    Her face gets red, she sweats and gets tired. And that's why I love fitness blender. In most workout videos, coaches are like robots. they dont sweat and even get tired.

    What I love about these workouts is that they really are so natural and perfect for the human body. Not just static weight lifting or cardio, but a combination of strenght, cardio, flexibility and agility training. So amazing💙

      @@ketijarasa6313 Every morning, I drink a half cup of green tea to wake up me up and give me energy to do the workout. I always workout in the morning. Then after the workout, I make a meal replacement shake. I use Ka'chava! The best! It actually replaces the need for coffee in the morning. For lunch, I have grilled chicken and salad and fruit! At night, super light meal. Also, I don't ever eat past 7:00pm. Maybe on a Friday night or Saturday night, I will. Also, I break up the target zones each day: Mondays: Chest and abs. Tuesdays: Glutes and Abs. Wednesdays: Arms and Shoulders (with a 5 min ab workout ;) ) Thursdays: Legs and Abs. Fridays: Back and abs. Saturdays is free choice. Usually on Saturdays you want to pick a target you want to focus more. I always choose glutes ;) and Sundays, Cardio. Treadmill for 30 min. Level 5 with 3.8-4.0 speed. I hope this helps.

      @@ketijarasa6313 I love love pizza! But it's not good to eat while you are working out and trying to reach your fitness goals. Most "healthy" foods have been categorized as not as tasty but something I always remind myself. The 10-15 seconds of pleasurable taste your mouth gets is nothing compared to what your body has to taste for hours/days. Eat what your body wants to taste. Healthy and nutritious food. Also, I love mexican coca-cola. I discovered that I love that fizz feeling and you can accomplish that with lacroix or any lightly flavored sparkling water. :)

      FitnessBlender funny enough, the last cardio moves the easiest out of the lot for me :p Similar routines for upper body would be great :D And by the way, I have been doing your routines for two months now, and I love it and the changes I am seeing. Thanks for all you do!

      Love this one. I prefer this cardio over classic linear HIIT exercises. It's more engaging and I find I'm less "mentally road-blocked" if the cardio is three/four different moves per rep. Jump squats are always fun but are mentally taxing because they're so simple and universally dreadful. I love how your newer videos incorporate more complex cardio.
      The stretching at the end was bliss. Especially those iliopsoas runner lunge stretches.

    Morning Kelly and Daniel! Just want to thank you guys for the videos and introducing me to fitness. Having worked out with you guys for almost a year now I feel uneasy not doing any exercises! This might sound very trivial but one thing I love about you guys is how you emphasise "keep your lungs open". I used to hold my breath all the time! Looking forward to give this a go although it does seem quite challenging haha. It's almost 12am here but still, have a great day xx

    Oh gosh! I am completely drenched! At my age, I wasn't sure I'd be able to do it. I just went lighter with the weights, but kept up with the repetitions. The worst of the workout is the dreaded burpees! I'm 55. I'll modify while you young ones get at it! Now I gotta go for a long soak! Thank you for all the work you do to help us get in shape!

    41:45 This is one of your most thorough lower body cool down and stretches! I come back to this workout again and again if I feel like I need to stretch more. Thanks Fitness Blender for all these invigorating workouts!
    I always feel better by the end even during the days I don't feel like moving.

    I was packing my suitcase all day and afterwards, I felt tired and guilty that I didn't get to workout. So as I was sitting down, I looked up FitnessBlender workouts that I could try out and landed on this one. I actually fucking did it. 20 minutes in, I told myself 10 more minutes and I can work out the rest tomorrow. I pushed through that tempting thought and I actually finished it in one night. It'd been 2 days since my last real workout. I usually aim for 1000 jump roping jumps a day but today I only did 500. I'm glad I could make up the rest with this cardio workout. I can't wait feel the soreness in my legs tomorrow bc it'll make me feel better to know that I did THAT. I love this youtube channel so much. I've been working alongside their lower body workout videos at least 5 days a week. At least 30 minutes! I went from 147lbs in March 2019 to 132.2lbs today, May 6th. All thanks to jump roping, fitnessblender, and myfitnesspal for tracking what I eat. I would like to know why it's unhealthy to keep targeting the same muscles day after day. I should work on my arms, so I'll take Kelli's advice and use an upper body workout tomorrow. but maybe a few jump squats. I am going to be on a train for the next two days so I hope doing another lower body workout tomorrow won't hurt.

    I've just recently started doing your videos, and I absolutely love them! I love how much of a range there is, from 20 minute yoga exercises to nearly 2 hours of cardio! Definitely my favourite youtube channel!

