    Remember, everyone is different. If you have to take breaks, do it! No one is stopping you. if you want to stop midway do it! Come back later or tomorrow if you would like. 🎉 And if you completed the workouts that AMAZING! Keep it up!

      @@annaczupi4858 Idk I've got body dysmorphia so I can never really tell. But if it helps, I followed these videos for 1hr every other day and it got noticeably a lot easier after about a month or so. I needed to start adding weights to make it more of a challenge at that point.

    I'm a gym lover and usually enjoy lifting heavy. Recently I had surgery and my workouts should be bodyweight only for the next 2 months. However, I've never felt so sore, out of breath and screaming with soreness during a workout. This one is a killer. I even plan to modify my routine in the future and alternate between a gym week and 'a home workout with you' week. 💪 Thank you, Anna!

    I worked out heavy at the gym for the last 2 years but I can honestly say that my legs and my booty NEVER hurted this much during a workout with weights. That was insane!!

    She is a great trainer,i just love her workout session,i have started following her workouts since 15th Jan 2022,it's been almost 1.5 months..i was 47.5 and now i m 46 lost 1.5 kgs...and more toned now...my target is 44 kgs will keep undate...and yes with workout i m following proper deit too...thank you

    I did this workout yesterday am. It was killer like always!!! Loved it. Felt really good during it. But today i test positive for Covid. I have mild symptoms thank god!!! Thank you Anna for the great workout!!!
