For those who are conflicted, this really works! I used to have a pretty big lower belly and after doing this workout for ard 5 days I can see that I have a much slimmer belly now! A tip is to not starve yourself as when I did that I kinda got bloated constantly, just eat normally but also do not over eat!

It’s 7am and I just completed this whole exercise!! During the 25sec rest, I decided to do 25 sec planks to keep myself moving!! Great workout and it’s easy!!! Let’s stay motivated guys and gals 🙈😝
I've been doing this for almost 3 months now and thought I would leave a comment for those who would want to read about other people's experience! As mentioned, I've started doing this some weeks ago, mixed with cardio at the gym. I work out around 5 times a week and alternate between this exercise and machines at the gym. I think I can say that I started noticing that this workout was becoming easier after a few days only. I might have seen a small difference in the way I looked after a few days but realistically, I think it took about 2 ish months for me to really be able to tell some real, noticeable and stable changes! I think the key is to be consistent and also making sure that you are properly doing the exercises! For reference, my goal was not to lose weight but to get more toned.

I’m gonna do this everyday and update you guys. Day1: well I don’t see a difference yet but it’s my first day so Day 2: well it’s getting easier to do these exercises. I can see a little bit of a difference because I did the exercises twice. Day 3. I see a little bit of a difference and I feel lighter Day 4. Same thing as yesterday Day 5. I can definitely see a difference from day 1 Day 6. My legs hurt rlly bad Day 7. Okay imma do half of the exercises bc my legs hurt too much Day 8. So my legs don’t hurt anymore Day 9. I see a big difference and I don’t have as much belly fat anymore Day 10. My arms hurt Day 11. I went on a weight thing and I am 85 pounds now Day 12. I lost the amount of weight that I wanted so I am not gonna do this anymore And here’s some things that I did that made me loose weight quickly. • I only ate fruit and other healthy foods • I did the exercises 3 times a day • I went on walks

This is a pretty good work out to get in shape and loose weight. It takes literally 10 minutes of your day and we all have that time since we’re all in quarantine. On top of that, throw in an extra 15-20 of walking or running for like 10 min in the night or early morning and then you’ll get even better results. Also drinking warm water mixed with lemon and honey will improve your health and metabolism which will help your body process the fat and toxins quicker so you’ll get the body you want even faster. This is what I do: In the morning, I walk for about 20 minuets and run for 10 on an empty stomach ( drink water tho ). Then I come back and have a small breakfast. Then in the evening, I do these stretches that were in this video, and drink warm water mixed with lemon and honey. At first it may seem like a lot but then the more you do it, the easier it gets. :)) I’m surprised you read all this way. Thanks! :D

@@anaromero8966 I've been cutting calories because it's the only thing that helps me to drop some extra pounds along with exercises. Someone actually told me that certain foods target belly fat and, of course, eating mostly fruits and veggies is going to help with that! Lean protein, too!
I have been doing this workout every day for the last week and I already see a difference in my stomach, it is flatter. Can’t wait to see where it is at after a month!

Just started this workout! I’ll update you guys! Day 1: this was a really easy workout! The knee tuck crunch and plank and the last exercise was a little difficult but I got it! 🔥 Day 2:so I know it’s been awhile and I’ve gotten really lazy and didn’t feel like doing the workout but today I just pushed myself out of bed and did it. The plank is so hard! Day 3: doing good I haven’t really been paying attention to my belly but for day 4 I’ll measure to see any differences. Day (idk I think 10) so I kinda see a difference sorry I didn’t update in a long time it’s because I went in vacation for summer and all that but I already finished. I might do this for more days but PROBALLY not because I’m tired sorry I didn’t update the rest Day whatever idk: I did lose weight I just didn’t update so if you’re wondering,it does work.

