    I've been doing this 3-4 times a week (along with a good diet) since July and I started at 179 and now Im 148 lbs. so yes its worth almost dying every time you do it!

      If you're not doing enough the workout with enough intensity, then you won't see results. I had to switch from this workout to a 40 minute HIIT workout. If your body can't handle that, then I would suggest looking at your diet or try weight lifting too. Also, with a HIIT workout you don't need to do a pre workout, and maybe thats why its harder to get through the whole thing. Good luck! :)@@shaylynfourre4205

    I've done this workout multiple times already but for some reason I constantly skip the jump lunges because that's just the point in which my legs are about to melt off my body

    Advice: DON'T SEE HOW MUCH TIME IS LEFT OF THE WORKOUT.
    This was extremely challenging. I hate cardio but feel so damn good afterwards. Thanks Kelli. You're a really good instructor. Appreciate it.

      I usually will grab a protein shake when I've had a workout where my muscles are shaking. Tends to help get some fast digesting protein to feed those muscles!

    This video taught me 2 things:
    1. I need a better sports bra.
    2. I need to keep my inhaler near by.
    Thank you very much for uploading these. There's many things of this video I love. How there is a timer on the side, how you have a mini you preview of the next move to prepare the viewer, and especially the calorie burn count. If it weren't for the calorie burn count, I would not have felt like I accomplished anything at all, in fact I had to stop 8 minutes in to use my rescue inhaler because I came close to passing out. This gives me hope and I will not give up! Will definitely be doing this video again. 😁

    This is the only workout I've been doing during this quarantine time period 5 to 6 times a week. Im down 15lbs in just 1 month with a good diet. My goal is to lose 30lbs to 40lbs in total.🙂

    What I love about this workout is the honesty you guys show, most of the time I feel like dying while the coach seems totally fine, not even a drop of sweat on his/her forehead.
    This feels more real and more I feel more motivated because I know I’m not the only one suffering 😂

    PLEASE make more of these videos (like another hiit or cardio video for people who get bored easily)!! this is the only hiit video i can stand to do ( i always get bored so easily haha) and I would love more, as I do hiit every day, and only doing this one can get pretty tedious haha

      Kimmie Rivera you can read blogs on what to eat to get in shape try eating more fruit and veggies and find substitutes for bad foods and read labels to see what your putting in your body hope this helps a little bit

      Kimmie Rivera just cut junk processed food and sugar from your diet (except for the one naturally in fruits), eat a lot of veggies and low fat protein (like chicken or fish). Also eat carbs only at lunch (eventually also at breakfast) and of course cut off your daily calories (a 500 kcal daily deficit is good)

    I did this Hiit workout for a year now, my body is changing a lot, I lose a lot of fat and my body have more muscles. This workout is amazing and short. This is better than a cardio workout because the after burn of this workout is high. I eat healthy foods and a little bit cheating ofc. But this workout is fantastic!💕

    Hi, so I'll track my progress on here. I'm trying to lose some weight, but I am going to try and do it in the healthiest and least restrictive way.
    Female, 15
    Starting weight - 79 kg / 174 lbs
    Goal weight - 55 kg / 121 lbs
    Height - 167cm / 5'6
    02/10/2018 - Could only complete up to 6:40 mins. Next goal is 7:30 mins
    03/10/2018 - My legs are very sore from yesterday. I got up to 8:10 mins ! I was completely shattered, those damn burpees hoping I feel less achy after a few days. Next goal is 9:00 mins.
    04/10/2018 - Could only get up to 8:40 mins. Didn't achieve my goal, but going for 9:10 mins next time.

    I haven't tried this workout since I first started figure skating a year ago. Now that my rink is closed I gave it a go today. I used to die on warm-up and now the whole workout is actually achievable for me! Yay for progress!

    Oh my word!!! Kelly was right: having a different exercise each time definitely helped! But I never thought it was going to be this exhausting! That "20 seconds on, 10 seconds off" lulled me into a false sense of nonchalance... I have been dully schooled!!! Thanks for this exercise!!!

      The hardest part was with star jumps. But I did it threw and had a brutal sweatfest but I liked it. It is as hard as a normal HIIT WO but I think it was faster done ;-). Like these WO a lot. Thank you.

      I made it through the end! Loved it! Although I can't do any of the lunges because I hurt my toe 3 weeks ago and can't stretch it much... So I do squats instead. Loved this one!

    I used to do this workout 2-3 times per week back in 2019, and it helped me get back in shape after having my second child. I got so strong from it too!
    Now its 2023, and I gained 50 pounds throughout COVID. So now I'm coming back to this workout! Starting with once per week and going to stuck with it. Goal of running a half marathon next summer before I turn 40!

    Came here to say, I used to struggle doing this video & I would only do cardio. I stopped doing cardio started lifting weights & came back to this video & did the whole video only using the water breaks. That being said.. start lifting weights

    guys trust me you get amazing results doing fitness blender and also doing your research on nutrition. the best way to get results is to get right ammount of proteins so 2 shakes per day and eating lots of chicken and vegetables, nuts and fruits. you will feel amazing. I'm really writing this comment to myself too because i gained weight and it was surprisingly really hard for me to get back into it, i've been addicted to sugar lately but im getting there ! I know all of this works and the feeling when you see the results is really the BEST
