    This workout is a great way to get a full-body workout in just 30 minutes. The exercises are well-chosen and challenging, and the instructor does a great job of explaining how to do them correctly. I especially like the focus on compound exercises, which work multiple muscle groups at once. This is a more efficient way to burn calories and build muscle.

    Omg. I used to be scared of strength training. This is the first workout with dumbbells I've ever done and it was great!! Thank you for being so patient and calm and explaining so well!!!

    Been exercising for over 40 years that was one of the best warm ups ever. I also enjoyed the whole workout but the warmup really stood out.

    The exercises used here are so dynamic, I think we might benefit from doing it twice in a AA BB CC format.

    I loved the 35-seconds on/ 10-seconds off intervals. Perfect pace. Challenging and fun!

    Like this exercise! Thank you. Easy and soft for my knees. Just a little weight, create a little more twist and more time spending when moving them on the floor during plank.

    I especially enjoyed the part where we do tha plank and toss the weight over. Made me feel like Puss in Boots, when he plays with a christmas ornament 😂.

    Workout was meh until we did those weird bicycle crunch kicks with weight overhead! Right there is where it all made sense! Solid 3/5 for sure thank you

    not bad, although some of exercises were a bit difficult to follow and seemed counterintuitive, such as doing squats and then doing bicep curls mid-squat, but overall its not boring and not too long of a routine which is good :)

    I didn't like this one. I was expecting some challenging weight lifting with cardio, not a weird combo where both are included and nothing is being accomplished effectively