Ok Ik I’m late but it works so I’ve done this 5 weeks ago Becuz school is about to start so anyways I was at 160lbs and I did workout at June 15 stoped at July 17 and I’ve lost 10 pounds now I’m 148 just eat healthy and stay away from junk food
okay yall want an update so: day1: it didn't burn as much as i thought it would, i struggled to do excersises as im not fit but i got there eventually. day2: my body was in complete pain after day one, but that means it's working so i was very motivated to keep going. i found some of the more difficult excersises hard but some i wasn't struggling with it as much as yesterday. i only did the plank for ten seconds but i could only hold 7 secs yesterday so i see some improvement, im hoping that as i keep doing planks i can manage to do 20 seconds, but overall it seems to be working. day3: my body felt much better than yesterday, the excersises are actually becoming a little easier everyday, i notice that i look slightly slimmer. day4: getting used to this excersise, managed to do all excersises till the end, hoping for more change. day5: i can slightly see my stomach starting to define into abs, happening slowly but gradually so im motivated to carry on, by now im able to complete the excersises with no problems, i could even to the full 20 second plank. day6: it was so easy to do today! i can tell im getting better and fitter. day7: what a week! i can feel my abs starting to come through my stomach is become more sturdy and im happy with these results, i will continue to do it.
I'm impressed! Every other workout I've done never showed any difference but this one I've been doing it for 3-4 days already and I see it worked alot! Just eat normally! Don't starve yourself and just don't eat to much junks!
So I'm going to do this for two weeks and update you on the results.😊 I'm also doing another workout to reduce my thigh fat. (ps: pls like this comment so I don't forget about it🤗) Day 1: I did the workout two times today and I feel light a light pain in my abs and legs. Obviously I don't see any changes yet. And I also added 25 crunches to the workout. I also drank about 2 and a half liters today and two cups of green tea. I tried to eat less than usual but I'm not sure if I really did but I will try to not eat any sweets and I'll try to eat less heavy meals. Day 2: Everything hurts!!!! I did the workout two times again and my legs really hurt. My abs actually don't hurt that much but I can still feel a light pain. I've lost a little bit of weight but actually not that much. I drank two liters of water today and again two cups of green tea. From tomorrow on I'll try to skip breakfast, eat less than usual and not eat heavy meal especially in the evening. I hope that I will see some results soon.
Thank for your videos . It’s really work for me. I have spent 21 days doing these exercises 20-30 minutes plus jogging 4-5km daily. My lower belly from 89cm to 84cm now, top belly from 79cm reduced to 75cm. I am still keep doing these exercises daily. My target should be top belly is 70cm and lower belly is 75cm.

Might as well do this during the corona break🤷♀️ Day 1: I died a bit but i’m definitely gonna do it again. Tried eating healthy today and it went somewhat ok... Day 2: Still dead and i could feel the burn in my stomach from the last time😅. I ate pretty healthy today and am feeling confident! Day 3: Have nothing to do and feeling motivated so i’m gonna do it 3 times today! 1st time- Complete! 2nd time- Complete! (It’s hard but i’m getting used to i) 3rd time- Complete! Still tough, but the planks are coming significantly easier Day 4: Is it just me or are the leg drops almost impossible?? did it twice today tho Day 5: Did it once today! my stomach muscles don’t hurt anymore! Day 6: It was my birthday today and i managed not to eat cake so that’s good. doing this twice today Day 7: I can see a small but noticeable difference! my stomach muscles feel tighter (in a good way) and i feel better than the first day! One week down! Day 8: giving my body a rest for a bit, will do this in a day or two. I will still be maintaining my diet and talking walks Day 8 months later: Guys im back and i’m gonna continue this. It seems forever ago when i made this comment.
Hope Reynolds yes actually, my stomach has definitely gone down, and there is a small but noticeable difference! i’ve been maintaining a healthy (ish) diet as well so i’m sure that has helped too.

Day 1 ✅:(1x) the last exercise was kinda difficult but the whole workout was pretty easy and i'm not in pain (at least for now) Day 2 ✅:(1x) plank was a little bit difficult today and i'm sweatinggg (also my legs don't hurt from yesterday as I was expecting) Day 3 ✅:(1x) even though other comments said plank got easier day by day, today was more difficult than the previous days.Also I haven't seen any changes but i'll keep doing it at least until the end of the week Day 4 ✅:(1x) skipped most rest times and exercised fastertoday so i can get used to the exercises and it was actually easier but it probably isn't right so i won't do it again.Not changes yet but I still have faith:) Day 5 ✅:(1x) the leg drops were harder today. I see a huge difference and measures are lot better around belly in 2.5 weeks. You can't see the difference in the first week ofc, but don't quit. I am generally fit and skinny except in stomach part so I didn't change my eating habits. I just cut off sugary drinks and drink only water or green tea without additions. 🙂 I hope this will be helpful to you 💪
I've not done this workout in months but got back to it this morning. Planning to do it at least once a day, forever.... no rest days. It was hard after so many months of not doing it.
I have herniated disk in my spine and I couldn't do any kind of workout for the last three months, sometimes it was even hard form to walk, but lately I am getting better and finally I can workout again. I find these exercises super easy and safe for my spine, some of them my physician even asked me to do. I am very thankful I can move my body without pain now, please appreciate your health while you still have it. 🤜💥🤛

