A great total body burn. Cardio, abs, arms, shoulders, back, everything activated. Bur sorry, not a 1,000 calorie burn. I burned 420 calories on interval training mode for those who are counting. Definitely dripping sweat by the end of it!

for me it was 620 calories burned. since hiit makes your body burn calories even after you've finished I would consider my score as pretty impressive :) normally I don't really burn calories actively which shows again how well structured this workout is! thank you for these amazing and hard 50 minutes!! also I really enjoy workouts with thus amazing woman! she always hypes me up!🥰

That was an amazing sweat hiit workout session. I’m a 14 year old doing this, and I always do 15-30 min hiit from you and Oliver, but these 50 min workouts are super great when u have time!!! I’m gonna do this these whenever I have time to do it
Really loved this workout! It was hard but not boring, and almost 1 hour passed pretty fast. I personally enjoyed that all 5 rounds had different exercises. And was really suprised (in a good way) by some exercises, cause it was unique and I've never seen them before on other workouts. Definitely will repeat this one and try other workouts too!

I have been training for quite a while (kettlebell/HIIT/strength) and I usually do low impact modifications on some moves due to knee&wrist issues. Nevertheless, I tried doing 85-90% high impact (keeping close watch on my body) and it was great. It is a killer, yet INCREDIBLY scalable. Thanks very much for this. 🌺
Did you recommend to do this twice a day? I need to burn as much as possible!!! I have an overweight problem now and my heart isn't feel good, so I need a serious workout!!

The workout was OK but there were way too many advertisement breaks. In a 50 min workout I had 5 breaks. One was in the middle of the set and the others were during the breaks but the problem is that the break times are not timed with the ads so with a 30 second workout break and then a 45 second commercial, the break is over a minute. I know this is how you make money, and I am fine with that but other sites that I have used are much better at timing the breaks with the workout break. Most only put ads at the beginning or the end not in the middle. I will go back to the other sites that I use.

It is 1000calories. This is a hiit workout which means it speeds up ur metabolism which means u burn the rest of the calories throughout the day doing nothing.
Was searching for a HIIT session that doesn't hurt my joints too much but still have some great cardio sequences : this is one great workout ! Thank you very much !
