Windows 7 vs Windows 11 speed test. Which is better for older hardware?

in this video, I'm testing out Windows 11 and Windows 7 on the same tasks to see which one is better on each task. You guys be the judge here. But for the most tasks, Windows 7 is faster on older hardware, and less resource hungry.
