    I've seen a few comments on here about our thumbnail for this video so I'm going to just leave this here; we do not use Photoshop on any of our images. It's important to me that people understand this for 2 reasons; #1 As a business, we choose not to photoshop for ethical reasons & we're proud of that. I don't see any reason to erase any sign of the (completely normal) flaws that all human bodies have. It creates unrealistic expectations & I wish more companies would forgo photoshop. #2 This is my body. When people start accusing us of photoshop, it generally rolls off my back but it's not necessarily a good feeling. Aside from feeling like I'm being called a liar, it's the body I'm living in. My real body that I live in, every day. On a side note, do you see all the bruises on my legs? If we were going to alter a photo's imperfections or change the literal shape of my body, don't you think bruises and stretch marks and pimples and scars would be taken out, too? Another side note & something to take into consideration; I'm doing a lunge in this picture. I'm squeezing my glutes & I'm pulling in my core to protect my back - this is not necessarily a relaxed, natural pose; angles and posing and a baggy tank top can make a big difference in the way I look in a video vs picture. I'm sorry for the rant, but I'm very proud of our company & our choice to NOT use Photoshop in an industry that is rampant with it, so I wanted to explain. In general, online or in real life, it's good to think before you type/speak - there's always a real person behind the image & you never know how people feel about their own bodies.

      Instead of only taking a photo for the thumbnail, consider also filming yourself making the pose (like a "making of") and put at the end of the video. I think it's an easy way to make those people shut the hell up.

    Hi Kelly!! Florida woman, 46 years old. Have been doing your workouts for over 2 years now. I had to give up running because of my knees and your workouts have not only helped me strengthen my knees but my back as well.       I know what you mean! I'm 43 with knee problems. Hadn't worked out in years, and only been doing their workouts for about a month and a half and my knees feel so much better already.

    Workout Complete!!
    Did not have access to weights, so I just did this bodyweight. And boy, am I swimming in sweat right now.This felt outright as a HIIT workout, I was THAT huffing and puffing :)

      I'd love to see more lower body workouts with this format (especially the weight training exercises that put a spin on standard moves like squats and deadlifts).

    I love this workout. As a 43 year old busy mom, I'm all about quick, intense work. I grab my 15lb dumbbells and hit it hard a few times a week, alternating with cardio, upper body, and abs. Thank you, FB!

    OMG!! like seriously! On the second round of side step up my bench fell down & I barely manged not to fall as well ( I couldn't stop laughing at myself) but I had to get up & finish it off & I kept telling myself "balance, focus". Definitely one of my best workouts & I'm so looking forward being sore tomorrow.

    This video is almost two years old and I still love it. I swear that after doing this workout I dropped a half pound by evening. Now I am almost able to keep pace and lift as much or more then Kelli. Thank God and FitnessBlenders.

    My new favorite leg workout. I felt it in my quads and hamstrings, down the sides of my legs and my calves. I like that it used weights and even a little Pilates. I am amazed for such a quick workout. I am going to try this twice through next time! Thank you, Fitness Blender.

    Added this one to my favorites list! I did this workout this morning, right after a 40-min arms & abs workout, This was the perfect add-on, and completed my workout perfectly!
    I love Fitness Blender so much, you guys were the first ones I discovered 5 years ago, when I was making my transition from regular gym-goer to at-home exerciser. I had just been reading about HIIT, did a search, and found Fitness Blender. The rest is history!     Can we get a good full body HIIT Cardio Mashup with moves that target the whole body at once during the entire workout? Like a workout with nothing but complex moves that tone the body and still give good cardio? Like burpees, bear crawls, explosive mountain climbers, planks etc. I get tired of rotating between weights and cardio so would like a nice hybrid workout on days I'm too lazy to do both :P. Love all your videos and appreciate all you do!!! If one already exists, sorry for re-requesting!

    I have tried creating my own exercise regime during college. Honestly, I did not work out for me like FB did. It is the first exercise channel I have tried and I always find myself coming back to it, especially when I feel that I hit a plateau in my fitness journey.

    I've been slacking off lately, and this one was just what I needed to get back into taking better care of myself. I love your 'get bored easily' series because if there's a segment I don't care for, I know it's only one round through. Loved, loved, LOVED this one (even with the heel taps at the end, which I couldn't get straight through without breaks). I'm a huge fan of strength workouts that turn into a bit of cardio. I can 'trick' myself into cardio with them when I can't stand the thought of doing cardio. Feeling fantastic that I got my (hard-earned) 'workout complete' for the day!

    This looks like an awesome workout! Question... How do I make this into a challenging workout without a bench, step or sturdy chair?

      Do the thrusts off the ground. The rest can be done on a step stool or a kitchen chair. The pistol squats can even be done off a table or couch.

