    My FAVORITE thing about this is how they ALWAYS emphasize how there's no shame in modifying, "making things easier", taking breaks, etc. Never judges ourselves no matter who you are. I always appreciate that and do my best to teach others as well.
    Also, are Kelli's clothes pink, red or orange? It's hard to tell.

    It's the first time in 2 years that I've finished an entire workout again. I went from 57kg to 86kg, and I've been beating myself up for letting myself slip. This year, I'm hoping to get back in shape not just so I could wear a smaller size again, but so I can feel better about myself and the state of my health.

    I thought I loved you guys before… but I absolutely LOVE that you guys added the mindfulness to the workouts. It really helps remind people to truly listen to your body and that it’s OKAY that it changes day to day. Thank you for all you guys do!

    I want to thank you for putting an emphasis on listening to our bodies. I think too many trainers want people to push harder than their body can handle. I had ankle surgery earlier this year, and I still can't jump. I just can't do it, but I still want to exercise. Your low-impact options help me so much! I'm still able to get some exercise, but I don't feel like a failure for not being able to do it all.

    I was doing your workouts regularly about a year ago when I was in a really bad place with my body and my relationship to food. Over this past year I've been working very hard on improving that, and today I'm back to doing your workouts, but to feel good instead of punishing my body, and it feels wonderful. Hearing you mention in the video that we should workout to improve our lives and not to punish our bodies made me realize how far I've come. I love your workouts and how supportive you are of the person doing the workout behind the screen

    Hello Kelly, just wanted to say I discovered your channel over seven years ago and it was the first time I attempted to lose weight on my own and was shocked at how quickly I saw the results from your routines.     I've been with you for 12 years now (since my 3y military service), on and off due autoimmune digestive problems, causing major muscle mass loss, and arthritis. Whenever I have a flare up it's so hard coming back, and with the years going by its getting harder comparing my abilities to my younger healthy self. Lately I've been nervous coming back after a long needed break, but you always cheer me up and keep me pleased with what I manage to achieve. I'm always so surprised with how easily the body bounces back from the lowest of points. You always make it fun, allowing us to make it healthy. Your channel means a lot to me and I owe you my health and mental calm.

    I wish I could like this x 1000. I was just telling my husband yesterday how I used to push/punish my body so hard not that long ago. Age, Covid, life etc. has taught me that my body and health are so much more important that how defined my triceps or abs look. Now I truly listen to what I need and can accomplish each day. The universe gave me a gift with this workout today. Thank you!

    This is the first time I will opt for low impact due to my pregnancy. I really get scared about feeling weak with low impact workouts but Kelli has inspired me so much 😊❤️

    Kelli, it's such a joy working out with you again. I followed along with this routine yesterday, and your recent 32 minute lower body routine today.
    I found you about 7 years ago. I had been working out with P90x, following along with these 60-90 minute videos, and just feeling like blah. Not only was I not seeing physical changes, but I was mentally so bored. I had this random thought one day to look for something on TH-cam. I came across a lovely little video titled When I Say Jump, and decided to give it a go. It was so short, and would be a nice change. Let me tell you, in total seriousness, I sweat in places I didn't know one could sweat. I sweat more in that 23 minutes than any of those hour plus videos I'd been following. That was it- I was HOOKED.
    I have my Powerblocks, thanks to you guys. I've purchased several of your programs and have been through them all more than once. I've told so many people about you. I even created a workout schedule for my brother with your routines and he lost 15 lbs.
    It's solely BECAUSE of you guys that I'm still working out today with genuine joy. I'm not even sure I do it for any physical reasons at this point, I think it might be purely mental. I love you both so much, and will always hold you close in my heart. You changed my life for the better, thank you for everything.

    Kelli, I have sooo much appreciation for you. I have been following you for TEN YEARS.. seems crazy to say but I found you guys when I first started working out at 16. You taught me sooo much about fitness and showed me how to be kind to my body on this journey.

    I am currently DREADING to workout (already did a HIIT this morning), kinda am not feeling quite like moving, but knowing that tmr i wont have time AT ALL to work out (a full day at the office desk) and not wanting to break my almost 21-day streak, i've decided to push through with this one. Kelli's voice makes me feel so calm and her telling me to listen to my body makes me feel so safe. It's okay to not push as hard as one can in every single workout!! Listen to what your body needs, by clicking into the video half the battle has already been won! I've followed FB for at least 8 years, though having stopped for some years, FB never fails to be my favourite channel, always coming back for more! Love you Kelli and Daniel!!!

