I especially enjoyed the part where we do tha plank and toss the weight over. Made me feel like Puss in Boots, when he plays with a christmas ornament 😂.
Workout was meh until we did those weird bicycle crunch kicks with weight overhead! Right there is where it all made sense! Solid 3/5 for sure thank you
not bad, although some of exercises were a bit difficult to follow and seemed counterintuitive, such as doing squats and then doing bicep curls mid-squat, but overall its not boring and not too long of a routine which is good :)
I didn't like this one. I was expecting some challenging weight lifting with cardio, not a weird combo where both are included and nothing is being accomplished effectively
Nice to see an instructor who is not in full makeup and who actually breaths!

Been exercising for over 40 years that was one of the best warm ups ever. I also enjoyed the whole workout but the warmup really stood out.
