Jb bhi mai running me khichta hu matlab full speed krta hu aur jb mai high jump krne jata hu to mere left leg me bahut jyada pain hone lgta h jiske wajah se high jump nhi kr paa rha hu .. phle mai 4 feet 8 inch tk jump kr leta tha but thai pain ke wajah se ab 4 feet v nhi ho paa rha h 15 din sirf bacha hua h kya kre kuch samajh nhi aa rha .. nhi hoga to hm disqualify ho jayenge aur meri job v nhi lgegi 😢😢😢 kuch bataiye sir bahut paresan h hm
