This was an awesome workout. I usually get bored or quit midway in anything longer than 30min but this was anything but. The leg circuit with floor work was so refreshing please incorporate more. I truly feel all parts of my body were worked in this workout.
Decided to do this playlist of cardio/HIIT 2-3 times a week. As 1st time trying from this channel I feel great-lots of sweat but also joy and tone,I want to repeat it again 😅❤
