    바닐라 향이 가득한 하얗고 부드러운 바닐라 무스케이크를 만들었어요~
    달걀노른자와 우유를 끓여 만든 무스는 고소하고 부드러워서 순한 느낌인 것 같아요~^^
    무스를 굳힌 틀은 원래 핫도그 틀인데 스팀타월을 이용하니 생각보다 잘 분리 되더라구요~
    너무 오래동안 스팀타월로 녹이면 겉이 많이 녹아서 그 점만 주의해주시면 될 것 같아요~~
    시트는 간단하게 비스퀴 시트를 구워 사용했는데 고소한 맛이 바닐라 무스와 잘 어울려 맛있더라구요~^^
    겉을 화이트 초콜릿 글레이즈로 코팅해주니 깔끔하고 먹음직스러워 보이는 것 같아요~~
    글레이즈를 고운 체에 내려 사용하시면 기포가 제거되어 더 매끈하게 굳혀진답니다~

    바닐라 디저트를 정말 좋아하는데 무스케이크라니..!!! 보는내내 바닐라향이 느껴지는것같았어요ㅠㅠ대체라고 할순없지만 오늘 바닐라마카롱이라도 사먹어야 바닐라뽕이 가라앉을거같은 영상이에요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

      You can find a video on it, the basic Meringue the ingredients are sugar and egg whites.

      You take hand mixer or stand mixer and beat the eggs whites and gradually add the sugar until they become like (they'll look like whipped cream). I think happens because the protein structure of the egg allows them to hold a lot of air and become very light, so when you beat the egg whites you are actually just incorporating air into them. If you overbeat it, the meringue will deflate. Watch one of the many videos on a basic meringue, they are pretty simple, quick and cheap to make so i highly advise trying to make a meringue.

      Yeah, i miss when she didn't use quite as much. At least use kanten instead you're not eating a jiggly lump of sweetened cow hooves. I prefer jiggly sweetened seaweed lol
