    I cannot express my gratitude enough to FB. Before I discovered them I used to have an expensive gym subscription, spend 30 minutes driving to the gym and 30 minutes driving back home after waiting my turn for limited time on the exercise equipment. With FB I get an effective workout:
    at my convenience
    Free of charge
    For 30 minutes
    I get professional instructions
    I do it at my place
    I don't have to get bored with doing the same thing everyday
    No body shaming
    Encouragement galore!

    I do a video of yours most mornings and have done for the past 6 months and even cancelled my gym membership. For some reason I feel compelled to only now write a comment. Your videos are so fantastic and well executed. I'm sure you're both aware of this because of your huge success with your channel but regardless I have to reiterate what everybody is saying. NO other exercise videos compare. None. Ive tried to change things up and only a few minutes into other videos I instantly come back to one of yours. Your videos are just on another level. Anyway thats me done - time for a shower. Thanks Daniel and Kelli.

    little tip for anyone struggling with this workout: I did 2 rounds of "regular" burpees and 2 of the easier version, also I switched to regular squats instead of jump squats because it was either that or ending my workout there (which I didn't want to do)
    My point is: if it gets too hard, switch to the next easiest version...until you're fit enough to do the hardest versions !
    (I couldn't do burpees 2 months agp ;) )

      I had to do the same thing. But when it came to jump squats I pushed through until the end lol. My legs felt wobbly for a bit.

    The first time I did this workout I didn't like it at all! This time I smashed it. It feels like Kelli has come a long way in her videos - she's much more chatty and enthusiastic now. It's like having a best friend to work out with and I love it!

    I love working out with Kelly so much! I love how honest she is about when a routine is really killing her or rough on her. Not like those muscle heads who power through 60 min work outs with a fake smile the whole time. Fitness Blender is my ONLY workout! :)

    My tips/thoughts on this video
    - This is the first video I've managed to complete since 'graduating' from the beginner/low impact FB videos (yay!)
    - On that note ^ this is a great transitional video for those of you who want something more challenging but dont want to feel discouraged by difficult workout videos (i've been there, it sucks)
    - if your wrists hurt during burpees, make a fist when in the push up position, it helps A LOT.
    - LOL when Kelli says to switch to a cool down to lower your heart rate ... nah girl, my heart rate is pretty much at 0, this workout killed me.
    - THANKS FITNESS BLENDER, this workout was amazing.

      Great thoughts! I've been there too, discourged by difficulty and having to stop and go back to lower difficulty, coming up with modifications to push through like the wrist pain you mentioned. And now I can do it all, even the 1000 calories workouts! :) So keep doing what you're doing and take your time. It feels great to do higher difficulty but trust me it feels even better when you get there gradually. I still go back and do beginner workouts and I'm sure D&K do too, it's all exercise, your muscles benefit more from different levels of intensity than a fixed level.

    I've been exercising for over 30 years and am so happy to have found fitnessblender. I can get a different, excellent workout every time and I never get bored. Love doing a half hour routine everyday instead of an hour every other day as I did in the past. Kelly is very relatable and I like her easy but tough style. Thanks!     This was my first HIIT video, and I loved it. It was so approachable, anyone can try it, they shouldn't be intimidated. I do think this video will allow a wide range of people to push themselves to their individual 100%. Great job, Kelly!

    When I started to do your workouts (it's a month ago), I hated burpees, I couldn't do them, I had to do always the slow version. But today, a month later, when I do your workouts almost every day, I can do the harder version and I LOVE them! Now I do them with a smile on my face! Your workouts really help me a lot, I have better condition although I haven't lost a lot of weight. (about 2 kilos = 4.4 pounds). Kelli, you give me always so much energy. I love you both!:)

    I just started working out again after having my children and wow! what a great 30 min work out! those jump squats just about killed me! my kids had fun too pretending to work out. My son says 'its harder than i thought it would be' (he's 4!)

    I absolutely love your workouts. I do have one criticism: you spend much more time on the first side of each cool down stretch than on the second. If you could make that equivalent, your videos would be perfect!

    I did this workout a long time ago and I was struggling. Then I just tried it again today and I was able to hang in there and can tell that my endurance is getting better. The burpees and squat jumps still kill me though but I know they will make me healthier so it's a love hate relationship. Thanks FitnessBlender!

      I usually have to do the two sets of burpees and then have a 40 second rest, then finish the last two sets. I'm trying to overcome that, but it's almost like if I don't take that 40 second break in the middle I feel like I'm not really giving my best effort for the last two sets.

    I've done this workout many times in the past but today, I felt a bit weary with the 4 times hiit format so I've rearranged this workout into ABCC to split the hiit portion. This worked really well and I felt good at the end!

    A great workout to start my week! This was challenging, but doable...I really don't like burpees, so imagine 4 sets back to back!! I did the slow version but I was really winded at the end. Thanks for a really good total body workout Kelli

      So much better the 2nd time around! I really pushed myself and aside from doing burpee side lunges instead of regular burpees, I followed along straight to the end. Thought I'd die with that last 4 rounds of squat jumps! So proud of myself :-)

    Don't know why I thought it would be a good Idea to do this after your 25 min Cardio workout....while already having sore legs lol

    I cried a little when I heard burpees.. and just when I thought it can't get any harder, I heard jump squats. I died a little inside.. lol. But I completed it! Then did the leg slimming pilates after. :)

    Kelli today i was feeling like not up to working out because i had such a busy day at work and i am recovering from a long hiatus where i was sick so i couldn't work out for months (started recently doing just begginer videos). Then i was like "hmm imma search for an easy workout and do that" i came across this one and oh boy i don't know why i thought it would be easy 🤣🤣but the most surprising part: i was able to finish it without pausing!!! Im so tired, so sweaty, but so happy❤ maybe i didn't loose that much strength after all!! Thank you Kelli, and fitnessblender team!!

    I am 15 and finished the entire workout on my first try. However, I did pause the video when I felt like giving up and walked around for a bit. I used 2kg weights per hand, which is far less than her and I still struggled. Hopefully in a few weeks I'll be able to see progress by doing this 3 times a week and eventually with heavier weights. Thank you so much.

    The ONLY complaint I have about this workout is the deadlift-fly. Since I have to lift so light for the fly it gives the deadlift no benefit (because normally I’d lift much much heavier for that), so I just did both exercises separately with the right weights for each.

    By the burpees I was drenched. Then the jump squats and I could no longer feel my legs. Lol!!!! I thought I was going to pass out. But I didn't!!!! Was so glad to see workout complete!!!! Thanks a lot :)

    Hi Kelly, been following your workouts. As much as i can i try to pull the same weights as you (trying :)) I hope you indicate the amount of weights you will be using prior to your workout so i don't have to keep pausing during the video to get the dumb bells. xoxo

    I love these workouts especially the couples ones where they tease each other, it helps me get through the exercises and makes the torture more bearable!

    I wish you guys have much more this kinda video... with dumpbell full body training and between some kinda burpies and stuff. So great when you get it done so little time and your working many musclegroup at the same time. Love it! Do you have longer videos like this? I do not find them :( By the way, you both are great, and since I found your videos, this is the only i do and love. I can do these forever :)

    Thank you FitnessBlender, Kelly. I feel great but those jumping squats, boy! oooo, I did it but not completly. I will get it when my body gets used to it. You guys are the best.
