at Whole foods, Walmart etc if you are in the States

      @@KetkiArora-vn1tq try those yoga pose instructed in the video and a little bit of meditation too. Although I'm at beginning stage as I started recently but doing this yoga slowly helping me in getting rid of those uncomfortable morning acidity.

    I have been suffering from gastritis for 7months now. Unable to breathe, chest pain, weak body and anxiety. At times I feel as if I have heart problem but have check several times and the doctor will tell me my heart is ok. Am tired of it

    I was afraid of my chest pain which suddenly occurred during a night. But my doctor said its just acidity and need not worry about heart. I was very scared of the chest pain.. Now I think this would help me out in controlling my gastric problem.

    Mam u have mentioned to drink lemon juice twice a day.But is it good for acidic person as the lemon is acidic in nature?

      Lemon contains Citrix Acid, even though seeing this it makes everyone thinks, that it's acidic, but it's actually has an alkaline PH. When you take it, it makes your body Alkaline thereby help fight acidity (This has been clarified by our Corporate Head Dietician)

      Namaste Abiji, Keeping the digestive system clean helps and a proper diet is very important. Drink ample of liquids throughout the day like lemon water, butter milk etc., (not just plain water). Practicing Jivha Mula Shodhana Kriya will also help. Start your day with lukewarm water mixed with lemon and honey on an empty stomach. You should also include Pranayama Anuloma Viloma (alternate breathing exercise) in our routine as it helps to de-stress and keeps the acidity in check. Yours in Yoga.

      I got to know that small amount of lemon water act as alkeline and can be used to nuetrilize acidic nature

      Namaste, lemon water is the treatment for acidity. In warm water take pinch of salt and lemon juice, this acts like a treatment for acidity.

      Namaste, in this situation you have to train your mind. You have to give a subject to your mind to think so that you have series of thoughts coming and when your mind is busy in that claustrophobia won't over power you. Keep practicing pranayamas.

      @@serenafu9183 Yes...it is helpful ..i am doing it ! apart from that 5 things help me...1.dont take tension or think more on any subject...bcz nothing going to change by thinking but acidity or GRED will go up
      my past health issue & long term medication n relationship issue is killer...i use to get acidity like any thing
      2. Watch for food ( avoid Spicy / nonveg if possible ) & time of food , eat in part part
      3. Morning 45 min sun walk & after dinner 1 hour walk
      4.Some Breathing excercise will boost you
      5.7.30 pm dinner is best time & after dinner chew small amout cumin seed & warm water....will definitely help you...this is my experience !

      CHANDRESH Thank you so much for your speedy response. I am a senior Grandma. Suffered GERD for 20+ years. Doctor just want me to take PPI daily, I only take it as needed. Lately my urine has white blood cell which maybe caused by Pepcid ( all stomach medicine can do that) prompt me to look elsewhere. These few days my upper back hurts (mine symptom includes this) , and bleaching too. I tried other exercise and pressure point pressing. This morning came across this video and wondering. I will definitely. Thank you for all your tips. God bless you for being so kind.
