    1 month ago I literally had no butt, it was flat and I could feel my bones when I was sitting. now I have a good butt, it isn’t super big cuz I’ve been doing it for 1 month but it’s really better and lifted. Thank u ❤️❤️ gonna continue this.

    When I tried this workout a year ago I had to quit at the water break and finish the next day. A year later I'm doing it while holding 13 lbs of weights. It still manages to make me sore the next day. My glutes are so amazing I've had to buy my pajama pants a size up. Thanks Kelly!

    I remember when I did this workout for the first time 1 year ago, and was *hard*, I couldn't keep up with her and took tons of breaks.
    Between following this channel, fit apps and other channels, I'm back because here is the best one, and *today* I don't struggled even a bit, I was able to continue the squat pulses without stopping, and I'm so happy!

      well done! just a tip - you should keep progressing your workouts as you get fitter and stronger so that they're always challenging. once a workout is easy to do, go on to a harder one, that way you'll keep getting even stronger.

    Guys I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and the results are AMAZING It's really difficult at the beginning but it's worth the pain!

    this is one of my favourite workouts of all time! it targets all the main areas of your lower body and I love how theres a balance between standing exercise and floor exercise. After doing this exercise for a few months I love how strong my legs have gotten and all them squats are making my bum quite big!! 10/10 for me :)

    Wow! between school and work this year I basically gave up working out and it has been so detrimental for my physical and mental health. Last year when I was pushing myself to live a healthier lifestyle I felt the best, was able to focus more and better achieve all my goals. I kind of arbitrarily picked this video to get back into working out and I almost quit about four minutes in, but I pushed through until the end and I am so thankful that I did. This honestly gave me a massive confidence boost that I needed and I'm really looking forward to working out with fitness blender videos again.

    I usually do your workouts in our workout room with weights. I was due for a lower body workout today but had a super rough day and was lying about in bed and had resolved to skip my workout today... Then I ate a snack and suddenly had energy and thought a little workout would be better than nothing. I found this workout and put my yoga mat out in my room and BAM, my whole evening turned around.

      I would recommend searching by our low impact category @ www.fitnessblender.com/videos - There are many to choose from. Of course, not all will be suitable but when you come across something that causes you discomfort, you can always modify or sub in an exercise that doesn't cause you pain.

    I have dropped about 12 pounds in 2 months by following these workouts and eating healthy. My body type is one where I lose weight really slowly and gain it really fast. So I take a tape measure and measure my body every 2-3 weeks. My originally flabby and fatty butt, thighs and calves are gradually becoming leaner and stronger and toning down.     I have been doing this workout as a regular part of my lower body workout routine for over a year and a half and I still love it. I remember barely being able to make it half way through the jump squat interval and now I can do the whole 50 seconds. I also added some weights and a resistance band for a few of the moves to step up the challenge even more. Thanks fitness blender for these great vids!

    I have strained my back muscles and been told to stop my workouts for two weeks however did this one and it was absolutely brilliant .     So I've done this 4 times a week this week and I've seen improvement. I've added just 8 pounds on each hand on the first half. I've seen such an improvement, even if its just alittle of weight, but I also do another butt workout out hers too. I'll keep you guys posted. (:
    I'm also kinda skinny, so I'm kinda getting thighs.

    I haven't worked out in longer than I care to admit. I was pleasantly surprised how much this video made my muscles BURN in the good way!

    I have been doing Fitness Blender workouts, plus counting my calories since about 2.5 months ago and I have so far lost 12 pounds. I can also feel I have gained muscle. At first I could not really go low in lunges and now I can touch the floor with my knees when I do lunges. 26 pounds more to go!

    I’ve been doing this workout for exactly 3 weeks now and I’ve seen a difference in my thighs, not so much my butt. I’ve always wanted my inner thighs to be see through and I definitely think this workout will help me get there!

    Dear Kelly, I know this workout is a little old but it is so great that I have been coming back to it for quite a long time now. I love that it is made out of two parts which complement each other perfectly. Also it targets all the important muscle groups of the legs (I add a little calves in the end).     I do this workout alternating between holding 8 and 11 pound weights for the first half (whatever I can handle lol). This is one of my FAVORITE workouts, it should say "for people who get bored easily" because there aren't any repeats. :)

    I LOVE this format for your workout videos. I like seeing the preview of what we are doing next as well as the time clock, workout left to go meter, and calorie burning. You guys should do this for all of your videos! I also liked the fact that she was narrating the video while doing it instead of a voice over.

    Loving this workout and I like the fact that even the trainor would get a little challenged by the workout and rest a bit during the exercise. That made her real.

    Just love your routines. In this workout when you do the bridge you are lifting onto your shoulders which takes the effort off your butt and thighs, if you keep your upper back on the floor and pelvic tilt up and down you will get more of a leg workout. It is a much smaller movement but much more effective.

    I know this video is rather "old" and you might never read this comment but I still would like to thank you for these workouts. I've had a really tough few days and just wanted to curl up in a blanket and be depressed today. I did this workout instead. It didn't fix the external problems but it helped me clear my head and feel less down. You're doing a great job. Have a nice day!

    I love working out with youtube videos and recently I've been dedicating my workout time to fitness blender.....I can already notice a huge difference in my shape and fitness thanks to you two! One of the main reasons being how short but clear your descriptions of the movements are! I only noticed this today doing the pilates burnout section. Some instructors don't explain how slow and controlled those movements should be and with your clear instruction, the difference in the 'burn' is incredible! Thank you fitnessblender!! x