    The lower impact version of exercise was so helpful (my joints can only do those jumps every other day). Thanks for sharing them so clearly so I could follow all of them on the first try. Oh and I also loved the long cool down part. Glad to have found your channel. 😊

    I have to leave another comment on this one. This is officially my favorite Fitness Blender workout. I adore how easy it is to make this one your own and to adjust it to continue being your own no matter what's going on with you that particular day. After having gone a couple of weeks without working out due to contracting Covid, I've been slowly trying to ease myself back into my normal routine. This, I believe, is the longest workout I've done since getting back into things. I'm so proud of myself for completing it, and I truly and deeply appreciate how encouraging Kelli was throughout this entire video. It made it so easy to just do what I was able to and not judge myself in any way for what I wasn't able to do. Thank you so much Kelli, and thank you to your entire team. I feel very encouraged and hopeful about what's next again 😊 I hadn't even realized how much I'd lost my confidence until you helped to restore it.     i found this channel in 2017/2018 and used to love doing these workouts when I got home from sixth form, they are what got me to have the confidence and also the want to join the gym. now here i am 4 years later back on looking at what new workouts you have as I started doing those old saved workouts again as I'm just coming out of being ill, i've been unwell for nearly three weeks so thought I would 'ease myself' back into working out again before hitting the gyms and wow, I forgot how intense these workouts actually are! You still get a burn, you still sweat, you feel so good afterwards, and after yesterdays bum and legs focused cardio workout i had jelly legs for the first time in years!! The gym hasn't given me jelly legs since 2018. I love it, I love how i feel afterwards and I love how short and effective these workouts are. I also love your emphasis on listening to your body and how stress is important to look out for and to give yourself rest if you feel it. I just love this channel. Thank you, from 17/18 year old me, to now 21 year old me

    I've been working out with you for a little over 6 years and you & Daniel are responsible for sparking my mad love for fitness. Currently 23 weeks pregnant and having to play around with the low impact modifications of your workouts for the first time- not going to lie it has been a mental challenge for me because I typically like to push myself to the max and go all out. But what a beautiful lesson/opportunity it has been to step back and actually listen to my body. Despite 6 years of intense exercise and athleticism, I am only just now realizing the nuance of what it means to be fit and healthy. I haven't always been as kind to my body as I would have liked and I am realizing that sometimes the most pivotal part of fitness is knowing when to take a step (or many steps) back. Seeing you go through your own journey these past few years has really helped me through my own journey of modifying and tending to my body. I can't thank you enough for the influence you have had in my life.
    This workout is my new favorite and I am happily doing to low impact versions and feeling grateful for my body. Love working out with you as always.

    I stopped doing Fitness Blender workouts for about a year and a half when it was just too much with my pregnancy, healing diastasis recti postpartum, and having a clingy baby.
    I just started getting back into these workouts this week and it feels so good! I’ve missed strength training, lifting weights, and Kelli! I’m pretty sore from lower body and upper body workouts earlier this week and needed some cardio to let my muscles recover more.
    Also, my 15 month-old son was trying to do some of the exercises with me, and it’s the cutest thing. ☺️

    felt super sore today in my calfs and back from the last kickboxing routine with daniel, however this didn't stop me from keeping my workout streak. like you said, every bit counts, so this was a nice compromise between another rest day and low impact work! thank you so much😊

    Ever since I caught covid, my lungs havent been the same. But I did this video and glad to hear you say to listen to our bodies. I actually did the whole video haha, yeah I'm proud of myself. I usually can't last 5 to 10 minutes before it becomes difficult. I started watching you about 5 years ago and I used to blaze right through it and felt so good about myself.     I really love this workout because it is indeed easily customizable. For example for some of the squatting I used two dumbells, or for the slow burpees I did full burpees, etc. but also this workout is great because I had to take a four day break from working out (my disabled leg got reallllly mad lol) so this was a wonderful “jump back in without hurting yourself” workout 😊 also very beginner friendly!!

    I haven’t worked out wz u ever since u started charging for the workouts and I felt all the good stuff is there and u keep the free stuff for short not so very fun workouts here . But after I suffered wz sciatica because of an explosion in Beirut I stopped working out . A few days ago I decided I want to workout again no matter what and I thought of u guys and I’m thankful I did , even if it’s just these videos . Thank u guys . Lv u both so much ❤️

    I love fitness blender workouts and have been doing them for 5 years! It would be helpful for the youtube videos to specify the intensity of the workout on a 1-5 scale like it is on the website. Sometimes it is harder than I wanted and other times it is too easy.

    Been following you guys for 7 years, & took a break from online workouts 3 years ago when we joined a gym. I can honestly say I’ve missed working out with you Kelli! I too am going through some chronic pain issues after being very active for years (half marathons, weight lifting, spin). This workout was a God send! I’ve been walking; wanting a little more, but wasn’t sure what my body could handle. This was perfect!

    Love your workouts! Thank you for making low impact options. I have fibromyalgia and other chronic pain issues, and it can be so difficult to do workouts. These videos are such a help. So grateful!

    I love these lower impact workouts. I'm pregnant and feel like I'm able to move at my own pace without being left behind, and still getting in a great workout!

    I loveeeee fitness blender have been following them since a long time and they have very simple routines to intense . Lost almost 5 kg with their workouts. they explain so well just love everything about them. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Each time I do this workout, I get surprised all over again at how much I enjoy it 😊 I was low on energy today, so I went VERY low-impact on it and It. Felt. Wonderful! I'm so grateful for this one and for Kelli. It makes me feel so happy 😚