I remember starting this work out routine back in 2020 right after having my first child and I can honestly say that I was losing 2lbs a week ! Fast. the weight was just falling off so easily I couldn’t believe the fast results. So it does work . However I did not stick to it and end up having another baby this year and now I’m about to start it back up today . I’m so excited. This time around I’m eating healthy and I’ve already lost 2 pounds just from doing that. So I can’t wait to see what the combination of the two bring 🙂

Day 1- I am tired but I have to start. (waist 36 inches) Day 2- The planks were a little bit easier than yesterday. I can still feel the burn in my abdomen. Day 3- I am on a roll! I will give you an updated measurement in a week. Day 4- The exercise was not so hard as before. It seems as if the fourth day is the time your body gets used to it. Day 5- Yasss! I am on a roll. The plank nearly took me out. Two more days to go before I remeasure my waist. Day 6- I am so tireddd. I am noticing that my belly looks a little saggy. I really hope this works. One more day to go! Day 7- It was a major improvement from the first day. I am not so breathless like before. After a week my waist moved from 36 inches to 35 inches! I am very grateful because I have a hormone imbalance problem that makes it hard for me to lose weight. I am shocked that it even worked! I had tried so many videos before this and instead of losing I gained weight. Call me greedy guys but I am going to continue for a month! I will keep you updated :) Hey guys I am taking one week break. I am trying other exercises to see it if makes a difference. I will start again this Sunday. Hey guys I am starting back again as promised. Its the 18th of December 2022. Sadly I remeasured my waist and its now 38 inches!!!!😭😭😭. @@prachi1629 hi! it didn't help me with my lower belly fat, it made me firmer and I don't have excess fat on my sides anymore, but it didn't help me that much on my lower belly BUT it still helped me a lot. I'm probably at the stage where it burns fat everywhere and then it will focus on the lower belly. Anyway, I've seen a lot of videos on low belly fat and they all work with similar exercises as this video, so it definitely helps with lower fat 🫶

Hello guys ❤️ I’m going to update you guys everyday Day1: it was hard to get through, I’m doing these 3 times a day... 2 times if I can’t find time . BUT 3 times is the goal !!! 1st: 7Am was kinda easy at first but got harder to keep up around the middle to end, (started strong but slowed down) 2nd: 6PM: I stopped in the middle of the workout, kinda around (3:07) that workout hurts, but each rest I do at least 10 sit ups! 3rd: 9PM: felt burning lower belly area. The plank seem to be the hardest at this point! But first day I’m complete today :D DAY2: 7:20am 4th: I felt a lil sore from yesterday, but it didn’t stop me from the workout. So I do the mini exercises and each rest I do sit ups. This workout is only 11 minutes but it took me 30 mins to complete! I stopped 3 times to pace myself but I completed it. 5th: I WAS SORE ! My back my legs I already see a difference or at least feel it If you want better results do this about 2-3 times a day. Day 3: did it once& did two others

I had a ligament injury 2 months ago and I am unable to bend my injured leg. I have become fat and I want to lose it but there are no perfect videos for me so I am doing these exercises without using my one leg. I am unable to do the last exercise.😅😅 These exercises are superb and as I do exercise on regular basis, I can tell that these exercises will give u results if u combine it with a healthy diet.

I did this workout and also “Reduce Hip Fat.” In this particular workout, the last exercise, toe touches, I can’t do yet. Instead, I just hold the count in a tabletop position. I figure it’s better than nothing. I may add this one to my daily routine. The problem is, there are sooooo many good ones! 😅😊🙌

Reduced 4 kgs in just 2 weeks. This excercise, adding jumping jacks and on spot jogging. Ofcourse healthy eating. 10 kgs more to go. Highly motivated now.

