This is my second year to train with Kathrin. I’ve divorced when the COVID started…but thx God I’ve found her channel. Because of these workout I’ve lost 12 kgs, and getting stronger. Now I’m combining her training with weight training, but I will never forget how much she helped me❤
I love how you incorporated a second angle with the floor exercises! I usually have to pause to make sure my form is correct with glute bridges, but this second angle provides a lot more clarity. Thanks Kathrin! ❤️
Today is day 20 out of the 75soft challenge and I just wanna thank you for your videos that helped me out. Because of you and your videos, I managed to drop 5 lbs. It's not much but it's enough for me to feel proud that I even managed to do so. I look forward to doing more workouts with you! Thanks for everything up to this point!🎉

И всегда еще читаю сколько же думаю 🤔🤓 , сколько же у нее кг ?))) я почти близко 😂😂😂 к примеру для рук я опять же использую 2 по 6, а если что-то очень сложное , то 2 по 3))) Спасибо тебе большое за твои знания !!! Really cool full workout incl. a warm up and cool down! It is great and didn't feel like 53min at all, to me.I love the good mix between standing and floor excercises 👍 🎉

Wenn man bei einem "Homeworkout" auf der Matte wegen zu viel Schweiß ausrutscht, weiß man, dass das Workout gut war. Kleine Inspiration an dich Kathrin: Wenn du sehr viele Übungen nutzt die wirklich tief in die Hocke gehen, wäre ein Warm up der Fußgelenke super. Ich selbst trainiere sehr früh morgens und habe gemerkt wie ich bei den sehr tiefen Squats immer wieder von meinem Fußgelenken eingeschränkt war.

Another amazing workout. Had to slow it down a bit to breathe and maintain proper form. Also only had 8kg and 35lb dumbbells so interchanged with those weights

I LOVE the no repeat format as it keeps it moving along, but mostly the VARIETY as it doesn’t make the workout stale!!
Currently 33 weeks pregnant and did this workout. I had to modify some of the exercises and took longer breaks. Loved it! Feeling very accomplished 😍

Absolutely agree. Some instructors don't do this and it can be confusing and lead to bad form.
