Please get it checked with physiotherapist whether the pain is due to injury to adductor muscles or not, sometimes pain can refer from hip joint or lower back, do control your diet also👍🏻 so thorough assessment of your condition is required to make the correct diagnosis.

Icing kro 15-20 minute har 2-3 ghnte mai, spray use kr sakte hain aap, medicine ap physician se prescribe krwa lein, aur 2 din tak rest krein, pair ko unche takite par rakhkar soe aur baar baar injury ko pair ko movement krke check na krein, hopefully jada injury nhi hogi to 2 din mai improvement ho jaega👍🏻
Brother take rest, go for regular icing atleast 3-4 times/day then start with mild stretching and ball squeeze exercises as the pain reduces, then add other strengthening exercises as shown in the video, if u continue to play with this pain it will only get worse with time so work on it immediately 👍🏻. . . .. Ice the affected area for 20-25 minutes at every 3 hours, apply crepe bandage and rest..... See a physio before playing to make sure you are fit to play or not👍🏻

No only after the pain settles down... You can start with icing and the exercise where u can squeeze a towel roll or medicine ball as shown in video that too with very little effort, if it causes any discomfort, I would suggest you to go for icing and rest and once the pain is minimal, begin with exercises may be 2-3 days after 👍🏻 begin with one set of each exercise and progress as u get stronger

Sir I have done colonoscopy before one month after that I am suffering pain in groin. May b they have stretched the leg to much. Pain is minimal while walking but it break the concentration and sometimes pain goes to knee also. Doctor had done sonography but it was normal. Now he say to go for MRI.

I would suggest you to see a doctor and get yourself diagnosed as to what exactly is causing the lower abdominal pain, is it due to groin or any other cause so you can get the specific treatment for the same👍🏻
It's coming with activities and there is no bulge or lump, check if it comes from performing leg raises, if yes, then it's more likely to be lower abdominal strain, again In that case go for rest from aggravating activities, icing and strengthen your lower abdominal muscles.

No only after the pain settles down... You can start with icing and the exercise where u can squeeze a towel roll or medicine ball as shown in video that too with very little effort, if it causes any discomfort, I would suggest you to go for icing and rest and once the pain is minimal, begin with exercises may be 2-3 days after 👍🏻 begin with one set of each exercise and progress as u get stronger

Sir I have done colonoscopy before one month after that I am suffering pain in groin. May b they have stretched the leg to much. Pain is minimal while walking but it break the concentration and sometimes pain goes to knee also. Doctor had done sonography but it was normal. Now he say to go for MRI.