Bro this workout has done me justice, I’ve been doing it for 4 days now and have already lost 3 pounds. But I also only have 3 meals a day with no snacks and I have volleyball practice on Thursdays and Tuesdays.

starting weight: 139.7lbs. day1: Wasn’t too bad, felt it in my stomach muscles( will be doing for 2 weeks along with chloe tings 2 week shreds and keeping a healthy diet)
50 days!! 1- painful and tight 2- a little easier but still painful 3- feel more flexible haha 4- no change in stomach but exercise got easier 5- no change in stomach but easier 6- no change but the plank has got a looot easier 7- no change but a lot easier, gonna start doing this twice a day 8- i think i see a difference now 9- small difference!

Even when I didn't work out so much in 2023 &1st half 2024, my body still looks great!🎉 Thus video plus intentional nutrition will change your life, i am a witness. I am living proof).

Don’t see a difference yet, but it’s only the first day so I’ll update tmr! ✔️day 2: today the exercises were a little harder because my body (mostly my lower stomach) was VERY sore which is a good thing but other than that I’ll update again tmr! ✔️ day 3: not as sore as yesterday, and the exercises are getting way easier! ✔️ day 4: I was very sore today, but I’ve started to notice a difference when I looked in the mirror. ✔️ day 5: today the workouts are getting easier, especially the plank is getting easier to hold.
Into my 3rd week once a day but started twice a day from today .I can definitely see a difference my abs are starting to come through I have recently lost 5 stone went from a size 22 to a size 14 uk I was diagnosed with borderline diabetes in june 2019 and I took it seriously I reversed it due to healthy eating and sheer determination NO FAD DIETS just changed my eating habits , I want to shift this belly and this exercise is great I actually look forward to doing it I feel great after 👊
Well, actually, I wouldn't advise you to do any exercises that will make you that tired. If you haven't exercised in a long time or at all, you need to start with quick and easy exercises that will make you want to keep coming back for more and not burn you out on the 1st or 2nd day. The toe touches was hard asl for me but besides that I actually enjoyed everything else. Drink water too it helps a lot! I usually motivate myself to keep going when I feel like giving up. Saturday - Day 2:I finished it! It hurt when I was doing them but that’s good bc that means my muscles are tightening up. I’m actually very excited to see the ending of these results! The planks got more easier for me actually and I actually really enjoy this.cant wait until tmr! Monday Day 4:Today was a bit better I got more use to some of the exercises because their very easy to handle. I’m also dancing and moving around throughout the day too hair for I won’t sit down all day and do nothing. I like to dance to mexican music and it actually helps lose weight to because u move ur hips and legs and it helps ur cardio if u also want to add that. Drinking water is such a big help too! The bottom of my stomach hurts like a bitch but it’s okay I keep pushing forward! 3 more days and u guys get ur results! Tuesday Day 5:Today was pretty good but I’m going to have to cut this short because I have things to do and I only had a little time! Stay tuned I’m still going! Wednesday - Day 6:It was more easier and I can see a lot of change in my belly fat already it’s actually really nice to see a change, when I saw the change I started crying and it’s just really good for ur body! Results tmr! Thursday (rest day) - Day 7: I’m not going to be doing anything on this day because it’s good for ur muscles to relax for 1 or 2 days a week but I’ll only be taking a day off and then start again the next day. The results will be put down on Thursday’s Results: How much I weigh a week later weight -> 146.7 I didn’t lose weight but I did lose belly fat! Which this is for and let me tell y’all I started crying when I saw my belly fat was way higher then before☹️❤️ I’ll be back tmr 😚 Week two: Friday - Day 1:Done for today! Make sure on Thursday ur moving around ur house a lot don’t stay trapped in bed! Also make sure to get sleep! It can make u tired if u don’t get enough sleep! And during when u sleep ur muscles and body will have energy for the next day! And LOTS LOTS of water! Don’t over drink tho! 4 bottles of water is good a day. Stay safe everyone! I’ll see u tmr! Saturday - Day 2:If I’m being honest I was really feeling it today I was actually very exhausted but I did dance a lot throughout the day to burn off fat! I will be updating u guys tmr❤️ EDIT: HEY EVERYONE SOOO...throughout the days I really got tired of doing this everyday and it didn’t really give me any changes through 1 week and it just increased my weight. So I changed to another workout! That’s why there are no more results! Thanks to anyone who saw this! Goodbye!
if you have benn doing this everyday the reason you have gained weight is because its muscle muscle is heavyer than body fat so it is just biuling your muscles nothing to worry about hope this helps :)
Doing edits about this everyday also what I usually eat each day is 1-2 boiled eggs Day one: don’t see much of a difference but I feel confident Day two: the exercises are getting much easier and I feel like I’m doing better than before Day three: I did it and I have noticeably seen change in the mirror and I’m starting to see a bit of an hour glass Day four: I went to the mall and trying one some clothes I’ve noticed I’ve gone a size down! So some changes are being made Day five: I feel so good and look good and I am so proud of myself and how much effort I am putting and I feel more confident when I look at myself in the mirror Day six: I can notice that my body is changing and since day 5 I’ve been doing planks each rest time to I can keep my blood pumping and so some extra work at the same time!

