A dead leg is the leg you jump lower from for me its the same dead leg, its my right leg. I found on myself that there is some imbalance between sides. Like more internal rotation on right side than left and left has more external rotation. Even QL mucles are different from side to side and the same for hip flexors, stronger on right than left, which affects the hips and this is why I jump higher from left leg. I have balanced it out now, not perfect, will never be perfect but as close as I can get.
Thanks for the info coach. Teaching my 10yr old for the soccer fields. He is fast as freak but it can be faster and prevent injuries with this strengthening. Ciao 🇳🇱
note: beginners that fear jump boxes slam their landing on the box sometimes on the floor..sometimes even pushing fwd with feet...I cue land like a ninja ..what do you other trainers cue?

Nice to see the coach actually demonstrating the moves instead of just talking and having a younger athlete do it. Especially since he’s a big human.
How much pylo can i do a week to avoid jumper's knee but still see gains?
Great ?
start with once a week and amp it up until you feel adverse effects.
It takes time patience to build up the stamina and endurance and muscle/ tendon adaptations..
Nice video. The title is kinda like saying “best boats for the water” though
On a side note I like your hip hop t-shirts goes with the plyometric jump vibe