    This workout was great. I'm sweating like no other. For this year i am quitting the gym and doing free workouts. I'm budgeting now so i need to get fit without feeling like i need to depend on the gym. Heck walking is exercise and it's free. Keep up the good work Kelli and Daniel.

    Hey FitnessBlender, I had a quick question/request. Could you make a video about the pros and cons of Crossfit? I'm interested in trying it out, but I've heard a lot of mixed reviews from people online. Some people absolutely love it, but others say it's reckless and unsafe.       Exercise isn't based on body type. You can do any of these exercises.

    Wow. That feels so good! I think this is my favorite workout so far. It's challenging but at the same time very satisfying.

    great workout kelli, it got me sweating FAST long before any of the cardio/jumping intervals! when i first started working out w/ you guys, those step-ups got me SO winded & it felt a little scary, but having built strength & endurance over time w/ each fb workout, i'm so much more comfortable w/ them now! even for people who get bored easily, this would be a great one to repeat 2x on a lower-body focused day, by the 2nd round all the exercises will feel like new (but probably more intense 2nd time around!)!

    i feel like this was really good for my mental health, i struggle with pmdd (severe pms) a get a lot of compulsive thoughts and for over a week i have felt unsatisfied with my workouts (exercise is my medication) so i was at a loss, now completing this i feel calm, centred and ready, please could you bring more just strength for bored easily, Namaste xoxox Thank You

    I liked that no moves were repeated, because if I don't like a move I dread knowing I have to do it again! This got me through the workout and I felt it!

    This was hard - thank you. I've done your videos for a few years now and this past summer I've really "fallen off the wagon" with pushing myself, or even finishing a workout. Thought I'd just find something around 20 minutes today and finish it. I used less weight today, and no weight on the squats, so I would complete it and I'm still shaking so I think it was a great combination of legs exercises. Thank you Kelly!

    I loved this! Would really like an upper body version like this with similar structure and intensity. I liked that I was sweating, but I felt really energized and powerful rather than drained from doing burpees and star jumps lol! Plus I don't often do strength training because I only have a pair of 5lb dumbbells, but I could feel this workout using those weights for a majority of the exercises. Great jobs guys, more please!

    I combined this one with '30 minute cardio with people who get bored easily' and even though I consider myself an advanced exerciser, this wore me out nicely, and left me feeling great. Thanks, FB for another amazing workout! :)

    Hi there! So I went to do my FB30 workout but your website wouldn't load. So, I hopped on to TH-cam and searched for one of your lower body strength videos and choose this one. HOLY COW was this tough! I really enjoy this format and you pushed me farther than I thought I could go! Will let you know how the legs feel tomorrow! Thanks for a great, sweaty workout!!

    Thank you. You keep it real! I like the previews in the upper left, so we know what's coming and I like all the timer graphics. Lunges on a chair are difficult and challenge my balance.

    Really enjoyed this workout. It offered a nice variety of what I'm used to. I also like it when you comment on what poundage you're using for the set. It helps me decide on what to use if I'm new to the set. Thanks!!

    This was my first time to do this particular workout and for lower body it’s my FAVORITE!! I’ve been doing fitness blender’s workouts for almost a year now and I love the exercises you provide. But these are all my favorites! I love how it doesn’t repeat and I love how you added a lot of different exercises! Thanks Kelli, you are awesome!!!

    I loved this workout immensely. I used to do The Firm before my video watching habits changed, so I used my Fanny Lifter. Perfect for this routine. I do, however, wish you'd include warm up and cool downs with the videos. I use your time stamps to plan my day, and when you don't include those important pieces, my time goes off for the day. Thanks though!

    Hey Kelli, thank you very much for one more amazing workout! I love your spirit during trainings, it helps me keep the good mood while my muscles burn too! I love the workouts you do together with Daniel also. There was one "Partner stretching" video that was a lot of fun for me and my boyfriend to do.     Hi FB. I've done this workout twice. First time just once through to check it out and the second time 2x consecutively. I did break it up though as i was afraid i'd chicken out so after each segment i rewound it. Now after doing the HIIT section twice in a row i'm so glad to hear...workout is complete. Cheers.

    I think this was great. I did it without weights because I didn't have any, but I was still able to feel like it was effective. It would be great to have a warm-up and cool-down included, but of course I was able to find them on other of your pages.

    Great workout, ever since you shared your story regarding your struggles with body image eating etc. I am extra inspired by your workouts. I'm 49 and have just started to put on weight in the last few years. I know the key is moderate exercise and strength training as I already eat really clean. Thank you for the variety workouts that you give us and for sharing your story.

    It was a hard workout, i did this twice...first time round i wasn't working up a sweat so the second time i increased the weights i was using... Ty Kelli... was a great workout.. please do more like these

    I did this because I overslept and didn't have time for a run. This was a great alternative, although I unfortunately didn't have weights, I still really broke a sweat and could feel my body working.