For those who are conflicted, this really works! I used to have a pretty big lower belly and after doing this workout for ard 5 days I can see that I have a much slimmer belly now! A tip is to not starve yourself as when I did that I kinda got bloated constantly, just eat normally but also do not over eat!

I've been doing this for almost 3 months now and thought I would leave a comment for those who would want to read about other people's experience! As mentioned, I've started doing this some weeks ago, mixed with cardio at the gym. I work out around 5 times a week and alternate between this exercise and machines at the gym. I think I can say that I started noticing that this workout was becoming easier after a few days only. I might have seen a small difference in the way I looked after a few days but realistically, I think it took about 2 ish months for me to really be able to tell some real, noticeable and stable changes! I think the key is to be consistent and also making sure that you are properly doing the exercises! For reference, my goal was not to lose weight but to get more toned.

This is a pretty good work out to get in shape and loose weight. It takes literally 10 minutes of your day and we all have that time since we’re all in quarantine. On top of that, throw in an extra 15-20 of walking or running for like 10 min in the night or early morning and then you’ll get even better results. Also drinking warm water mixed with lemon and honey will improve your health and metabolism which will help your body process the fat and toxins quicker so you’ll get the body you want even faster. This is what I do: In the morning, I walk for about 20 minuets and run for 10 on an empty stomach ( drink water tho ). Then I come back and have a small breakfast. Then in the evening, I do these stretches that were in this video, and drink warm water mixed with lemon and honey. At first it may seem like a lot but then the more you do it, the easier it gets. :)) I’m surprised you read all this way. Thanks! :D

@@anaromero8966 I've been cutting calories because it's the only thing that helps me to drop some extra pounds along with exercises. Someone actually told me that certain foods target belly fat and, of course, eating mostly fruits and veggies is going to help with that! Lean protein, too!

okay yall want an update so:
day1: it didn't burn as much as i thought it would, i struggled to do excersises as im not fit but i got there eventually.
day2: my body was in complete pain after day one, but that means it's working so i was very motivated to keep going. i found some of the more difficult excersises hard but some i wasn't struggling with it as much as yesterday. i only did the plank for ten seconds but i could only hold 7 secs yesterday so i see some improvement, im hoping that as i keep doing planks i can manage to do 20 seconds, but overall it seems to be working.
day3: my body felt much better than yesterday, the excersises are actually becoming a little easier everyday, i notice that i look slightly slimmer.
day4: getting used to this excersise, managed to do all excersises till the end, hoping for more change.
day5: i can slightly see my stomach starting to define into abs, happening slowly but gradually so im motivated to carry on, by now im able to complete the excersises with no problems, i could even to the full 20 second plank.
day6: it was so easy to do today! i can tell im getting better and fitter.
day7: what a week! i can feel my abs starting to come through my stomach is become more sturdy and im happy with these results, i will continue to do it.

