    Who's here after gaining back all the weight? Two years ago this helped me reach my body goals. I was at my fittest, abs and all. I'm 5,1 and I had gone from 65kg to 56kg in 2 months because of this. I got too comfortable, stopped exercising, ate junk, and two years later I'm at my biggest ever 70.9kg. Tomorrow is Day 1! Wish me luck guys!

    honestly speaking, this workout IS EFFECTIVE, it actualy works. All youneed to doo is find time and keep it regular but don't overdo yourself ,take breaks and eat healthy and the main thing is that DO NOT EXPECT to lose weight overnight because good things take time ok? all the best if you are trying to lose weight for yourself. be happy

    it took a rough 37 min to burn at least 200 cals. it also took less than 1 min to eat 1-slice large-size pizza to gain about 270 cals.. Damn you pizza

    Amazing stuff! I really felt this workout the next day. However, I realized that you need to adjust your diet, because exercising alone is not enough for weight loss. I ended up getting personalized diet plan from diet helper Next level diet. They even provide home workout plan, but some exercises are really hard to do. Still, I made a decent progress. Happy exercising to all of you!!

    This is my favorite routine!!
    I did this workout every morning for about 2 months and I lost 44 pounds (20 kg)
    I was 176 pounds (80 kg) and end at 132 pounds (60 kg)!!

      I'm trying to lose 30 pounds in three months. A few years ago I lost a lot of weight but gained 30 pounds back this past year. I have a vacation coming up so I want to lose the weight by then. Last time I lost weight it was very slow, 1 pound a week. But using these videos, I've even lost up to 4 pounds in one week! It's really cool.

    This is the most WHOLESOME workout I have ever tried. I could feel I was shredding a whole bunch of fat and my body was looking lean comparatively. I did not put any significant restriction on the diet. Just controlled the amount, or mostly stopped myself from overeating. Apart from that, just finished this workout 3-4 times a week and it worked wonders. If you are looking for a sign, then consider it your sign to start this workout today! Trust me you will be very thankful!

    This video was my favorite video of 2013! let me tell you that with this workout I went from 75kg to 58kg, I've done other weight loss workouts, but this one particulary made me lose weight fast! now we are in 2021 and I'm back to 75 kg.. again.. I have tried to lose weight with other workout videos before but I never managed to lose weight even when I started maintaining my diet.. because of this I had a lot of mental breakdowns but suddenly I remembered the youtube channel name.. omg the joy! I did the video, finished it and my heart rate was high. I finally have hope that this video will make me lose weight again and make me feel better about myself!

      I did fasted cardio.
      I'd eat only at 6 noon, anything I wanted. During the day I'd drink a lot of water and lemon water so I don't feel hungry

    I went from 83 kg to 71 kg using this workout routine. Still such a long way to go. I remember when I first started this workout I could hardly last 8-10 minutes, then I gradually added more and more minutes , and now I can finally hear those sweet words : "Your workout is complete ".. 😄😊💪

      @@Racialprofiler about 4 times per week, drank more water, ate more protein based products, poultry, dairy, especially low fat cottage cheese, but I could also have an occasional candy or other less healthy stuff, but very rarely, like once or twice a week in small portions. This workout routine is def worth trying.

    What I loved about this routine is that the lady doing it is so real, getting tired towards the end and loosing balance. Doesn’t give unrealistic expectations by seeing other models not getting tired at all and always looking pretty while doing such routines! I look like a beaten up homeless person 5 minutes into the routine 😂

    People who want to lose weight please read this! I have been doing this exercise for about 2 years and I did this exercise 4 times a week with other small toning exercise.       +Sapere Aude I do not promote any unhelpful anecdotes. When I was losing weight I did this 4 times a week with other toning exercises. I don't see there is wrong with that? I DID NOT DO THIS EXERCISE DAILY. Nowadays, I do and try tons of different exercises, and my point is only want to help people and tell them this is a good video. You can not take my opinion As advise.

      I didn’t change my diet at all, I always have eaten healthy...
      I really ate whatever I wanted, even had a few of what people call “cheat meals”... yes my thighs got smaller like all of my body, but most of all, my thighs got firmer... and I became stronger and way more resistant to the efforts :)

    I did this workout nearly everyday and lost 16-17 kg. For those of you who are planning on doing the same, the only advice I can give you is when your body isn't being challenged anymore because it is used to the exercises, switch it up. For example, if the exercise is lunges, make it more challenging by making them jumping lunges. You'll see results ;)

    i still remember attempting to workout with this video. i was pounds overweight back then. i was at 116kgs when i first embarked my journey on losing weight. i still remember crying after doing this workout routine just right after the warm up because my body could not stand it. it was truly devastating. but with a tremendous support from my family, friends with a help from Fitness blender and of course, my determination. i made it. I've lose 46 kilograms in 6 months which is pretty incredible. I've never quit in the middle of the workout routine ever since because my first experience with this workout that i was unable to do, motivates me a lot till these days. i just don't know how to show my gratitude to both of you for being part of this process and made me a person that i am today. from a self-loathing person to someone who's confident.     I've been doing this workout for a while so here are my tips:
    -If you're not fit and it's your first time doing this workout, try not to hurt yourself. I couldn't walk properly for two days when I first did this workout.
    -Second half is A LOT easier so try not to give up for the first fifteen minutes. If you can finish the first half the rest is easy peasy.