    Every time I did some sports I was only doing cardio or HIIT workouts. Actually I got really tired of that and had almost no more motivation. So I started with sterngth training which I've never done before in my life. I started like two months ago and I was sore when doing deadlifts without any weight! Now, many of your workouts later I'm able to lift 10kg while deadlifts! I never felt so great, toned, fit and strong in my life! I want to thank you a lot for your great, free workouts and for being my motivation to get moving at least 3 times a week!!:)

    Just finished! The groups moved so fast that I didn't really have time to dread all of the burpee variations. The strength training portions were almost a recovery compared to the cardio intervals. The plyometrics at the end were killer, but in a good way! Don't be intimidated -- take extra breaks if you need to. If you put your mind to it, you can make it through. Thanks Kelli -- can't wait to see how I feel tomorrow!

    I have been doing your workouts for over a year now and I have lost 10 stone, I can't imagine getting this far without your great workouts and tips.
    I have always struggled with my weight and I always will but I have finally found workouts that make a difference. I like sweating like crazy and I love that I can barely walk the next day because it is then I know that it's working.
    Thank you guys for keeping me motivated as it has been a long road.

    I’m currently doing the second run of your FB Fit round 2 program, and I am so happy to notice that when I did it the first time, and this was one of the first workouts, I was hardly able to get through this without having to switch to the easier modifications almost throughout the whole workout, but this time I was able to do the whole thing on 4/5 level of difficulty and didn’t slack off once! Amazing! To think that I could get soooo much stronger without even having to go to the gym? And it’s all thanks to you guys! Can’t wait to see what I will be able to do once I finish the second run of this program! Thank you so much ❤️

    I love how you have warm up and cool down at the beginning and the end of the workout! It is also super helpful that you explain each moves and different options for beginners and intermediates.     I'm honestly starting to like these hour long workouts only because I feel like I get more out of them. I remember when I first started with you guys anything near 30 minutes scared me but now I see these 50-1 hour+ long workouts and I see them as a worthy challenge. Especially love/appreciate when warm ups and cool downs are included so thank you Kelly. Great workout!

    I'm a super busy homeschooling mama of 4 and have been working out at home all along. I got so bored with my dvd's and tried youtube videos. Found fitnessblender right away and am hooked on the variety! For my birthday this week, I asked for a PowerBlock. So excited!     Great workout. I set a goal last year to workout in the early morning. With a baby and now COVID, its crucial to get it done early while the house is quiet and this one delivered! I dont know how I would get through this lockdown without FB!

    I’ve been doing the 35-40 minute intervals on and off for years. I have been consistently doing them for the last year and today I took on a 50 minute interval for the first time and it felt amazing. I remember how difficult it would be for me in the beginning to complete a 20 minute workout. I love the endurance fitness blender has given me! Keep up the awesome work!!!

    Hello Kelli and Daniel.
    I wanted to start off mentioning: as a kid I was always chubby and I struggled for years doing all sorts of workouts and trying to eat right. I can maintain stamina and strength training but I could not get rid of this butt! (I never knew how to workout the small muscle in my glutes and thighs. I could not afford a trainer seeing as how I can barely afford where I live.
    This has been a pleasure to have come across these fitness blender videos. I just got done with the your new "52 Intense Fat Burning Cardio Intervals and Butt and Thigh Workout", which I will be following up with one of your cool down stretching videos. After 23 years I finally can feel the good kind of pain in the areas where my thighs connect and under my chubby butt where the curve meet the back thigh which means its working! So you bet my ass is going to be doing this every other day and I will do as you mention and work on low impact workouts the next day.
    Also, I wanted to mention how I have been struggling for years to find the right works out. First I trained myself to workout 3 hours a day/5 days out of the week then I did the program "90 day Insanity" twice and did Jillian Michaels Programs)... it worked (I lost some weight) but never in my butt and thighs! EVER! So, I am so excited to continue the FitnessBlender workouts and I cannot wait to see results! I have been wanting to wear a bikini all my life, I never do because I am embarrassed. Perhaps when you get the chance you can answer my question. I was wondering if it is okay to go walking at least, I do not want to over work myself.

