    에스프레소 초콜릿 무스케이크 ☕! 커피와 초콜릿의 조합은 말이 필요없죠 ❤ 달달하다 싶으면 쌉쌀함이 들어와 달달함을 잡아주는? 그런 느낌이 전 좋더라구요 🎀 이번 디저트는 유명 파티셰가 만든 디저트 같네요 😊! 너무나도 고급스러운♥ 남은 주말 잘 보내세요! 잘 봤어요오 💘

    해먹었는데 진짜 너무너무 맛있었어요ㅠㅠ 실리콘 몰드 장만한 기념으로 도전했는데 무스는 처음해보는 거였지만 생각보다 어렵지 않더라구요♡-♡ 그리구 저는 제누와즈는 굽기 귀찮아서 비스퀴로 대신했구 가나슈 대신에 글라사주를 뿌렸는데 아주 맛있었어요👍 생각보다 어렵지 않으니 보시는 분들 해드시구 두번 해드시구 좋은 레시피 알려주신 쿠킹트리님 감사합니다❤❤

    이거 만들어 봤는데 지이이이이이이인짜 맛있어요 ㅜㅜㅜ 전 오븐이 없어서 밥솥으로 빵 만들었습니당! 오븐없어도 해보세요 여러분♡♡♡아니면 밑부분을 오레오쿠키 뿌셔뿌셔 하셔도 될듯하네요 진짜 맛있으니까 꼭 따라해보시길..!

    Hi! This was so clear but I still didn't do it well. Please help me. After mixing in the gelatin it made my batter very pudding-like and it's super hard like ice cream than mousse. Not sure how I messed up. Thank you!

    발렌타이 때 만들어서 선물 해드렸었는데 진짜 맛있어요!🤤❤ 제가 단 걸 싫어해서 저같은 분들도 계실까봐 많이 달지 않은 뭘 만들까 하다가만들었는데
    많이 달지도 않고 좋아용👍👍 만들기도 딱히 어렵지도 않은데 마지막에 가나슈가 좀 어렵더라고요😅 얇게 되어야 하는데 가나슈가 젤라틴 때문인지 잘 흐르지도 않고 무스가 너무 차가워서 그런지 바로 굳는 바람에 좀 두껍게 되어 버려서 맛이 좀 덜 하긴 했어요ㅜㅜ 얇게 되면 진짜 훨씬 더 맛있을 것 같은데 아쉽네요😮‍💨

    두번 망하구 세번째 드뎌 성공했어요!! 휘핑을 너무했더니 생크림이랑 에스프레소 섞을때 잘 안섞어지구 휘핑크림이 동동 뜨더라구요. 밑에 초코부분은 비교적 쉬웠는데 얼리는데까지 반나절은 더 걸려서 모양틀에서 벗겨내는것도 잘 안나왔어요ㅠ 그래도 맛은 진짜 있더라구요!!

    항상 영상 재밌게 보고 있습니다! 늦은 댓글이지만 혹시 에스프레소 무스에만 불린 젤라틴을 녹여서 넣으신 이유가 따로 있나요?? 너무 이쁘고 맛있어보여서 만들어보고 싶어서요! 만약 따라 만든다면 젤라틴을 녹이지 않고 불린 상태로 물기를 짜서 그대로 넣어도 괜찮을까요..??

    I have just made these. I had trouble with the ganache. After 40 seconds in the microwave, I stirred in the leaf gelatine. It began to create strings. The temperature was already 40deg. No need to cool before using it. Should the cream and chocolate be above 40deg when the gelatine is added? It was very difficult to pour and wasn't enough for all the domes.

    저 마지막 가나슈만들때 판젤라틴을 물에 불려 꼭 짜서 넣었는데 저으면 저을수록 덩어리지고 물?초코물?이랑 찐덕한 초코랑 경계가 생기면서 나뉘더라구요ㅠㅠ실패요인이 뭘까요? 어느분이시던 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다...

    Need help! Can't understand when I demoulded the cake, the Espresso mousse part collapsed and cannot be shaped in form by using 1g gelatine leaf. Should I need to increase the dosage?

    초콜릿은 다 커버춰인가요? 겉에만 코팅인가요? 그리고 혹시 ㅜㅜ 마지막에는 젤라틴을 넣고 난이후에는 초코가 금방 굳거나 덩어리지던데 묽게하려면 어찌해야하나용?
