    Started doing this workout 3rd week of May. I was 225 lbs. 5'8" tall. That's like obese already. Heaviest I've been in my entire life due to depression. Then suddenly someone came in to my life out of nowhere to remind me that life's too precious to waste on that shit. I saw this vid here and it worked wonders, of course, pair it with healthy diet. First 2-3 days, I can't get past burpees. Then by the end of the week, I was until star jumps! I almost died. lol! I can feel my heart coming out from my chest. Then here I am, June 3,2017. 4th day that I've completed the entire routine. I'm now 203 lbs. 20 more lbs to lose to get back into my desired weight.

      Congrats!!! Question for you since I'm considering trying this to keep me in shape during the holidays: did you do this work out once or twice a day? And did you only do this workout paired with diet, or in addition to other workouts?

    A HIIT cardio idea if you live in an apartment with at least 4 floors and a stairwell- run up the stairs as fast as possible for high intensity, run/ walk back down for low intensity. Repeat

      Paul Des NEVER do this daily. Only thrice a week or twice. You'll eventually rub out your knees doing stairs daily. It's not that good an HIIT either as it causes pain in ankles in long run too. Best is to do stairs just twice a week if HIIT or just walk them up briskly if everyday.

      Its the range. You may have burned calories between 78 to 190 depending on how you did the exercise and your body(weight, type etc.)

    I decided to give HIIT a try after not seeing any results from simply running on the treadmill and some weight training. Man, it's been 3.5 months of doing this workout and I've really noticed some big changes. My previous routine made me really chunky and muscular in my calves especially and I wasn't losing weight at all. Ever since I begun pairing this workout with 15 mins of light running and it's worked wonders. My legs are more defined and no longer awfully muscular. I can see between my thighs now too haha and I'm generally leaner than before. Also, a 10 min weight training and arm toning exercise to go along with this really helps with the definition. I would definitely recommend this workout to those looking to get in shape.

    I started working out 6 years ago. Now I'm advanced enough to teach an aerobics, or a barre-ballet, or a kickboxing class on my own. Regardless, I'm DYING OUT HERE DOING THIS! Good HIIT routines always get you, and then you feel invincible

    I just discovered FB less than a couple weeks ago, and it is a godsend. I think I sweated far more in 15 minutes than 1 to 2 hours of jogging. I almost died by the end of this but it is so worth it!

    The star jumps screenshot was a good warning for this one. Not easy, but an awesome hiit set. Definitely will be revisiting this on days I feel strong and motivated to jump around.

    From 70kg to 55kg, thank you, fitness blender! I’ve started last year, February 2022, and finished at August 2022 (I’m now aiming to get my body lean, so I’m trying out new exercises), just keep consistency of doing exercises, and maintaining your diet as well!     the last two ones aren't as tough for me as for Daniel. the STAR JUMPS (8:49) were the toughest by far for me and he didn't even complain! A good workout that I choose in my playlist a lot of times when I stop working out for a while :)

    It does not really matter which exercises you pick. Choose just two or three of these which are your favourite and use them. The idea behind the HIIT workout is to kick up your heart rate and then rest. It does not mater what you do to sky-rocket your heart rate.

    I lost 50 lbs by dieting alone, but now I need to burn off the remaining fat. I learned of HIIT exercises and this is the first one I I've tried. I'm dripping with sweat and, by trying this exercise, I know it'll work and that it's what I've been needing. I can't wait until I'm able to see the results.

    Sweat was litterally dropping from all of my body to the floor and I'm not even in a hot room
    The chair here looked like a four legged island
    I still finished the workout tho

    I love these short bursts. i do my own 3-4 minute warm up so I can go hard for your warm up and then im hyped for the workout doing atleast 80% effort throughout.
    Then I just slob for the rest of the day (hehe). Keep up the hard work, I've been a superfan for years xx

    Really good beginner's routine. I haven't worked out for a long while, and I was able to complete this. Barely. Looking forward to continuing this for the next month and seeing where I am at the end of it.

      Fitnessblender does not recommend doing hiit everyday. Mix it up with strength training, pilates, yoga and some level 3 cardio. Good luck!
