    We thought so too! We were a bit nervous for this first one so I am sure there's a bit of a learning curve, audio will get better, etc. It was actually really hard to remember not to say smart alec things to each other haha

    I actually really loved this one! My upper body is completely toast. I normally have a hard time targeting muscles on my upper body, but after so many sets I feel like I hit everything!

    My husband just got me an iPad (mini) just so I can do my fitness blender workouts!!!! I've been squinting at my iPhone for 6 months now and have been loving all of the workouts you guys make so now that I can see you better, it's going to be so much fun!       79 inch TV with chrome cast will magnify Daniel and Kelly,so u don't have to squint anymore.

    I did this Friday I didn't workout Saturday and Sunday. Saturday my arms were sore. Sunday I could barely fully extend my arms. Today they are still sore but got more range of motion. I never been so sore for so long, but definitely will go back to this workout video.

    when I first started doing this routine (July 2013) every time when doing the ventral pulls my right shoulder was not "steady" and I could feel a lot of cracking and popping on that side; I've done this routine periodically since then, and I did it again last night, now after 21 months I've been working out with you two, no more popping and cracking! my shoulders are firm and held up by the muscular tissue I've been able to build thank to your irreplaceable help! thank you so much for coming across and thanks to internet, without it all this would be impossible... p.s. #4 dumbbell pullovers, did you guys miss it ? ahahha

    Ohmygod I don't know how but I finished it. I can't believe it. My arms are weak like (cooked) spaghetti but I did it. Even with a weight of 2kg on each hand/arm. I am so proud of myself haha. Thanks Fitnessblender! I loved and hated it at the same time

    I just want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. I have been following your routines the most. So far I have lost 7 kg reducing my BMI from obese to overweight, become stronger and happier. I still have a long way to go but you'll be with me every step of the way. Thank you

    That's fair, all helpful feedback :) We wont ditch our old way of doing videos, don't worry. This is just going to be an occasional thing and likely only for a limited time (while we prepare all of our upcoming surprises for you guys).

    I prefer the voiceover because it stands out compared to other workout videos on youtube. Your method is unique, i havent seen anyone doing what you are doing on youtube. This style is different and i dont mind it at all. But what you were doing before really sets you apart from others. Thanks

    Hi, first let me please say that I love your videos. There is so much variety and they are good quality workout videos. I actually like the voice over much better and only when one person is doing the workout. It is much easier to focus on one person. But I won't complain as you are providing these full length exercise videos for free which are GREATLY appreciated.

    Your Tabata style workouts are my favorite! It doesn't feel like an hour has passed! I'm sure I'll be feeling this tomorrow, but I just had to try it :D
    I did enjoy this format ( with both of you showing the exercises and seeing how to do the move from different angles), but I prefer the voice overs. Nice and loud and encouraging :D

    I have never posted on here before...first time for everything right! This workout was enjoyable for my upper body and I discovered the reason I can't do push-ups or pull-ups is because of my weak triceps. But the good news is I know what I need to workout on. I burned approximately 450 calories and my arms hurt so good! Also, I just realized you guys are a married couple (I'm late!). Congrats on your successful business and keep the workouts coming!

      Great job! Same thing happened to me the other day, I did a strength training routine, and then a hiit cardio right after...towards the end of the HIIT, I was doing a rocket squat, and just remained at the squat not able to move. It was the best. XD

    Love this now favorite upper body workout! Keep abs engaged and weight light if you are still building a strong core or your back will scream at you the next day. My muscles were taxed in the best way using only 2.5-8 lb weights, though you need to scale it up or down depending on your strength.
    Kelli + Daniel is gold standard for me because I love seeing more than one angle, and they are so charming. Thank you Kelli for calling Daniel out on "almost done" way too soon! He gets me with that almost every time! Classic Daniel for sure.

    SO AWESOME!! I really liked this tabata style for upper body. It was refreshing to drop the weights slightly lower and really give them a good burn. I'm struggling even to type this! I see some amazing muscle toning! This has become my new favorite upper body routine :)

    Hi! I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed this workout video. The fact that you 2 were simultaneously doing the movements in different angles (meaning your position towards the camera) greatly helped me focus on my form. In other videos, I noticed there were times it was hard for me to distinguish if my form is correct since 1 person was facing only 1 direction(ex. side plank hip raise). Anyway, thank you for all your hard work! Your videos helped me change my outlook towards exercising :)

    I had an excess of energy at the start of this workout and by the end I was drained to a normal level :P I loved it though and the tabata style was so challenging. This was such a good workout for my arms, really felt it!

    Elbows are sore, shoulders are numb what felt like a quick workout. Had to reduce weights as we progressed which goes to show that you don't need a lot. We haven't had a workout together for a while as I usually choose one of you to follow one day etc. Constant instruction always helps, thanks. TCFN.

    I loved this style a lot, one thing if possible include that small preview in the upper corner when switching with the workouts. Because that really helps me with the transition. :) Awesome job as usual!

    You have a lower body hour tabata strength workout plus upper body. I would like to see this style workout done for core. 1 hour tabata style

    Great workout. I plan to make this my workout rotation for the next 4 - 6 weeks. Twice a week, plus your lower body Tabata once a week. Thank you for such great variety.

    This morning I did a 15 minute skipping routine and followed it up with this routine and it was A-MAAA-Zing!!!! Love love love.