Day 1: I did the workout two times today and I feel light a light pain in my abs and legs. Obviously I don't see any changes yet. And I also added 25 crunches to the workout. I also drank about 2 and a half liters today and two cups of green tea. I tried to eat less than usual but I'm not sure if I really did but I will try to not eat any sweets and I'll try to eat less heavy meals.
Day 2: Everything hurts!!!!
I did the workout two times again and my legs really hurt. My abs actually don't hurt that much but I can still feel a light pain. I've lost a little bit of weight but actually not that much. I drank two liters of water today and again two cups of green tea. From tomorrow on I'll try to skip breakfast, eat less than usual and not eat heavy meal especially in the evening. I hope that I will see some results soon.

Thank for your videos . It’s really work for me. I have spent 21 days doing these exercises 20-30 minutes plus jogging 4-5km daily. My lower belly from 89cm to 84cm now, top belly from 79cm reduced to 75cm. I am still keep doing these exercises daily. My target should be top belly is 70cm and lower belly is 75cm.

I see a huge difference and measures are lot better around belly in 2.5 weeks. You can't see the difference in the first week ofc, but don't quit. I am generally fit and skinny except in stomach part so I didn't change my eating habits. I just cut off sugary drinks and drink only water or green tea without additions. 🙂 I hope this will be helpful to you 💪

I have herniated disk in my spine and I couldn't do any kind of workout for the last three months, sometimes it was even hard form to walk, but lately I am getting better and finally I can workout again. I find these exercises super easy and safe for my spine, some of them my physician even asked me to do. I remember starting this work out routine back in 2020 right after having my first child and I can honestly say that I was losing 2lbs a week ! Fast. the weight was just falling off so easily I couldn’t believe the fast results. So it does work . However I did not stick to it and end up having another baby this year and now I’m about to start it back up today . I’m so excited. This time around I’m eating healthy and I’ve already lost 2 pounds just from doing that. So I can’t wait to see what the combination of the two bring 🙂

Day 1- I am tired but I have to start. (waist 36 inches)
Day 2- The planks were a little bit easier than yesterday. I can still feel the burn in my abdomen.
Day 3- I am on a roll! I will give you an updated measurement in a week.
Day 4- The exercise was not so hard as before. It seems as if the fourth day is the time your body gets used to it.
Day 5- Yasss! I am on a roll. The plank nearly took me out. Two more days to go before I remeasure my waist.
Day 6- I am so tireddd. I am noticing that my belly looks a little saggy. I really hope this works. One more day to go!
Day 7- It was a major improvement from the first day. I am not so breathless like before.
After a week my waist moved from 36 inches to 35 inches! I am very grateful because I have a hormone imbalance problem that makes it hard for me to lose weight. I am shocked that it even worked! I had tried so many videos before this and instead of losing I gained weight. Call me greedy guys but I am going to continue for a month! I will keep you updated :)

@@prachi1629 hi! it didn't help me with my lower belly fat, it made me firmer and I don't have excess fat on my sides anymore, but it didn't help me that much on my lower belly BUT it still helped me a lot. I'm probably at the stage where it burns fat everywhere and then it will focus on the lower belly. Anyway, I've seen a lot of videos on low belly fat and they all work with similar exercises as this video, so it definitely helps with lower fat 🫶

Day1: it was hard to get through, I’m doing these 3 times a day... 2 times if I can’t find time . BUT 3 times is the goal !!!
1st: 7Am was kinda easy at first but got harder to keep up around the middle to end, (started strong but slowed down)
2nd: 6PM: I stopped in the middle of the workout, kinda around (3:07) that workout hurts, but each rest I do at least 10 sit ups!
3rd: 9PM: felt burning lower belly area. The plank seem to be the hardest at this point!
But first day I’m complete today :D
DAY2: 7:20am
4th: I felt a lil sore from yesterday, but it didn’t stop me from the workout. So I do the mini exercises and each rest I do sit ups. This workout is only 11 minutes but it took me 30 mins to complete! I stopped 3 times to pace myself but I completed it.
5th: I WAS SORE ! My back my legs I already see a difference or at least feel it If you want better results do this about 2-3 times a day.
Day 3: did it once& did two others
I just started doing it. I m also on a diet. I will be updating :)

I had a ligament injury 2 months ago and I am unable to bend my injured leg. I have become fat and I want to lose it but there are no perfect videos for me so I am doing these exercises without using my one leg. I am unable to do the last exercise.😅😅
These exercises are superb and as I do exercise on regular basis, I can tell that these exercises will give u results if u combine it with a healthy diet.

