    Today, I made a triple chocolate cake where you can taste white, milk, and dark chocolate at once.
    I think it's been a long time since I made a chocolate cake.
    This time, I made an anglaise sauce and made it into a mousse type, but I fell in love with the taste of the luxurious chocolate.
    When making 3 types of mousse, I've summarized the process of making it as easy as possible.
    If you make it like a video, you can probably make it easily.
    Besides, when I caramelized almonds and hazelnuts together, it tasted really good.
    Almonds and hazelnuts looked even nicer in the decoration when they had different textures due to different amounts of caramel syrup.
    The combination of a really soft chocolate mousse cake and caramelized nuts was fantastic.
    It became a delicious chocolate mousse cake that reminds of a cup of coffee.
    It is made in a small mini size, so you can enjoy it casually.
