I love the mix-up and, mentally, I feel it's easier to push through the workout knowing I'm only doing one set of a particular exercise. About a year ago I got a "type 3" sprained ankle (the worst kind) from doing split jumps on fitness blender's day 5 challenge for busy people. It took a good 5-6 months to get running again

This is the first proper workout I have done since I badly injured my shoulder (dislocation and major fracture) in December - obviously had to limit the range of motion for some exercises, adapt others, and replace some with physio exercises but I am so happy to have got through a nearly 30 min workout! Thank you for making and uploading this, I love how varied it was, and your happy energetic mood!
My happy place is for sure the "workout complete" sign 😂 or the fact that I'll take a warm ass balls shower when I'm done. I live in Sweden and it's starting to get quite cold outside, you know snow and shizzle everywhere... (I really like these workouts btw, please do more 😊)

This was so good. I have never finished an exercise. I get bored easily and halfway through l just stop and go and eat, l just hate doing the same thing over and over ..but this one is the best. I finished and was sweating, never sweated like that before. pls make more of these.

Absolutely love this workout. I really appreciate these 30 minute cardio/abs videos because they're perfect for in between my longer strength training days when my body is sore. The best part is that I'm able to get them in before my 8am classes and even though they're short, I sweat a fair amount and feel great afterwards. Also, all of the workouts that follow this structure are easily my favorites because my mind doesn't fight me to start them and my ADD doesn't stop me from finishing them. Thanks K&D.

Notes on this workout: 1. Did the full jump squats all the way through and survived..yey 2. Due to limited space, i substituted burpees shuffles to burpee quick feet 3. Did the side hip raises full version a.k.a. daniel style and lastly 4. this felt easier than the last time i did this 6 months ago.. so massive thanks to you kelli and daniel for these variety of workouts to help us be fit and healthy. I just want to say how much I love your workouts, especially the ones for "people who get bored easily." I am a runner, so I DEFINITELY feel like even though I love running, doing it all the time just gets super boring after a while, usually when I am right in the middle of training for a race. I love doing FitnessBlender workouts as cross training, I find they really help me keep up my endurance and strength!

I had so much fun with this cardio routine! I did the continuous 45 seconds of the jump squats, and I somehow lived to tell the tale! I love your workouts, but I loved the no repeat exercise even more! I would love a series for this!
Used and stuck with 7lbs of weights while doing the ones that didn't involve hands or arms like the pop squats... I did this after the other lower body strength training video and I really feel like my legs are on fire!
Did it with jump squats section yesterday with full jump squats. At the time I was dying but today I don't feel too sore. I also have stronger legs than anything else (for example, I did the full jump squats but I had to modify the side hip raises). However, I still haven't worked out today so we'll see how that goes lol. Thanks for the awesome non-treadmill cardio!!! Brilliant, perfect for me as I do get bored, still don 't like burpees, Im sticking with it. I have known so much difference since doing your HIITS and cardio in January, first time I have notice difference in yours compared with others.Keep up the fantastic work. I love them .Also Not so time consuming .
When I did this workout on 2nd July, I only could do it until water break and I felt like I was going to die but today on 27th September, I have successfully finished the entire workout and I’m not completely out of breath. I may have taken a 15 Minutes water break though, haha 😅 but I’ve still managed to finish the whole workout. 💪🏾 all it takes is dedication. You can do it too :)

I need more of this! I get so bored with workouts that repeat the routine (intervals), so I end up going to another workout in the middle of the one I'm doing. Thank you!!!
Notes on this workout: 1. Did the full jump squats all the way through and survived..yey 2. Due to limited space, i substituted burpees shuffles to burpee quick feet 3. Did the side hip raises full version a.k.a. daniel style and lastly 4. this felt easier than the last time i did this 6 months ago.. so massive thanks to you kelli and daniel for these variety of workouts to help us be fit and healthy. More power to you!

I just want to say how much I love your workouts, especially the ones for "people who get bored easily." I am a runner, so I DEFINITELY feel like even though I love running, doing it all the time just gets super boring after a while, usually when I am right in the middle of training for a race. I love doing FitnessBlender workouts as cross training, I find they really help me keep up my endurance and strength!

I can't do hop raises at all. is there something i can do to improve on those? i struggle all the time with them.

25 minutes of straight WORK with no repeat exercises.
Throw in a cool down as well and you've got your 30 minutes of exercise for the day. Perfect!

I haven't done exercise properly in what 3 weeks and this was hard to do when it was so smooth before. All the junk this summer 😭😭 Trying to get a healthy exercise regimen again before university.

I had so much fun with this cardio routine! I did the continuous 45 seconds of the jump squats, and I somehow lived to tell the tale! I love your workouts, but I loved the no repeat exercise even more! I would love a series for this!
this is my 5th time completing this work-out and I am always guaranteed a good sweat
Used and stuck with 7lbs of weights while doing the ones that didn't involve hands or arms like the pop squats... I did this after the other lower body strength training video and I really feel like my legs are on fire!
I'd like to see more workouts for people who get bored easily, I think they're great

This has been my Friday workout for a few years now... I’m always amazed it manages to kick my butt very time!!
Did it with jump squats section yesterday with full jump squats. At the time I was dying but today I don't feel too sore. I also have stronger legs than anything else (for example, I did the full jump squats but I had to modify the side hip raises). However, I still haven't worked out today so we'll see how that goes lol. Thanks for the awesome non-treadmill cardio!!!

Brilliant, perfect for me as I do get bored, still don 't like burpees, Im sticking with it. I have known so much difference since doing your HIITS and cardio in January, first time I have notice difference in yours compared with others.Keep up the fantastic work. I love them .Also Not so time consuming .

When I did this workout on 2nd July, I only could do it until water break and I felt like I was going to die but today on 27th September, I have successfully finished the entire workout and I’m not completely out of breath. I may have taken a 15 Minutes water break though, haha 😅 but I’ve still managed to finish the whole workout. 💪🏾 all it takes is dedication. You can do it too :)