I did this workout and also “Reduce Hip Fat.” In this particular workout, the last exercise, toe touches, I can’t do yet. Instead, I just hold the count in a tabletop position. I figure it’s better than nothing. I may add this one to my daily routine. The problem is, there are sooooo many good ones! 😅😊🙌

Reduced 4 kgs in just 2 weeks. This excercise, adding jumping jacks and on spot jogging. Ofcourse healthy eating. 10 kgs more to go. Highly motivated now.

Bro this workout has done me justice, I’ve been doing it for 4 days now and have already lost 3 pounds. But I also only have 3 meals a day with no snacks and I have volleyball practice on Thursdays and Tuesdays.

Into my 3rd week once a day but started twice a day from today .I can definitely see a difference my abs are starting to come through I have recently lost 5 stone went from a size 22 to a size 14 uk I was diagnosed with borderline diabetes in june 2019 and I took it seriously I reversed it due to healthy eating and sheer determination NO FAD DIETS just changed my eating habits , I want to shift this belly and this exercise is great I actually look forward to doing it I feel great after 👊

Well, actually, I wouldn't advise you to do any exercises that will make you that tired. If you haven't exercised in a long time or at all, you need to start with quick and easy exercises that will make you want to keep coming back for more and not burn you out on the 1st or 2nd day. Week one:
Friday - Day 1: I didn’t even know half of these but I was watching her to them even more better. The toe touches was hard asl for me but besides that I actually enjoyed everything else. Drink water too it helps a lot! I usually motivate myself to keep going when I feel like giving up.
Saturday - Day 2:I finished it! It hurt when I was doing them but that’s good bc that means my muscles are tightening up. I’m actually very excited to see the ending of these results! Also if ur sore it’s a good thing don’t quit! I believe in u!
Sunday - Day 3: Today my stomach was hurting badly and I could feel the pain inside but I kept pushing myself to keep going. The planks got more easier for me actually and I actually really enjoy this.cant wait until tmr!
Monday Day 4:Today was a bit better I got more use to some of the exercises because their very easy to handle. I’m also dancing and moving around throughout the day too hair for I won’t sit down all day and do nothing. I like to dance to mexican music and it actually helps lose weight to because u move ur hips and legs and it helps ur cardio if u also want to add that. Drinking water is such a big help too! The bottom of my stomach hurts like a bitch but it’s okay I keep pushing forward! 3 more days and u guys get ur results!
Tuesday Day 5:Today was pretty good but I’m going to have to cut this short because I have things to do and I only had a little time! Stay tuned I’m still going!
Wednesday - Day 6:It was more easier and I can see a lot of change in my belly fat already it’s actually really nice to see a change, when I saw the change I started crying and it’s just really good for ur body! Results tmr!
Thursday (rest day) - Day 7: I’m not going to be doing anything on this day because it’s good for ur muscles to relax for 1 or 2 days a week but I’ll only be taking a day off and then start again the next day. The results will be put down on Thursday’s

Friday - Day 1:Done for today! Make sure on Thursday ur moving around ur house a lot don’t stay trapped in bed! Also make sure to get sleep! It can make u tired if u don’t get enough sleep! And during when u sleep ur muscles and body will have energy for the next day! And LOTS LOTS of water! Don’t over drink tho! 4 bottles of water is good a day. Stay safe everyone! I’ll see u tmr!
Saturday - Day 2:If I’m being honest I was really feeling it today I was actually very exhausted but I did dance a lot throughout the day to burn off fat! I will be updating u guys tmr❤️

if you have benn doing this everyday the reason you have gained weight is because its muscle

Day one: don’t see much of a difference but I feel confident
Day two: the exercises are getting much easier and I feel like I’m doing better than before
Day three: I did it and I have noticeably seen change in the mirror and I’m starting to see a bit of an hour glass
Day four: I went to the mall and trying one some clothes I’ve noticed I’ve gone a size down! So some changes are being made
Day five: I feel so good and look good and I am so proud of myself and how much effort I am putting and I feel more confident when I look at myself in the mirror
Day six: I can notice that my body is changing and since day 5 I’ve been doing planks each rest time to I can keep my blood pumping and so some extra work at the same time!