    I did this work out for 21 days before one month of my marriage. Trust me omg I got excellent result specially my belly is gone and flat stomach and this is workout for whole body.     Finished this in 45 minutes. Hoping to get towards 38-40 mins by the end of the month. I think my mind gives up before my body and hits pause since I am not used to consecutive sets that leave me out of breath. but it was very encouraging to see that i had the fitness to finish the video since I had been working out for a month prior to this.

    I did this workout for 4 months and lost 22 lbs. It took me one month in a half for my body to get used to the intensity of the workout. I'm 33 years old so my metabolism isn't how it used to be when I was younger. I also only ate under 1200 calories and drank coffee and water only. I did this workout everyday for two months then the next two months I did have one to two rest days. Goodluck on your health and fitness journey.

      ​@joeychill im not the same person you asked but i also lost 15kgs with this video and for me, i did this video like 3x a week and on the other 2 days i focused on the areas that i had most problems with during this workout, for me it was quads and arms
      i also used their fitnessblender workouts for those
      however after like 3 months i started doing other cardio workouts instead of this one, hiit etc. but its still a favorite of mine :)
      as for diet, yes. for some reason i automatically ate healthier, many more fruits and veggies

      @joeychill 4 times a week is fine, maybe add some stretching or some light exercise on a 5th day and you're good :)
      i'm pretty tall for a woman, 183cm and my starting weight back then was around 85kgs i believe, it's been a few years honestly. anyway i did this and what i said above and dropped to 69kgs in the span of 4 months, i stayed in shape through their videos and then gained muscle mass until 71-72kgs :) i was suuper lean back then lol. trying to get back into it now again, that's why im here

      @joeychill by the way because i know this workout can be a bit tough to get through on some days, a good alternative is their 25min cardio kickboxing workout, its a bit easier but you're still gonna be out of breath and sweating + it's not as long, so its good for the days when you feel ultra sore too :)

Tomorrow, come back and do 8, the next day, aim for 9 minutes, and so on...We also have beginner routines (this is an intermediate routine - you can search by difficulty level on our website, www.fitnessblender.com). I know it can be overwhelming and feel defeating but if you focus on the fact that you're getting started and trying, the whole thing will be much less frustrating. Keep your head up!

    Ok where has this been all my life?! I've been doing all kinds of other workouts for weeks and they've been okay but only 15 minutes into this thing and my husband had to come check on me because I looked like I was near death. AMAZING!

    I have lost 13 kilos (2 stone or 28 pounds) so far. I started off doing this workout 4 times a week and I now do mainly running and occasionally cardio workouts like these. I'm not on a diet, I eat healthy but still have foods that I love every so often - I dunno if this helps anyone but yeah

      Tatiana Leite hey, I still do it so can't remember how long it has been. But it's a good idea to keep up working out instead of just doing it in bursts when you want to lose weight- I workout 3 times a week

    Kelly I have been doing your HIIT home workouts for 4+ years now. So helpful and clear...THANK YOU for you efforts in making these videos, it has really helped me and is my absolute go to for HIIT. Also really appreciate the different times for each session so I can build up my tolerance if I have been away from it for a while, and it's kept simple so I don't feel overwhelmed by the different exercises.

    Hey guys I promise to you and to myself that I’ll consistently update you on my journey with this workout
    Day 1: weight: 114lbs (51kg), goal: 105lbs(47kg), finished this workout and only got unmotivated a little at the end but I finished it pretty easily it might have been cuz I was listening to music and not the vid I know that I was sweating bad at the end though see ya tomorrow!:)
    Day 2: weight: 114lbs (51kg) nothing changed in my weight but I’m not surprised since it’s only the second day the video was so much harder to complete today tho
    Day 3: weight: 113.5, goal:105, today was pretty tuff but I was more in the spirit again🤪 sweating like crazy at the end now time for a shower see ya tomorrow!
    Day 4: weight: 113lbs, goal: 105lbs much easier today! Definitely recommend a headband to catch all the sweat tho🥵 see ya tomorrow!
    Day 5: weight:13.5lbs, goal:105lbs so today I was kinda upset that I weighed .5 more but it’s ok I realize that your weight can fluctuate but the workout was kinda easy today if your doing it to good luck! See ya tomorrow we got this!💪🥳
    Day I forgot: I stopped doing this workout because it was too long for me and I went onto the 8 min calorie burn for belly fat and it has been working well I lost 2 pounds already;)

    I love this workout. Every time i've tried this, i've seen results. Within just 2 weeks of doing this exercise with a good diet, (never starved myself, just stayed away from junk food and sugars) i could see a difference. Even my mom said that she could see the weight loss which she never does. We all know how hard it is to get Mom's approval on something. This workout is hard and i don't think that i ever got to the end of it without skipping some moves and i never did the whole sets of 40 seconds but, it works and i always come back to this workout whenever i have to lose weight :)
