      Please get it checked with physiotherapist whether the pain is due to injury to adductor muscles or not, sometimes pain can refer from hip joint or lower back, do control your diet also👍🏻 so thorough assessment of your condition is required to make the correct diagnosis.

      Brother take rest, go for regular icing atleast 3-4 times/day then start with mild stretching and ball squeeze exercises as the pain reduces, then add other strengthening exercises as shown in the video, if u continue to play with this pain it will only get worse with time so work on it immediately 👍🏻. . . ..       Ice on your affected part, take break from fast run, when the pain is tolerable start with light groin stretch and exercise in which you squeeze towel or ball between legs👍🏻, slowly progress to other exercises

      High speed running mai pain hai to first grade(mild injury) honi chaiye... Karan ho sakta hai overload(high workload)...... Rest kro, icing kro, strengthening kro, flexibility pe kaam kro agar tightness hai to, fir dheere dheere running pe vapas aao, ya low intensity par training krte hue physiotherapy treatment lo....     Sir, mai April ke month me stairs se gir gya tha & left leg right side ki taraf mudh gya tha or dost gir gya tha leg pe ..mene MRI bhi karva liya kuch nhi aaya usme ..but sir mere thigh ke inner vaale area me pain hota hai & baahar vaala area .. jab mai leg up ya down karta hu inner side ki taraf to ese lagta hai ki haddi hil rhi rhi hai but doc. Ne kaha hai haddi muscle ke upr aage pichhe ho rhi hai hil nahi rahi hai haddi..or sir bohot dard hota hai jab zyada khdha rha ya chalaa ya leg ko up down jese karaa ..stairs chadhte time jese up down hota hai leg vese or sir fir upper thigh me inner or outer part dono dard krta hai .. ...& kuch na karu sir to dard ni hota ....sir 5 months se esa hi hai theek ni ho rha ..kya karna chahiye sir?

      It is neither, it could be due to femoral nerve compression which supplies front of thigh, please get it checked by a doctor 👍🏻 for accurate diagnosis

      Ice, rest then once pain is controlled, perform strethches for hip muscles and work on strengthening the muscles around hip 👍🏻

      No only after the pain settles down... You can start with icing and the exercise where u can squeeze a towel roll or medicine ball as shown in video that too with very little effort, if it causes any discomfort, I would suggest you to go for icing and rest and once the pain is minimal, begin with exercises may be 2-3 days after 👍🏻 begin with one set of each exercise and progress as u get stronger

      Phle rest kro, har 3 ghante mai 20-25 minute icing kro, jb pain khatam ho jae to halki stretching krna, fir strengthening exercises jo video mai btae hain unko krna usse muscles mai takat vapas aa jaegi aur aage injury hone ke chances kam ho jaenge👍🏻

    Or tbhi pain hota hai

      Abhi rest lo aur Icing kro 15-20 minute din mai 3-4 baar.... Pain kam hote hi video mai jo exercises hai wo chalu krdena... Last wali exercise 2 week ke baad krna..... Stretching krte waqt dhyan rakhna pain jaha aye waha se thoda kam range mai stretch krna.... First grade minor injury hai to ek se do week mai thik ho jaegi... game mai vapas jao tab kam intensity se practice krna fir dheere dheere intensity badhana...Don't worry... All the best👍🏻

    Sir I don't know whether you will understand my problem or not
    But from past 6 months whenever I play basketball then it started paining at my left groin side but after 2 days its pain get healed slowly slowly may be due to rest.
    And when I continue to play after 2-3 days it Started paining again and same process happen,
    And when I wear supporter than it pain very less
    So did it come under groin pull or something else??
    Plzz help me coz I am preparing for CDS Indian army

      It can be due to poor healing, like you have to strengthen the muscles and get your body ready to tolerate load before getting back to playing sport, merely the absence of pain doesn't mean your injury is healed... So get yourself rehabilitated then go back to sport👍🏻

      It entirely depends on the grade of injury, on an average it might take 6-12 weeks or less to recover but again it depends on the severity of injury