    I watched some of this workout before attempting it and I nearly hit the back button as it looked too hard for me. However, it was mind over matter and I thought I'd at least try. So I tried and other than a couple of times where I had to take an extra 5 second break, I completed it! Feeling so good right now. I just pushed on, reminding myself at tough moments just a few seconds more, I can do it and indeed I did it. In the pilates section, I used Kellie's breathing (the exhale part) as my guide to starting the move as I didn't want to strain my head to look at the TV so I found that very helpful. Thank you for this workout, I really surpassed my expectations with this workout and thanks to your other videos I'm starting to feel stronger already. Been working out for two weeks now and I'm starting to feel good. Thank you.

    This is the very first time I'm doing one of your workouts without watching Netflix. The first time listening to what you're saying and really focusing on the movements. I used to think that it would be boring and that I couldn't push through without a good show distracting me, but it feels so freeing, it's like an intense form if meditating and it really helps my brain, not just my body. Thank you for allowing us this way of mindfulness without music etc.

    Completing this feels like heaven. I mean, my body is tired but it is also so relaxed and in a state of pleasure... And my mind is at such peace. I guess it's from the chemicals released and from how much I truly love exercising, with all its difficulty!
    You guys have helped me not only to have workouts within reach but also in this lookout. When your workout partner is constantly showering you with the positivity that comes with and from exercise, it actually gets to you, even if it takes time. Even if it is a small change. Kelli and Daniel, you have impacted so many lives in such a wonderous way by doing what you love and being yourselves! I hope you are as much well aware of that as possible and it helps you, too, in a way.
    I did not expect this to turn out as sentimental, haha, but it did. I have no regrets. Everyone enjoy an amazing life! xx

    Getting back into it after my second baby. I am 5 weeks into recovery and I FELT THIS....In the BEST way! Pilates at the end really brings the heart rate down but the burn UP! Adding this to favorites!

    Seems kinda silly, but after getting thru this workout (with modifications due to bad knees), my most proud moment was being able to finally touch my toes 😊

    Thank you so much for such a great workout! I have been doing your workouts since I had baby number 2 (7months ago) and loving how much my body has changed since!     Great work out, I like that you can push yourself hard for the short cardio intervals "recover" with the strength move and then push yourself a little over again.

    Well I'm back on the FitnessBlender band wagon. And I'm happy to say, I can almost keep up with Kelli. I had to work up to this workout after two weeks of 30-40 mins workouts. I been off my exercise routine for about 6-7 months, just during some occasionally. But now back to 4-5 days a week. Thank God!!

    Not going to lie, I almost quit half way through, but pushed through and was glad I did because the last bits of it I could handle. The cardio portion just KILLS me. The fast feet reminded me all too well of high school basketball drills.

    Holy mother of burn!! This was awesome! Never thought i could finish it but i did it without even taking extra breaks.the 1 kg ankle weights that i was wearing made the pilates moves extra challenging,i loved every second of it! Thank you,Kelly!

    Loved it. I exercise about 3-4 times a week & this definitely was a moderate to advanced workout. I sweat pretty darn good which is nice because it hit cardio + legs, back and booty. I only have 5lb weights and was still feeling real good with the intervals. This video is totally doable but at the same time challenging. I loved it! Will be back for more.

    I am literally a fan of FitnessBlender but I just discovered this one. And wow! The video contains everything I want from cardio and strength to pilates moves. I've been working with you for almost a year, 6 months of low impact workouts but now I've been pushing myself during the last 6 months in high impact workouts.     Just finished and it was so much fun. The compound moves kept me going and the time flew by. The 180 squats were my fave- the burpee back bows least fave. I was looking for a dry place to lay by the time we got to the outer thigh raises! My fave lower body workout so far. Thx guys and great job.

    This was literally the hardest leg workout I have EVER done. I loved how every muscle of my lower body was working between cardio and the strength exercises. There are muscles in my legs I didn't even know existed during this workout lol. What killed me the most? The pilates burnout pulses.

    I did it two days before,and it was perfectttttt. I really enjoyed. But my thighs and butt are extremely sore even after 2 days. Squat pulses were the most challenging motion. Thank you Kellie and Danial,ur awsome!!!

    +FitnessBlender Great workout! Didnt kill me but deff broke a good sweat! I think the squat kicks were pretty challenging, esp after the strength.. my buns were screaming fast! LOL I love doing the weighted squats and deadlifts- they make the booty nice and solid feeling! :D Thanks again... you rock!

    I REALLY liked this one - I was a sweaty mess at the end and felt like jello, but I was able to stick with it better than the straight-up HIIT routines. This cardio + weight training + pilates burn out + cool down is definitely my favorite structure. Do you have an upper body equivalent of this? I would love to do this and substitute upper body strength training for the lower body portions.
