    After not having done weight training regularly for a couple months now, I did this workout almost 100% using weights except for the step ups and split lunges. I'm still a sweaty mess but strength training routines that make you feel like you've run a marathon are my FAVOURITE!! Will definitely be coming back to this one 👌👍

    I love this workout!! I felt my muscles really working and toning and I was sweating a lot. I literally wanted to stay in "pigeon" stretch. Great workout. I'll definitely include it in my workout routine!

    I used to do your guys workouts years ago during my fittest period of my life. This week I just started my back to getting fit journey and somehow just hearing Daniel's voice gets me back in the zone and I just do the workouts like on command even though they are harder to do for me these days.

    This workout is way thougher than it looks. I specially love this one because it's more or less the only FB routine so far where I manage to burn 500+ calories in under an hour - and without any cardio!! - That's seriously amazing :)

    this was the first fitness blender workout I ever did and it was brutal! I had to stop a lot between exercises to rest and barely made it through. Now after doing FB workouts for about 2 months I decided to try this one again and saw a huge difference! I didn't have to take any extra rests, I could do the full range of motion for each exercise and my form was much more clean and steady throughout the whole thing. I'm so glad I found fitness blender and I can't wait to see how much progress I will make in another 2 months :D

    Lost 3 lbs in 6 days from reducing my calorie intake and working out to fitness blender at least 30 min in the morning every morning. I plan to try the strength training video this morning and see how that goes.

      Awesome! I bet you gained muscle, therefore, you must look like if you lost more than 3 lbs :) (i.e., you lost inches)

    Oooo, those first two groups were pretty tough -- you guys snuck in some cardio with those clean & presses! I was sweating like crazy after that. The last few groups seemed more static so they were almost like recovery. This was a great routine!

    Did 3 days of Random workouts from this site. After the third day. EVERYTHING HURT. Even a sneeze. LOL. Took two days break and felt better. Started the 5 day challenge today. I feel GREAT! Love these videos. The directions are clear. Love the tone of the speaker and the way he gives the directions. He motivates me to not quit. BRING ON THE OTHER FOUR DAYS. Now if i can only stay away from the sweets i love so much -__-.

      Hi Michelle ! here's a tip for your sweet tooth, don't eat refine sugar (just natural like fruits) for 21 days. It takes 21 days to detox your body from it. After those 21 days, you'll notice that your body won't crave for sugar anymore or as much ! It did work for me and it's been two YEARS !! I do treat myself once a while, but no more cravings !! ;-)
      My favorite dessert is slices of apple with natural almond butter...

    I started doing this workout 3 months ago.. I did it every single day. i have lost 20 pounds, i have a six pack, toned legs, defined arms and wider shoulders.

      What I do is I do it at my own pace, because it's not about how many you do, as long as you are doing the right form you are well on your way to getting your body toned! And avoid a possible injury from doing it fast/sluggish

      I have to agree although I have multiple videos from different fitness professionals. I have to FitnessBlender is my main go to when I can't decide what workouts to do. I have to to say I am someone who LOVES variety and isn't into repeating things unless I've already done every single one of something but these guys have endless workouts for many parts of the body and boredom is NEVER thing. FitnessBlender is amazing! I will say every fitness person is different so they're all good as well. FitnessBlender speaks out to me the most. 😊

In the last 3 months of using your boot camp programs, I have lost 10 pounds, more than 2 inches off my waist, and I've also just seen such a huge increase in firmness in my legs, thighs and stomach.     This is certainly brutal. I'm ashamed to say that twice now I've not been able to complete it without tears of frustration. I've done so many Fitness Blender routines strength, Hiit and cardio but this one has me beat, I'm gutted. I will do it though bloody determined!!!

    Completed 10/14/2018 I am surprised I haven't done this one, as it is a strength video. I usually don't do full body strength because I like to focus on either doing lower or upper body, but this was a nice mix!

    I am so energized for the rest of the day! I used three-pound weights at first, then switched to five-pound weights. I kept pace for all but the single leg raises. My arms aren't strong enough for that yet, at least not with five pounds. I think I could use heavier weights for all but that move next time.

