I did not like it so much neither. In my opinion it is a beginner cardio workout. A lot of combinations of moves I thought was unnecessary because you don't feel the area working as much as it is suppose to be. Well, thank you for workout, it still made me sweat a bit with some move adjustments 🤗
👋 there I just wanted to say that the more you do videos like these your brain and body will catch on. Nobody learns theses videos overnight it takes a lot of practice and more importantly your own rhythm to it. Exercise is 🤩 fun
