The underrated aspect of this video for young athletes is seeing that even Pros miss during training. I stress this to any athlete I train that missing shots helps you as a player figure out what you need to correct. You can figure out mistakes in training that you won’t get the opportunity to figure out in a game. Good work coach 💪🏽

I would love to see IT in the LAB with Devin Williams getting some runs in. He is the best under 6ft imo. As a limo driver I used to get zeke but I wanted to me IT. One of the coldest games period.

I remeber going to the g league tryout in 2013 i was deadass hype getting my 2nd invitation i was saying to myself if i make the sacremento team i gotta work with Isiah. Isaiah deserve to be on a team. He held boston down. And phoenix. He did good on denever as well. I.t is motivation him and pierre jackson are savages.

I really think we are not aware of how perfect NBA players play. It even seems easy to put in so many layups in a row and for the mechanics, rhythm and strength not to suffer any negative effect with fatigue. It's not just muscle memory, it's a perfect work ethic.

For a while i have been using these drills for my kid...with some modifications to suit his age (8yr old). Those dribbles ar doing wonders let me tell you. On other hand he is icking up really fast the speed on movement. Thank you sir!

Money finish drill coach but dont you want players to be able to finish with both hands off the floater? i noticed that you has IT using his dominant hand on both sides, im not saying its a bad thing by any means either.