    I've incorporated weight training 3-4 times a week along with your cardio and abs videos but I still can't lose the last 10 pounds. I am 142 and would like to reach 135 by April for my wedding but seems impossible. I have lost 32 pounds in 6 pounds. Your videos have guided me tremendously and I spread your news to anyone who seeks healthy results. Please help me and tell me what I am doing wrong for the last few pounds I am trying to lose.

      u might be gaining muscle you dont need to lose weight to look more toned all u need to do is gain muscle lose fat so scale might not chsnge but look will

    Your workout videos are the best there are. I always hated sports and working out, eventually got so out of shape that I decided to do something about it. I have a very sedentary lifestyle & working from home so I started out really weak. I bought several workout dvds and the quirky music, their perfect muscular bodies and no signs of sweat demotivated me more than anything. I eased myself into fitness with FB and I could never go back. This one is particularly great for me because it also works on my shoulders and overall just kicks my butt. I've been training with you guys for a while now and I got nicely toned comparing to my previous shape, my legs got pretty strong and it's all thanks to your awesome videos and you motivating me to keep going even when my muscles are burning. You guys are incredible, thank you for changing my life!

    I have always liked your workout, but the transition from one work out to the other on this one is too fast. There is not enough time for changing weights. I know I can pause it if I have too, but i did not need to pause with the other exercises.

    This is as much cardio as it is strength training. You'll be sweating buckets after the first group. Lift lighter than you'd normally do -- these exercises are 45 seconds long and there isn't much rest time. Great workout.

    Gave this video a try, it was great but I really didn't feel any of the stretches for the glutes. Wondering what I could be doing wrong. Tried adjusting the angle and moving around but just couldn't get it right.

    I really enjoy your workouts. I also lkke that yo u show thw next exercise in the upper left corner. And having you talk thru the entire routine keeps me focused and I find it goes by quicker. Thank you!

    what a wonderful workout is this....i am feeling so stong...thanks for adding the warm up and cool down because i always feel confused what to do in warm up and cool down.

    Ok, that was another good workout. Not as challenging as some of the others, and Kelli went a bit fast with the changes from one move to the next...I had to be scrambling a bit to change weights. All in all tho, a good sweat was worked up.

    I will definitely incorporate this workout into my weekly at home workout routine. I love this workout because the time seemed to fly with me being so focused on completing the challenging exercises, this workout was over in an instance, and my mind never ventured elsewhere and stayed in the moment only focusing my mind on continuing to keep pushing. Love it!

    On average, as a smaller person am I pretty much automatically on the lower end of the calorie burn spectrum or if I really push myself could I be closer to the high calorie burn?

    First day doing this workout. I did JM 30 days shred... This one felt very easy. My HR monitor marked 238 calories.... I am reading in comments some ppl are doing 400 calories!!! Why is mine so small? With JM level 3 by day 25... I was only doing 115 calories but dying.... Could this be because I am only 130lb and on the lean side? Ty!!! Great work out by the way!!!

      +Young Artwork older comment... but if you're still curious, the amount of weight you lift makes a huge difference in calorie burn.

    Bridges and larger boobs don't mix well unless I'm doing something wrong, it's almost suffocating lol

    The only problem in my body is in my thighs. I want to get them slim, NOT muscular. Is this workout suitable? If not, could anyone recommend one of FB that is? Thank you in advance!

      +Sybell Kot I can assure you that doing any FB workout will not make you muscular(at least not like a man).It's a known fact women can't bulk up nearly as easily as men.So I wouldn't be too afraid to use any FB workout(I used almost all of them).(Kelly very often uses weights that are 20, 30 and even 40+ pounds and she doesn't look bulky by all means!) There is nothing wrong with SOME lean muscule.In fact, it helps you burn more fat and calories during the day even at rest.Therefore, you lose weight faster.Plus, in my opinion, it makes your body look more attactive. I used to have VERY big thighs and a "pouch" before doing FB workouts a year ago.Now, I'm happy to say that they slimmed down quite nicely and I noticed some lean muscle tone nearly everywhere.In addition, my clothes definitely fit better. I hope I helped!
